Had a oil pump blowout on a 7.3 diesel. The got me fix and running as soon as the parts showed up. Noe was very professional! And gave honest answers of the timeline and work needed to be preformed.

We were traveling and we needed an oil change for our motorhome. I called and spoke with Brian the service manager. He was able to get us scheduled at the perfect time when we would be passing through town. We showed up two hours ahead of schedule and they took us right in and had the work completed within 1.5 hours. Great customer service and very friendly. Well done! I have used Brian Toliver for over 9 years for all my trucks service. They have been very good to me. Chanse is my service tech and he always takes time to listen to my concerns. I won t use any one else to service my vehicles

I asked for a oil change and for them to check the engine light. I was told I needed a tune-up. My oil change costs $192.00 and my receipt indicated they had changed two spark plugs and changed the oil. They scheduled me for the next weekend for a tune up costing $540 plus. The original plugs cost were approximately $12.85 each so not 100% sure what this tune-up will include. Will discuss this when I take it in. It is my understanding that the $165.00 diagnostic costing would be omitted if they did the tune up. They have always dealt fairly with me and I expect no less for any future work.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Tire rotations, Oil change

The only reason I didn t give a 5 star is because of the time involved. Appointment was made on line. Several time slots were offered. I chose 1:00 pm. I arrived exactly on time, and was told 2:30 for pick up. I had lunch and came back at 2:30. Truck hadn t even moved! I live in Florida and visiting a family member! We drove home, 32 miles each way. I was called at 5:00 and was told the truck was ready for pickup. The wash job was great.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Oil change

My car overheated on the highway and this was the closest Ford dealership. I called to let them know we were coming and they were ready when we arrived. Very prompt service and car was ready the same day. I brought my care in to check engine light being on and they discovered a valve that needed replacing that measured coolant to the engine and a reprogramming. They said it would be possibly a couple of hours, they actually did it in an hour and a half. I was glad if that. As always everyone was professional and courteous and I was pleased with Noe who was nice and knowledgeable as always. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work .Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I may have to up date this at a later date. We are waiting to see what the warranty is going to pay. I have the premium plan, so my electric and differential should be covered. So I will update this once the repairs are completed and paid for by the warranty****UPDATE***WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICES WE RECEIVED. CHANCE WORKED HARD TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS HANDLED CORRECTLY. I went in without an appointment, during my lunch break, and they checked my vehicle for a suspected leak. After making sure I didn't have a problem my car was returned to me quickly and professionally.This was my 1st trip to Brian Toliver Ford and they did not disappoint. We have used Toliver Ford for 2 years. We are now moving on to somewhere that can & will actually get the job done. Pack of communication, ordering wrong parts, doing the wrong work, etc. Nice and helpful staff just very unreliable service center workers.Just overall dissatisfied with service center. Brought the truck in on an appointment. I had warranty work done. The service department was a little sluggish on their service. I was told it was due to covid, mind you this is August of 2022, issues with parts, personal etc etc. I would recommend them but you have to really stay on top of your repair. They do not have lender cars I was told. I do have one major concern, I was on hold for 15 minutes waiting to speak to someone in the service department.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I ve been taking my Lincoln here for regular service and manufacturing recalls. They have always been great about getting me in and out in a reasonable time, and do the job right the first time. Everyone I ve encountered at this location has always been warm and friendly.

This dealership was amazing!! So helpful in my moment of crisis. I was traveling from TX to WV when I accidentally dropped my keys into a toilet as it was flushing. They were gone!! Brian Toliver Ford was only one half mile away. They were so helpful in getting someone out to reprogram new key fobs for me.It was an unexpected expense during the trip home; but I am forever thankful for their help and quick response during this pickle my two kids and I were in.Thank you again Kayla and Eric at Brian Toliver Ford!!

Always great service. Not the cheapest place around, but the best place. I know they will be there tomorrow. Used them for over 40 years now. Had some rear end noise and called service. They offered to pick my truck that same day and fix it under warranty. Fixed vehicle for me and delivered it back to me. Delivery alone was over 68 miles. Really helped me out and noise is gone now. Appreciate the great service.

i bought a brand new 2021 ranger in december of 2021 with 14 miles on it, 13 months later im at 65k miles, its all interstate and no towing, shouldnt be a problem, i had to turn in the truck because it was alrdy having transmission probs, i was told 3 other rangers were turned in at same time as mine with same issuses of the transmission slamming into lower gears and experiancing loss of power, they claimed it was a transmission valve, well a month later after it was finally replaced i was told that it still didnt run right and i would need a new transmission, well then it required a warranty inspector to come look at it, after he showed up to look at it its amazing how it worked just fine and they were wrong and i could come get it, so i got the truck back out and no sooner did i drive it i realized nothing was fixd, so they had my truck for 2 months, charged me $100 to get it back and fixd NOTHING......, i went same day and traded it in on a toyota tacoma, DONT USE FORD AND DONT USE BRIAN TOLIVER!!!!

Had a recall on driver s airbag and Brian Toliver sMobile service came to our house and replaced it. It is about 50 miles from the dealership. This car we brought from Brian Toliver. Everything we have had done we have been very pleased. We highly recommend this dealership.

First off I typically take my Ford truck to the dealer for repair as I trust they will use original parts and know how to repair the vehicle.For this visit I had a fault code for the Turbo Charger inlet pressure sensor. Ford replaced the faulty sensor and pigtail. Truck running fine. What was odd? Made an online appointment for a specific day and time. Dropped off on a Thursday. Ford was not able to look at the truck until the next week. What is the purpose of making the appointment? I was not in a rush but I could have used the truck on Friday and the weekend. My expectation was that I made an appointment and they at least diagnose the problem within a day. Waiting 6 days to look under my hood was a little too long. I own the vehicle and do need to use the truck. Truck ran fine with fault code. Lucky they had parts on hand or that would have caused another weeks delay. Overall satisfied with the work. Total cost was high. However, I feel more confident with the Ford dealer finding and correcting the problem.Service: Engine repair

This is why you should shop locally: Service After The Sale! We purchased our new Lincoln a year and a half ago but one day recently it was dead in the garage. Our sales associate Justin not only came to jump it, but he also left a loan vehicle and took ours in to get checked out. The problem was a defective battery, which was changed out under warranty, and we got our vehicle back the same day even with no appointment. We have had nothing but positive experiences with Brian Toliver Ford in Sulphur Springs. Kudos to our awesome sales associate, Justin!Service: Battery

Tires/monitor on my dash indicated one of my tires need attention; we use nitro in our tires; so I drove to Brian Toliver friendly, reliable Service department to have the tires evaluated.Good news one tire just needed some nitro; BAD NEWS chip/module for cruise control + other feathers needs replacing.Trying to come up the money to have it replaced.I am one lucky lady to have an honest, helpful, service man(Mr. Fite) who always helps me with a smile & a fix to solve any issue I may have with my car.
