I bought a 40 Ft trailer that keeps giving me nonstop problems. I ve had to replace my tires about 3 times already. It s a dually trailer with 6 tires. Replacing the tires has cost me over $1K. I finally took it to mechanics, and I was told there's a wrong part installed on my new trailer, which is how I received the trailer when I bought it from Hobbs Trailers. I called the dealer, and i was told that i need to call the manufacturer. The trailer is not even 6 months old. The wrong part has caused the alignment to be off by once inch. I ve called multiple times, but I can't even get a call back from Lee or anyone from BCI. Nothing but problems for me and my business.

Lost an assist spring and pin to gate on 14' utility trailer. Couldn't get any good service out of local retailer. Called BCI directly and without hesitation sent out the parts I needed. Great customer service and communication. A pleasure to deal with and very pleased with the trailer.

I bought rh series trailer about 9 months ago and I absolutely could not be happier with it. I actually had them customize a few things on it and the cost of these changes were nothing. The people I worked with were great. I use this trailer at least 3-4 times a week so it is not like it sits around collecting dust.
