I brought my wife's car on Friday morning for an oil change, tire rotation, and a 90k mile check on belts, fluids, filters, etc. They give me a sheet of paper to put my name, phone number, and what I wanted done. I double-checked to make sure I wrote down my number correctly, and they assured me that they would call me when it was ready and if the car needed extra servicing.A half hour before the garage closed, my wife texts me that Prime One called her to say the car is ready. I guess they lost the sheet of paper with my contact info, so they called my wife's number because it was in their computer system. She told them that she was out of town and that they should have called me. My wife told them that she didn't expect me to be able to pick up the car before closing because I never heard from them. When she texted me the situation, I was already home and would be unable to pick up the car before closing on Friday.I get to Prime One early Saturday morning. When I explained the situation to the owner, he said something to the effect of, "It's not my fault that you don't talk to your wife." He seemed to realize he crossed a line because he immediately backed away from the statement, saying something like "Let's not go there..."So from the owner's point of view, this situation was my fault--even though I gave them my name, number, and what I wanted done on the car. From my point of view, they took the sheet of paper I filled out and promptly threw it away.But what's more, the owner made a personal attack on my relationship with my wife. I find that way more upsetting than the fact that they can't keep track of a customer's contact information.The owner said "Sorry" several times, but never really said what he was sorry for.I'm not going back.

Nick always over quotes how long I'll be there. He told me it may be 25 minutes. It was probably 10 or 15 minutes even with a car in front. This place has always given me quick and fair service.

Mr Brian in the Sugar Land shop did an awesome job today! It took him/me less than 10 minutes to get the state inspection done! This is called a quality service.

Great service and staff. My car belts, serpentine and alternator, both broke while driving today. Had my car towed to Prime1 Car Care and they took care of me in a professional manner, while providing the utmost care for my aging vehicle. George and his brother are top notch. Highly recommended. I came in 20 minutes before they closed and I didn t think they would be able to do a vehicle inspection but I was wrong! Not only were the efficient with that process, but they were also still willing to help even when they were closing. I received one of the best experiences from an automotive shop; I haven t received a service like this as swift and homely in years!

Went for an oil change and as a first time customer, talked me through the different oils and what is best for my car. Was seen quickly, in and out in less than 20 minutes. Good service, knowledgeable staff - great!

He is one man operation with a fine crew. He is efficient. Does not waste time for small talk. He has waiting room and toilet facilities for both genders.Clean and well kept.He delivers on time ! He I trust completely.

I had all 4 of my brakes replaced here. The next day I noticed a grinding sound coming from my brakes and when I took it to them they found a rock stuck between the pad. They fixed it for me but didn t bleed the brake fluid line so my brakes weren t functioning correctly. I took it back and they fixed it. However I just took my car in for some work in another shop and was told my back brakes needed changing but the front 2 looked almost brand new. I don t know if this was done on purpose or not but I was charged for 4 brake pads and the labor to change 4 but only 2 were done. Do not use this shop if you can avoid it.

When i arrived George was there at reception, and they took my vehicle and my radiator connection popped, it made mess around. It is my vehicle problem, i worked for sometime on it for everything, and it happened. They cleaned around professionally and connect the line. I was impressed their professionalism and help! I recommend them with my eyes closed to anyone. Thank you George for your help! They deserve beyond 5 stars Service: Vehicle Inspection

I ve brought my car to Prime 1 Car Care three times over the last two months and each time my vehicle has run better after their mechanic worked on it. They ve done an amazing job each time! The people who work here are honest, hardworking folks and always let me know ahead of time how much a repair will cost before they do any additional work on the car. Highly recommend them for all your car repairs!

I have been several times, in the last 2 to 2.5 yrs period, at this shop for diverse car issues. These fellows are terrific.Major problems they resolved for at least XX% of the dealer quote.My last visit, less than a month ago, it was to replace a component of my speed shifting system to the transmission... the part alone, I researched. was $500 and installation at least 3 to 4 hrs, hrs..They fixed it, the same day(!), there was no need to replace the component, since it were some missing components, pins, screw, and calibration time they did for much less than others' quotes. Definitely, I trust them.

I have Presidents Day off and I called around to see who would have an opening to have my car inspected. Prime 1 told me to "come on in". They were efficient, courteous and personable. I had an estimate done at a different place for repairs that need to be done on my other car. I think I will bring the job order to Prime 1, and see what they say. Very impressed.

Never thought I would use the words compassionate and caring to describe the customer service at an auto mechanic shop, but that s what the service is like here. They accommodated me quickly for a car inspection, they went the extra mile to make sure my radiator fluid was ok, and they had me in/out in 20min tops. No one ever wants to deal with car trouble, but I know where I will go if I need the service.

Very happy with the quality of work here. My car's radio screen, lock senor and OBD port hasn't been working for months. Another auto shop did 2 electrical test charging me $200 total, while still not able to pinpoint the issue. Recommended me to swap out my entire radio.The gentlemen here charged me $20 to swap out a faulty fuse and everything is working properly again. I'll definitely will be bring my business here in the future.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Assumed when driving by this would be a Jiffy Lube type of high traffic, poor service shop. Noticed the good reviews here and used it for annual vehicle inspection. Very impressed with the level of organization and attention to detail found here. It is one thing to just keep your car running and up to date, but when you feel the shop is trying to deliver high quality customer service, that latter part is so often lacking. Not here. Good customer service, thanks!

Excellent service and great quality. I came here for my state inspection and they did it quick. I came back another time for checking my rear break light and they fixed it in no time. My tire sensor light came on, took it to my dealership and they said it s defective and I have to get a new one installed. I took my car to Prime 1 Car Care and they only needed to reset it and fixed it...no charge

On 2 different occasions my car was given back to me with a new/different issue than what it was brought in for. I went to discuss this and Nick the owner told me if they couldn't fix it they would just have to give me my money back, he said he needed to speak to his brother (the mechanic) to see if they could resolve the repair. After waiting almost a week and not hearing from them I drove there and was greeted as an adversary and not a customer who had paid them lots of money and was dissatisfied with an issue on my vehicle. I was all but told I was a liar and that they had repaired what I had asked. I was not offered anything for the issue, not even reimbursement for the thermostat they took off which I had just put on the vehicle (they didn't even call to inform me they were removing it) nothing for the tools I had to go purchase to complete the job they had already been paid to do. I was treated with disdain and aggression, I was told they would never work on my vehicles again, as if Im the one that did something to them. Horrible customer service and business ethics, don't do business with these guys.

Efficient and professional. I went there today in an emergency that my wife's car needs the bad battery replaced. It's a Mercedes so it's complicated enough for me to DIY.We arrived there, supplied the new battery we bought. No questions and hassles. They just put us in the next job, finish the work and reset the car computer. All was done in just less than one hour. Definitely go there again when my cars need helps!!!

Called to ask about a service and whoever answered the phone didn't even let me finish my question. He was super rude AF. Told me straight up no without letting me finish my question. Won't ever be going there. Gladly give my money to somewhere else.
