Was having difficulty getting tires for my car. Called Tire Town, and the gentleman said they would have them by 2:30 p.m. next day. When I went in, had to wait less than an hour for new tires to be installed. Prices in line with other tire shops, choice of tires for purchase, quality service.

Came in to get 4 tires balanced. No complaints about the work done or prices. My issue is with the customer service. I walk in the door and nobody is at the counter. A young man walks from the back and his greeting is Watcha need . I said how are you sir and his response was fine, Watcha need . No expression on his face and apparently no desire to be at work. The other gentleman who performed the work was the one who checked me out after the work was done and was very friendly and informative. My other concern is the balance machines are facing the rear of the shop. I ve seen this before and typically comes from laziness or lack of knowledge about balancing tires so they tend to keep that process hidden from the customers. There have been plenty of times where I have left a shop only to have to go somewhere else to have tires rebalanced due to someone refusing to take the time to do the work properly.

I have always used tartown they've always been really really good but and I've bought all my towers from there and I go in today and one of my towers is having a real shaking problem and they didn't have time to check on it.

Mike et al stayed open for us to limp our way along for 2 1/2 miles to get there when our tire went flat with two hours to go in a long driving day and would not charge extra. Helped us get home without having to stay overnight. Highly recommend!!

Honest, Dependable, & Reliable. Acknowledged something wrong with a new tire while inspecting it before mounting back on my vehicle. They could have just mounted the tire and sent me on my way as it was late on a Friday afternoon. But they took care of the issue to ensure everything was right and safe.

Bought several sets there over the years and they have always outlasted any other tires from anywhere else. Prices are comparable to other tire shops and always gets me in and out quick. No 2-4 hr wait. Doesn't tell me I need extra work done unless it's absolutely needed unlike other places in town. I don't know why alot of people go to dw&t when this place is so much better all the way around.

After an accident, I visited Tire Town to get 4 new tires. While I was there, the gentlemen helping me also checked some extra things out of concern for my safety. They helped me to make cost-effective decisions and went above and beyond my expectations. I will be using Tire Town from now on, and if you haven't visited, I highly recommend it. You will leave there knowing that you are well taken care of.

Went in and spoke with the owner Mike Gilmer. I told him what I was looking for and he started looking for tires. Mike looked at many different brands and we discussed the tires and I came to a decision based on the information provided. Mike told me he would order them and then call me when they were in. He called me today and I went in. Everything was done to my specifications and I was very happy with my experience. I will continue to do business with Tire Town and not search anywhere else. Thank you Gilmers for quality service like what I grew up with.

I brought my truck here for an alignment after another shop failed to get it right. They found a few problems that the other shop missed, and they were really straight with me about the price to fix it. I really appreciated that they priced out how much it would cost to fix everything as well as how much it would cost to make it "good enough" to fit my budget. My truck has a lot of miles on it, and the service advisor totally understood that I didn't want to dump tons of money into it. It did take a little bit longer than anticipated, but it was a tough job. They did not charge me more for that, and they stayed very close to the original quote. About a month later I went back and bought a set of tires from them. Very good prices, and I was in and out of there in no time.

Personal service, home town people, honest and realistic pricing. Many sizes in stock, but they can get just about any tire in 1 day. We've been customers for 30 years.

This place is the real deal. I've been there three times in the past month and it keeps getting better and better. A completely trustworthy shop (which can be hard to find), competitive prices and friendly service makes Tire Town a MUST for anyone looking to have auto work done.

The gentlemen at Tire Town were incredible. Didn t have the type of tire I needed in an emergency, so they put my spare on and sent me down the road to get another tire to ensure my safety home. Thank you and bless you.

I have used Tire Town for all of my tire needs for nearly ten years. Cars, SUV, truck and even fixing my lawn mower tires. Whole staff is fantastic. Very involved in our community too!

Great family owned owned and operated home town business. The prices are not the cheapest in town but they have always stood behind their work and you can tell that a hand shake at this place still means something.

This place is a joke. My husband took our car in for a front end alignment and they said they couldn't do it because it was too low. According to their web site, they work on all makes and models. All the bays were empty and all the workers were in the back playing video games and complaining about the heat. We sure won't be doing any business with these people again.
