Had my Tesla's alignment corrected. It drives very nice now. Gave me a printout of the before and after specs. Made the appointment this morning for this afternoon and they started working on my appointment time. Tesla was a week before they could get me in.Might add too they were very friendly and run a professional shop! Big thanks to FT&A!

It was my first time here and I appreciated the early morning hours as I still had time to get to work. A welcoming and professional staff member, Dylan, set me up with a ride to the rental car place. Quick service with a thorough process for inspecting and diagnosing issues with my car. Excellent communication throughout and it didn t feel like I was getting conned. Walking in and being recognized by name by another staff member, Christian, made me feel even more comfortable with my experience. I ll definitely be back for any future automotive needs.

Great people. Great service. Got new tires installed in 2.5 hours, where other retailers were taking 3-4 days of delivery window + install delays. Nice staff. As another review mentioned, their prices are not the lowest. But service is top notched. I would definitely come back for future services.

LOVE First Tire & Automotive! Their work is impeccable and trustworthy. Evan & Christian always help me out & handle my vehicles with care. They re both very personable mechanics & I always know that they aren t going to convince me to pay for services not needed (VERY important to me as a single mom), while still keeping my car roadworthy and safe. I sooo appreciate them!

Customer service was top notch. As a walk-in, my car was seen and tire was changed within a few hours. Christian (employee) even offered and provided us a ride home as opposed to using an Uber. Recommend for all automotive needs.

I would recommend First Tire and Auto to anyone. Clear communication about repair needs by phone and text, they finished the work earlier than expected and adjusted the price when estimated parts were not needed. Very honest and trustworthy

This is my go-to spot for auto repairs. They are ALWAYS courteous when you walk in. Their prices are usually very competitive, and they don't try to coerce you into unnecessary repairs. The biggest compliment you can give an auto repair shop, is to say that they are honest. And this is one of the most honest shops I've been to.

Bought set of tires for Nissan truck, fair price. Front desk staff did not offer receipt prior to me paying via CC, I had to ask. Upon review, the shop supplies % up charge for $33 added to my bill. I disputed, they said it was in error. Staff blamed other staff, but didn t look or catch it himself. Pay attention customers, I see these mistakes not in your favor a lot. Dan H.

I've been doing business with them for nearly 20 years. They're my first choice for tires and general mechanical service.This time it was for a friend who couldn't afford new tires. So I stepped up to help. Christian handled the situation wonderfully.Turned out she needed tires and battery. All was done in a couple of hours. She was on the road back to El Paso.

I have been to First Tire and Automotive for a number of years as far back as when it was Greatwood Auto, and I have always had a good experience and today was no different. Just for a straight forward state inspection, they are professional, helpful and I do not feel like I have to be worried about any surprises. I will definitely return to FT&A in the future.

More expensive than most, but they re convenient to where I live. I live alone and don t have alternative transportation options. They re good at what they do and are very helpful and thorough. If you have extra money and don t fret spending it, then you ll be happy.

I would not recommend them. Lazy folks. Silently rude. Mechanics run the place. Most of the service writers are premadonas. My person was trying. He was nice.They seem to cater to a certain type of clientele...and my car is not a beater.

It was awesome,awesome, and awesome! I called in and asked about the wait time. They told me I would have to wait like an hour or hour and a half to get my vehicle inspection done. It took just under an hour!Staff was Chris, and he was friendly, kind, patient, and informative. I will definitely be visiting again. Thank you so much!

The AC is not fixed . Two weeks and back to the same. I don't have evidence the new part was actually installed. I know that if they fixed it it wouldn't be blowing warm just like when I brought it in.

I went in for a TPMS sensor replacement, picked up my car and got a flat tire on the side of the road. Turns out it was installed incorrectly. For the record they did tow me back and repair the issue timely but this mistake is pretty inexcusable. What if I was on the highway? I just hope they don't make this mistake again.

The service at the desk is always professional, friendly and helpful. I don't ever feel like I'm being pressured to buy product, especially product that isn't needed. It's not the same with National Tire and other places.
