Coolant pipe was completely broken off after leaving this place, it exploded covering my whole engine bay with coolant. Break happened suspiciously close to the battery they just replaced.Giving 1 star because it wasn t a bad experience at the place.

The guys today were polite, attentive and most helpful. As usual, they asked if I wanted any additional services such as filters, etc., before just installing them and assuming I would pay for them. I haven't been here very long in Houston, but from my experiences thus far, Valvoline has some of the most service oriented employees I have seen. Far too often since I have been here. I have not received nor experienced decent customer service. Much less exceptional customer service. It really stands out when people go that extra mile, and the guys at Valvoline did just that today.

I just got my oil changed at the Rosenberg location less than a month ago, recently got a low oil light on my car, no leaks or anything. With me just getting my oil changed I knew something was off. We drove to the Sugarland location and were helped by Pablo and Santana ( these guys came in clutch) turns out the Rosenberg location screwed up and didn t fill my oil to capacity- my oil was non existent. This could ve ended badly. Luckily the guys here took great care of me, fixed everything up the right way. I ll be driving to this location from now on.

Just left Valvoline and got the fastest and most speediest oil change done by Victor Manager and Michael Assistant Manager. I promise I drive only to this location. I feel as though they are respectful courteous fair and 100 % exemplify the Valvoline motto where no appointment is needed. Thanks again guys!!

Went here around about 5pm on 02/19/24 forgot who was the person who serviced me. But I was in and out and straight to the point (professionally of course). I always pass by it, but was in the area anyways and got my oil changed.

Michael, Datta, and Joe(Curly Hair Manager) , provided me and outstanding service today. I got a transmission flush and I was serviced in the order arrived. I have to award Datta with recognition of following bay commands, very important, and Michael with amazing customer service that I only go to this valvoline and I live 40 min away. Joey the manager is awesome as well and I appreciate you asking if I wanted water while waiting. You supervised your team the entire time on all bays. Good job guys. This review is very detail because I am a manager where I work and presentation and customer service is very important to me.

Hated it when Michael (one of the service guys in bay 2) pushed me back a spot to accommodate his girlfriend instead. Nobody even apologized for it or flinched about it. I could see them chatting and him bragging about the incentive to the lady. Pull your shorts up Michael, get to work and if the managers can see this message, they would have to investigate this. Doesn t suite the motto!

The wait time was almost 10 minutes. The staff was very courteous, patient and helpful.With the oil change they check the and fill up air in all the tires and perform basic cat check.

My second bad experience at this location. First time they misplaced my windshield washer cap. Today I had to inform them for battery check & tire pressure. Not worth the money. Highly unprofessional.

lots of changes, did not do tire rotation for a very long time for different excuses. NOW, supposedbly my truck wont fit on the rack, which it did for many years before. going back to the Dealer now and asking them to bring in a car wash. Miss the old Mister Car Wash/Oil change. not sure if owner or Mgt Change, but one change for sure is i'm going elsewhere..... Good Luck

Fantastic service! I was in and out in 30 minutes. The guys were extremely knowledgeable and let me know about future issues I needed to address without trying to upsell me on things. I will return when I need my next oil change. A++++

Staff is always friendly and professional. I have never had to wait long to be taken care of, and once in the bay, the service is quick yet thorough. The hours and location are convenient, and you receive a coupon for a free wash for the carwah next door. Went to this location today for an oil change,Top tech. Didn t do head light check, break light, tire check, washer fluid, wiper blades start filling up oil when bottom tech didn t even say clear for oil. even when i told them to fill up air still didn t do it. Not the right procedure of valvoline technician

Excellent staff and service! Previous place that did my oil change over tightened when closing up. The piece broke when being removed. They sent someone to get a replacement part and had me back on my way as soon as possible. I could not believe how professional and helpful everyone was. I really appreciate a business like this and will be back in the future! Thank you to everyone involved! It was a group effort!!

Friendly, thorough service. Sit-in-vehicle quick oil change and basic inspection of fluids, tires, blades, etc.They didn't pressure to sell me anything I didn't need. Thanks, will recommend

Deceiving and disingenuous... not a good combination in business.Piece of advice, don't tell your customers you'll only pass their state vehicle inspection if they purchase new wipers from you... especially when the wipers are in good condition and replaced 6 months ago... at your same facility.Stop trying to take advantage of folks.

My service here was literally the above and beyond service. I came in for a simple oil change and mentioned that my filters hadn't been changed in awhile. While they worked on those, I was told about my battery performing extremely low and how he was surprised it was still going. Eduardo made sure I got the best price for a new battery. While changing my filter, they accidently got dirt in the air compressor. I was willing to pay for the accident but he once again went above and beyond and paid for the part out of the kindness of his heart. I couldn't believe he would do that. He even made sure to do everything he thought necessary before I left their care. He actually made my car run better than it has in while. He made me want to come back the next day to spend more money on services for my vehicle! I can honestly say, this was the highlight of my day. I had such a rough start and they all really helped brighten my day. I hope they know their amazing customer service made me smile for the rest of the day. Eduardo, I will be sure to come back for another oil change. Y'all have gained a lifelong customer. Thank you so much for everything!
