We are incredibly impressed with the level of quality of our seat covers and the customer service Richmond Auto Upholstery during our order process. These covers are absolutely amazing and so well made. My husband and I recommend Richmond to anyone looking to refresh their favorite "old car" which we love. The leather and the cushion part is amazing.

Needed to replace my degrading drivers seat cover in my 2019 Mercedes Benz E300 and found Richmond Auto Upholstery offering just what I needed. They were diligent enough to make sure that I received the correct model seat cover and got to work. It arrived and I decided to use their referred Installer who actually came to my home and finished the install in a timely manner making the entire project a total success and the seat cover is a perfect color match and fits like a glove. I tried the very inexpensive and frustrating eBay seat cover replacements for my Toyota. After hours of frustration, I ended up sending them back and ordering from Richmond Auto Upholstery and am so happy I did. What a world of a difference in quality, fit and finish! Bravo! This business is awesome! So much better than oem as well. Ordered a seat cover to replace a worn out original. They contacted me next day to ensure what seat cover I had, and then shipped my new cover out within 3 days. The fit and quality exceeded my expectations. Purchased a 2018 Subaru Legacy bottom drivers seat January 29th 2024. Dealing with Richmond Auto Upholstery was great. Seat matched the existing seats perfectly, price was good and quality is outstanding. The seat was installed professionally by Millennium Auto Upholstery Naples Fl. The owner Joe did a great job and confirmed that Richmond Auto Upholstery provides an excellent product that is easy to install. You can t go wrong dealing with Richmond.

I have a 14 Navigator (and given prices, will likely keep it for awhile). That's part of what makes Richmond Auto Upholstery exceptional: their replacement seats are *perfect matches. Their instructions are great, their customer service is *amazing, they could not be more helpful. Oh--their prices are more than fair. This isn't just a great business, the people there make this business worth supporting. I love this place. Believe me, you will be glad you trusted them. First class. Ordered 2 replacement leather covers for the passenger and driver seats of a 2008 Sebring convertible that had seen better days - after placing the order they asked for the VIN to make sure the colour matched (it does perfectly) and a photo of the existing seats to make sure the covers were for the right model sear (they were - again perfect match).I am not a mechanic, I have limited experience with any kind of work on my car but I was able with a bit of effort (and a helping hand to get the seats out of and back into the car) to get the covers changed - it s a real game changer my car is looking super stylish now

I was about to give up on my King Ranch truck. I saw that Richmond offered the original style and even have a process on how to save my rear saddle pocket. I called to ask more questions and Kevin was extremely helpful and answered all my questions! I purchased the driver seat and console and boy was I thrilled with the results! An EXACT MATCH!! I haven't received my seat cover yet so I can't speak to the quality of the product but so far my experience with them has been very subpar. I ordered over a week ago and finally received a shipping notification today after 3 calls requesting a status update. I spoke with someone via text and he eventually just ghosted me. Stopped answering altogether and never provided an update. Then I finally got someone on the phone after multiple call attempts all going to voicemail. This person was helpful and told me they had everything they needed and that I'd receive the seat cover the following week. I never received a shipping confirmation or tracking number. Another week passed so I called again....voicemail. SMH. Left a voicemail with order number and requested a status update. This morning I finally received a shipping confirmation and tracking number. Needless to say, it's the terrible communication and order sitting in limbo with no updates that has been the most frustrating. I'm hoping the seat cover is good quality and works for us, otherwise, this would be a total bust of a purchase.

The team at Richmond Auto Upholstery were very helpful, I reached out because I did not see the seat I needed on their website. I sent a photo of my seat and VIN Number and they had the exact cover in the original color and style I needed! Found Richmond auto upholstery on eBay after I had almost given up looking for a new factory style seat cover for my 1997 Chevy Cheyenne which none of the big name mail order auto restoration companies offer. Since they where close to work I dropped by to ask some questions and decided to order the new seat cover since they are made to order. They had it ready the next day. I finally got around to installing it today and while it did take me the better part of 5 hours I took my time let the sun heat the fabric to make it easier to stretch over the seat and made sure the holes for the head rests and seat belts were cut in the right area. I cannot be happier with the results this is a high quality product on par with factory if not slightly better in some regards.

I called and spoke with Fred, I told him I needed the 2 front seats complete in my ford Excursion. They sell the covers you can take them and install them yourself, or for $75 each piece seat back, seat bottom they will install it (that s what I did). I thought they had them in boxes on the shelf, but they made them that day, color matched off visual and the VIN right down to the Limited logo stitched into the seat back. I am very satisfied with my seats and any time I need any recovered I plan to call Fred. He inspected the seats with us to insure we were happy with them and explained how to care for them, they have a 1 year warranty on them. Thanks Fred and everyone else at Richmond Auto Upholstry

In 2021 I ordered and paid for seat covers for my Jeep. After that nothing happened for a long time and my emails weren't replied to. The money was also not returned upon request. I then ended the business for myself and left a negative recession here. Suddenly someone came forward and promised to deliver the seats. He made the excuse that DHL didn't deliver but wasn't able to send a tracking number. 2 years later: He promised that the seats would be delivered, but I should remove the negative recession. I did that, and what do you think happened? Nothing! My emails have again not been responded to, the money has not been refunded and the seats have not been delivered. I had a rip in my Mercedes GL450 seat, I found out that it was VINYL from the factory!! Kevin told me they make these in OEM MB-Tex Vinyl or Genuine Leather. I went with the leather and got it installed with their install video and it looks GREAT!! THANK YOU RICHMOND!

2008 toyota 4runner Limited. Replaced passenger side seat bottom that I purchased directly from Richmond Auto Upholstery. Excellent match and color. High quality craftsmanship. Installed myself. Took some time and patience, but definitely doable for an amateur. The most difficult part is installing the 10 bull nose clips, but you'll figure it out. The foam cushion needs to be gently flexed to give room to secure the clips. Great product and a good price.

Ordered a replacement bottom driver s seat cover for my 2011 Chrysler Town and Country. Received product in less than 2 weeks. Product color and style were a perfect match. Installation was a little challenging but with a little patience and some mechanical ability it was not an impossible job. I would definitely order from them again if there was a need. Would also recommend them to anyone looking for products they sell.

Incredible company. Excellent customer service and very reasonably priced. We have a Mercedes GLK 350 and the driver s seat was tearing and starting to wear away. Ordered a new driver s seat. When I reached out to the company because I had a few questions, after they answered those questions, they also noticed I ordered the wrong color seat and they made the adjustment and didn t charge me for anything. Richmond Auto sent great installation videos and was very helpful on the phone when I hit a snag when installing the seat. The final product turned out great. Kevin is an amazing manager. He helped me address a poor & incomplete installation by a San Antonio business that Richmond recommended. I drove to Sugarland with the expectation to pay for the work to be done right, and to my shock Kevin wouldn't take a penny from me. I am such a delighted customer, and would highly recommend Richmond to anyone needing new seat covers. They make everything on site and can install it pretty fast. Purchased replacement leather covers for my 2001 F-150. The quality and workmanship of the covers is exceptional. I purchased my truck new so I remember how they looked when I first sat in the truck these covers are a perfect fit and color match.
