What an amazing experience I ve had today with Wendy. I came in to purchase antifreeze for my car as I noticed an unknown issue that someone pointed out while running errands. Wendy went above and beyond to help find the issue so he t and realized I had a line that was disconnect and with her help she was able to get my line reattached as this could have caused my car to overheat and possibly blow out my engine. If it was not for her I would be in a really bad shape with my vehicle. I truly appreciate and want to ensure that everyone knows this Lady is incredible. My biggest Hero

Mrs. Windy is amazing person , very great advisor .. supported me and found out why my check engine light was on ,It really great branch and I love to come again ..Thanks O Reilly for your amazing professional ManagmentAnd again I came back and Mr. Jon did a great job very patient and supportive .. what a wonderful team .. My engine light came on & it's my first day on the job! I stopped in here to see if they could test it to see what was going on! James came helped me & he was great! He checked it out & it's my thermostat. He helped me to get the correct coolant & I was able to drive home. Talk about being thankful, I am!!

This review is for Jacob specifically, if not I would give it 1 star. Jacob was so helpful and helping multiple customers, while two other sales peoples didn t even acknowledge customers in line. One guy for 20 minutes was talking to this one person, without even acknowledging customers in line who have been waiting there. Then another lady from the back comes out, and she doesn t acknowledge anyone, and goes back to the back. It was a weird experience. Then here you have Jacob helping multiple customers at the same time and helping them outside, including me. He took the time out to teach me how to change out my windshield blades and taught me how to put my coolant on where how to know where min max is. If management is reading this, I think Jacob deserves some recognition.

Fantastic customer service! I had no idea that they help to install windshield wiper blades and fill up windshield wiper fluid with a purchase! They saved me a lot of time as I did not have to drive to my mechanic to get it done.On top of that ,- pleasant and helpful customer service.- Clean and organized place- wide selection of parts- timely on the spot service with a purchaseI will definitely go back! And two thumbs up to James for excellent customer service and help.

They have what I need when I need it. They are my go-to auto parts store. From replacing my battery to buying license plate frames, they have what's needed. Friendly people behind the counter always glad to help.

I really appreciate James, the Asst. Mgr at this location. He's friendly, helpful to everyone who enters the store, and he personally put new headlights in for me. Truly a big help so that I could drive safely to my destination this evening.

Diana, the store manager, helped me tremendously over the phone and in store. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and very helpful with finding my car needs. She was able to find me affordable prices that Autozone and Advance Auto Parts did not have available for rotors and brake pads. Definitely recommend coming to this O Reily location or any available. Best prices are here!

So sad that I have to give one star to write this review. this place was so not helpful,I needed. I had a flat tire. Ask to borrow a tool so I can fix my tire. The woman o says no, you have to buy it. This place was not helpful at all. The Big white lady behind the Counter proceeded to look at me and say no could be the color of my skin(Maybe). but I felt like she was very Rude condescending and very unhelpful

Came in to get my right signal blinker bulb and John (Assistant Manager) took time to install it even when he didn t have too. He also ensured that I received my money back for returning a battery that didn t fit my car even though it was against policy to do so. Definitely recommend him and this location for fair customer service and professionalism.

These people don t know what they re doing. They don t even have money to give a refund after they sell you the wrong part manager employees. All of them are the dumbest people I ve ever dealt with better to go to AutoZone.

I visited this location on 5/13/23. I had my battery checked. This location can get busy at times. Miss. Gloria was the most professional and patient parts member I have encountered in a long time. She was training a new member, checking out customers and replacd one battery while I was waiting. She never complain once. I will be giving this location my business from here on. I hope O'Reilly value their staff.

Came in to get 4 month old wiper blades replaced under warranty because the rubber strip came off.James called me a liar and caused a scene in front of the whole store accusing me of swapping out the blades for older ones when (1) I had the receipt from 4 months ago, and (2) James was the one who initially installed them.James accusations towards me were embarrassing, humiliating and highly offensive. Stay away from this location to avoid James nastiness and inability to control his emotions.

I love this place. Everyone is very friendly. Gloria, is the best. She didn't give up on me. She is AMAZING!!!!!!!!Others said it can't be done, but Gloria got my battery removed and replaced! Thank you so much Gloria!

I remember the days of visiting an auto parts store, and when someone wasn't sure how to do something, an associate would offer a helping hand. I'm not comfortable with electrical stuff, and would have been very grateful had someone come out to help me with figuring out if I have a blown fuse. Instead I was told "Take it to the dealer". I miss the days of customer service and people trying to help people. I know now to avoid this chain as a whole.

I bought a battery from them two months ago and prior to my purchase I asked if I would receive a full refund upon return, I was told I would as long as I have the receipt and it was in good condition regardless of how long I had it. Today I called them and the same person that said I would receive a full refund was now saying I would not. The manager was much nicer and at least offered to look at it, but instead I went to a different location much closer to me and they took it back for a full refund no questions asked.

I wish my husband got this gentleman's name but the best description I could give is he is older African American gentleman at the Sugar Land location. Thank you SO much for your help with changing our car battery even when it was pouring and I know yall don't do that! You went over and beyond and I appreciate you so much!

Had to go to this O'Riley's twice. Both times the manager provided us excellent customer service. Both times she went above and beyond to meet my needs and make me and my family feel comfortable. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. Will definitely be a returning customer.

I was running errands with my son and my car randomly wouldn't turn on. After I finally got it turned on I headed to O'Reilly and Kylan(sorry if I misspelled your name) helped me out. He checked my battery for me and noticed the terminal was loose and it wouldn't tighten all the way so after a $3 purchase and him fixing it for me. My car was good to go. Thank you so much!

The people working in the store are very friendly and helpful. Specifically, I wanted to express my gratitude to store manager Chesley Sampson who went to great lengths to help me fix something in my car today while he could have asked me to go and try elsewhere. I definitely will shop there more for my auto care needs.

Went in for a battery replacement, and was helped by Chesley (I believe). He was very friendly and helpful, found the correct battery right away, and he even installed it in my car.I am happy there are still helpful and courteous people out there, such as Chesley. If you need auto parts or something for your car, this is the place to go.

Upmost care and service. Beyond premium customer service. Stopped in on two separate occasions and was helped by an employee named Sam who was so graciously kind, and friendly. He was able to look up my information and help me find everything I needed easily and efficiently. Second time, most recently the the Assistant Manger Rick was just as helpful and patient. I want to take the time to write and say thank you for being so thorough and helping me to explain everything easily regarding some important components of my car. Store is also very clean and organized, the only automotive store I would go to in this area.

Just absolutely awful customer service and general automotive knowledge but not nearly as bad as Auto Zone. Parts that are in stock in the store according to their website are very often not in stock.I've not come across people in everyday life that are so apathetic and unwilling to do their jobs as an auto parts store worker. I'm not sure what the hiring process or requirements are but something needs to change because this is just unacceptable.

If you go to this location ask for Mari Keisha!! She's the ONLY reason we were able to get out vehicle fixed and back home, (we live out of town)! She was extremely helpful and continued to come out and check on us, a HUGE thank you to Mari!!!

Mike and Jacob at the Settlers Way location were extremely helpful, as well as courteous. Jacob changed my battery on my 2017 Camaro. He was very accurate and qualified. What a polite young man of 19 years old. Refreshing in the world we live in. Thank you Jacob and Mike.
