Thank to David and all the staff there for being so awesome. We had recently purchased a car for a small lot and we need to get it thoroughly inspected just in case it had issue. They we were able to squeeze us in and before the end of the day got the full report and photos. Thanks to them we were able to return the car because of the issues they spotted.

Excellent customer service. Jessie took really good care of me I needed two back tires. I work nights so Jessie told me he could arrange for me a shuttle service to take me home and get some rest while my vehicle was being worked on. I was really impressed with their service. I will return for future service for my vehicle.

I was recommended this place from someone who is a customer for over 10 years. My first experiences were great! This last experience, I was a little disappointed. I got a call stating the tech said I needed a brake fluid flush. I told them I got it done last time I was there due to mileage. The guy did apologize, and stated the tech went off mileage. It was concerning that they didn t look at my history, or go off of physical evaluation. Overall, I like the staff and feel they are helpful.

This was the first time I took my vehicle to this place and had a great experience. Diagnosing and fixing the issues in a European vehicle is not that easy, but the service advisor here made all the efforts to resolve the issues, and kept me updated throughout the process. I hadn t gotten a quote from anywhere else to compare, but their rates seem quite reasonable. I would highly recommend this place.

The tech did a great job patching my tire. Customer service is also very good. The only issue- bathroom was not working. Other than that, everything was great. I will be going back. Thanks.

If needed, they provide Lyft to get you home or to work if they need to keep your vehicle for an extended time. Good customer service, knowledgeable and skilled mechanics.

From out of state, experienced a tire problem and stopped by First Tire and Auto. They were booked up with scheduled business but agreed to work me in. As it turned out my tire had to be replaced, however they did not have my size in stock. They ordered the tire, provided coffee, and mounted and valences my new tire as soon as it arrived from the distributor. The customer waiting area was comfortable and clean. Very pleasant experience during a trying time.

Goodyear has been taking care of my 2005 Ford Escapee , 2000 Ford Mustang you re my account on my brothers account. James and the guys have been taking care of my brothers families cars and we recommend them always to other friends family and neighbors. Love you guys.

100 percent recommend!!!They are friendly, explain and check everything, fast paced and 100 percent accurate. Only been going here for maybe a year now but everytime was great. Work was done same day!The whole team is awesome

Went in to see if they could patch my tire that was flat (I was on a spare and desperate) but the guy from the front desk seemed like he just wanted to sell me a tire instead of helping me. He said that it was a liability to fix my tire because the treadwas too low . When it was really not. Had enough tread to be fixed, he just said he would fill it up and put it in my trunk. Not even put it one for me or check if there s a leak! Nothing!!! Won t be coming back here. Seems like if they can t make money off you, they have no interest assisting your needs . I put a 2 stars because he at least put air in my tire.

I had an issue with a flat tire and being out of town. First Tire and their employee Axel especially found a way to remedy my situation and make sure that I felt taken care of. Thank you for the speedy service and pleasant customer service!

I showed up 15 minutes till closing only 1 customer in the store ask him to help me out and asked how much. And refuse to help me told me to come back in the morning. I was my way to work and my tire was making a noise so I stopped to get help I was willing to pay.
