We have lived here for a year and a half and had to relocate for a job. They work really hard every day to keep It clean, trees trimmed, leaves cleaned up every fall, bathrooms and laundry room is always clean, and air-conditioned or heated and in the summertime, the pool is always perfect. They are extremely helpful with your every need. Thank you, Seth, Triana, and Lori, for everything. If we ever get to come back to that area, we will definitely stay with yall.

We have been traveling for a couple of weeks and we have not had the best luck with campgrounds and meeting nice people until we ran across Campers Paradise. Even though we didn't get to stay but one night, my husband and I were both very impressed with the campground and how clean it was and how the owner/management went out of her way to stop her personal business after hours to accommodate us and she didn't have an attitude about us checking in after hours. We are definitely going to come back and staying longer. Thank you guys for your hospitality and being so nice.

My husband was working in the area last year and we chose to stay here. We had a great shaded spot, #8. The facilities are very well maintained, the rv park is clean, the bathrooms and showers were in great condition. There is a pool, a large mowed area for a dog walk and a small playset for kids. The laundry facility is nice. The staff is great, Trina was so friendly and helpful being as this was our first time staying in an rv park. She was always ready with advice about the area when I had questions. They have a small store with lots of things you may need or want in a pinch without having to run to town. We ended up staying for a little over 4 months and we would absolutely go back if we were in the area.

My family and I stayed here for 5 months while my husband was working in the area. I can't say enough good things about this place. The park is safe for kids, the pool is great entertainment in the summer, clean bathrooms and a laundry site. The staff is ON. IT. Trina made us feel welcome from day one by letting us move to a different site to be closer to the front. Trina always answers her phone even on her days off. Lori and Seth do a great job with groundskeeping. This place is a must if you're in the area. It's worth the extra commute if you're considering another park within the Bowie area. We were so lucky to be able to stay here and call this place home for a little while. Thank you Campers Paradise for making us feel comfortable here!

I called today, Sunday. The office is actually closed but he had forwarded the phone to his phone. I told him I needed a spot today and I was going to be here in about 45 minutes. He had an availability, was super nice and accommodating. The park is very nice, there is a bunch of spots with lots of shade which is super important seeings how it s 100 degrees out right now. They have propane, a pool, a little store. And the best part for me is it s right off the highway so it ll be super easy and no time at all to continue my journey tomorrow.. I would come back anytime!!! I d give them more stars if I could!!!

Our go-to spot when heading north out of Houston. Just the other side of Decatur and on the 287 feeder. Great, spacious overnight spot with a swimming pool to relax in the evening.

We had the perfect girls weekend getaway at Campers Paradise. They are very convenient, off and on the highway, have tidy and shaded spots with picnic tables, clean air conditioned bathrooms with showers and we felt very safe and well taken care of by Seth the on-site manager. He was super friendly and helpful, and made our stay better than expected.I was very sorry to have to leave so soon. We ll definitely be back again.

When traveling I look for a place that is safe, friendly and affordable. Campers Paradise checks all the boxes! I very highly recommend for through travelers on Hwy 287 in Texas. I am so very glad I stopped here for a peaceful night's rest. The sites are roomy and there is a spacious wooded dog walk as a bonus. Special thanks to managers Trina and Seth for their EXCELLENT customer service. This place is definitely on my must-stay list.

We only stayed one night for some rest. It was quiet, we could pull right through. Had friendly neighbors. Management was quick and easy to communicate with. We didn t explore much. Although the pull through over looks the highway we had a stunning sunset. We all slept great, if there was noise I didn t hear it over our heater running.

I booked about 2 months ahead of time for a one night stay on our way home.It was perfect.Clean and dog friendly. We were able to purchase internet TV, a first time experience but I wish more parks offered this!Definitely would recommend this place. If you have kids they have a pool that I am sure they would love!

We called late in the day expecting they might be full, but were graciously welcomed during our inquiry as well as by Seth, upon our arrival. The site he led us to accommodated our big rig plus towed vehicle. The park is well maintained and seems dedicated to excellent service. We enjoyed a magnificent sunset in Sunset, TX.

A wonderful place to stay. People have commented about road noise so we requested a lot farther to the back. They were very accommodating and we had no problem with noise. We stayed several days. The park is neat and clean and quiet. And the folks that run it are super friendly and nice. We'll be staying there again because we have friends that moved to Bowie.

We were traveling from Houston to Utah and we booked a night on our way out and a night on our way back home. When traveling, I look for a place that is safe, friendly and affordable. Campers Paradise met all of my requirements. I am so very glad I stopped here for a peaceful night's rest. The sites are roomy and there is a spacious wooded dog walk as a bonus. On the way back home we encountered a problem with our travel trailer (one of my leaf springs broke on the trailer). We were miles from home and thanks to Seth I was able to get a new leaf spring and replace it myself. Without Seth s help, this would not have been possible.Again, Special thanks to Seth for his EXCELLENT customer service. This place is definitely on my must-stay list.

We only stayed one night but what excellent customer service from Trina. We were to arrive on Thursday but had problems getting on the road. I had let them know we would be a very late arrival and Trina said no problem, call anytime. So I called the next morning expecting to have to pay for the night we couldn t make in in for. But Trina was very understanding and did not charge us. When we finally arrived, it was about 10pm. We called to get directions to our site and Trina was great. But when we got to our site, the neighbors car was parked just enough into our space that the trailer wouldn t fit. So again, I called Trina and she immediately found us another site. The customer service alone would have me come back here. The park is easy to get to, very clean and spacious sites. Ours seemed to be very level. Since we were there for just the one night, we did not bother to unhook the trailer from the truck. They have a small store that has a little bit of everything. They have ice and propane on site. Along with a pool there is a small playground for the kiddos. Before we left, I made reservations for our one night going back home. If we ever were in the area again, I d like it to be for more than just a stopover. Thanks Trina for your sincere hospitality. I m so glad we did get to meet before we left.

Good for our over night stay. We didn t really get to see the whole place because we arrived at night. However the staff that took my reservation was very professional and text me a map of exactly where my spot was and a confirmation email. I couldn t really find the sewer or water hookup at my spot but made do with the power box fine.

Campers Paradise is my absolute favorite place to stay in the DFW area! If you re looking to stop for the night, or for full time this is the perfect spot! It s very clean, well kept, safe and peaceful. You are just a few minutes from town, but still get that country vibe! The best of both worlds. The park is great, but the management and staff here are AMAZING! Trina and Seth specifically have been so kind, and have exceptional customer service. This week they have helped me more than they will ever know. I want the owner to know that these two really go above and beyond! And they are creating repeat customers for this business. Check out Campers Paradise! They will take good care of you!

My family and I are headed to Central Texas, almost to Austin from Colorado. The campground is very clean and quiet. Used the laundry room, very nice, but, it s missing a folding table. They also have a pool and if you have kids, a play ground. We will stay here again. Thanks Trena, your customer service is out of this world. We will see you again, sooner than later I hope. We made a late reservation on the day of arrival. Trina (sp?) in the office was so nice and took care of everything for our late arrival. Their reservation system is excellent. Received a confirmation email with details within minutes. The site was roomy with full hookups. And we were able to purchase propane early the next morning. We will be back on our travels! Thanks Camper s Paradise for great service!

This place was simply wonderful.Nice wide roads to navigate our 45 5th wheel. Excellent rates, super nice owners, and so eager to help make our stay memorable. Well lit, very well maintained grounds, no trash at all, excellent WiFi service, this place overachieved!Needed a new washer for my water hose, not only did they carry them in stock, they jumped in their golf cart and delivered it to my door!We will definitely be back!DWilliams from Euless, Tx

This RV park is a nice, shady Campground, with gravel sites, a pool, laundry facilities and restrooms. We didn t use all of the amenities since we were just there for 1 nt. There is some noise from Hwy 287 but with the AC or a fan going, it didn't bother us.

Got there on a Saturday and the office was closed. We were there by 1:30pm. The campground looked cosy with trees etc. We called to get information. We were told to go down the road. This area was anything but paradise. I know we were only staying one night, but this definitely gave us a bad impression of this park. Not even a picnic table. If we want to swim we would have to walk down a road to get to pool which is beside the office to check in. We did have water, electricity, and sewer. That was the closest to paradise we got.
