I cannot even express enough how much we appreciate Chuck and Tori. Couple of Canadian girls on a road trip with our truck breaking down on our way home. Chuck was amazing! And funny, too Took care of arranging a tow for us, and ordered the parts, got my truck in, fixed, and us back on the road in under 5 hours! And sooooo friendly, down to earth and very reasonably priced. Little sad we didn't get to see the chickens though, but we promise we're going to come back for a visit! Would highly highly recommend! 10 stars!!!!

My suv broke down off I-30 in Sulphur Springs over an hour away from my house. I was traveling alone and did a search for automotive repairs and the first place I called was already overbooked and short handed and couldn t take a look at mine. I asked for a recommendation and they gave me Hondaology. I called and talked to the owner Chuck. He too was overbooked and short handed but he said he would help me. He recommended a towing service and he was able to quickly look at and discover the alternator was out. He had to order the part and worked on it over the next day and got me back on the road . I highly recommend Hondaology!

Very knowledgeable about all things Honda. Took my CrV to a regular shop multiple times with no resolution. Within no time, the problem was diagnosed and fixed. I would highly recommend.

I ve been Chuck s customer since he was the lead Technician at Honda in Paris Texas! I moved away for 5 years and inquired about him at the Honda and found out he was still in business at Hondaology! From my experience the man knows about car repairs and is an expert in Honda and Acura brands. His reputation is backed by honesty and hard work! If you want a mechanic that will explain the why and fix it too, take it to Chuck!

Real down to earth, and friendly staff. They're real straight shooters. The get to the point with your issue with out building up a ticket. They took care of my transmission replacement and I highly recommend any with older model Honda's to come here. Chuck and his guys are very experienced. I wish I could add six stars out of five.

Top Notch service. Talk about going above and beyond. We broke down on our way home from vacation and Chuck worked well into the evening to get us back on the road. If I lived in the area he would be my go-to mechanic. Very honest. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
