Wow... I would call him "Arnold the Windshield Guy."I have a Porsche Panemera. When I drove up to the Service Center, Arnold was right on the spot awaiting my arrival. One of worst customer experience, felt really ripped off for the money. The tech was rude, the job was shoddy and the whole transaction felt deceptive. Amazing service! I had been putting off replacing a window and then was in a situation where I needed my window replaced quickly and then head back to work shortly afterwards. Carlos was absolutely amazing in how he helped me out. He let me know exactly what I needed, which I was not even aware of, prior to speaking with him. He initiated the process of using insurance & kept me updated with all knowledge of the issue. He repaired the issue, quickly & beautifully. Amazing customer service. Polite. Great work. I just replaced my windshield for my BMW 2 weeks ago.I was very impressed with their customer service and was ready to replace my lexus in December.And I found out that they did not collect money from my wife on the day of service. And I got a call from them today asking for payment. I told them I still want to pay cash but I am flying to CA tonight so if they can come to pick up cash from my wife.And they started to treat me like if I am a scammer.Finally, I had to tell them I am a dentist running 2 offices and I can afford $500. Then they sent someone to my office and picked up cash.I thought they truly care about their customers. But now I feel like they only care about $$$.Their tone of customer services changed dramatically.Service: Auto windshield repair

We had a big chip in the windshield that we d been needing to take care of forever. Finally had some time before the dealership closed but barely. We called in and they assured us a technician, Carlos, would stay. Carlos was great to work with. Very quick, friendly, willing to explain the process as we were fascinated, and happily stayed past 5pm to get it done.

I came into classic for a quick chip repair and Carlos was there right on time as soon as I got there! He s a very nice and friendly person to talk too and he got my chip repair done in no time! I recommend anyone to come to him and only him! Ruben was very pleasant and knowledgeable to talk to Sunday around 10AM. (I mention date and time bc yes THEY COMMUNICATE ON A SUNDAY! Not many places do at all which is awesome for us who work Monday-Friday) I called to get info on getting a chip on the windshield fixed. Now onto today my hubby took the car to Carlos and Carlos was great! Very hardworking professional and amazing what he does! We highly recommend this company and these gentlemen for your windshield repairs!!! They re very affordable and reasonable and guarantee their work which by what I've read/ seen/ now witnessed is great!

Thanks to Reuben and Carlos! Reuben was nice enough to call back late on a Sunday to assure me that my issue is fixable. Early Monday morning I met with Carlos and he was so professional and polite and QUICK! 30 minutes, in and out. I will never search for another windshield repair service again now that I know Safe Tech Auto Glass and Carlos are in business. Thank you Carlos for making my issue as painless as possible. YOU ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

Best service we ve ever seen. Technician Chris Lozano was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable & professional. We observed his work throughout the process and were very pleased. He happily explained each step as it was completed and asked if there were any questions or concerns. All this in less than one hour. Fantastic.

I was going out for lunch and was on the freeway when a rock flew into my windshield causing a severe chip. I called Ross and Carlos at Safe Tech Auto Glass and they told me to stop by. They were very professional and extremely informative on the process. They made me feel comfortable in that my chipped windshield would be taken care of and hardly visible to the naked eye after they were done. Within 20 minutes the chip on the windshield was repaired and my windshield looked brand new! I was really impressed and can't thank Ross and Carlos enough! Will definitely use them again, and I highly recommend giving them a call. Thanks again!
