Took my truck Ford F150 for an oil change on 11/11/23 that I bought from them. I didn t think of checking if there was oil in my vehicle I simply assumed they took care of that because that s why I brought my vehicle in for. Turns out they either forgot or simply did NOT add OIL TO MY TRUCK. My truck has been doing ticking noises ever since, just till today the noise got worse and I decided to check for myself and the dipstick was CLEAN. I emptied out the oil pan and not even 4 qts of oil were in it. The oil filter was also not removed or replaced, it was actually stuck. Not sure what they re doing behind doors, I waited 2 hours that day for this even with my appointment. From running over 1,000 miles in this condition, I know my engine now has damage and the noise has not stopped. The rockers and lifters for certain are now damaged. I will be taking further action because the phone call I did resolved NOTHING. Be aware and DOUBLE CHECK ANYTHING they supposedly service .

Body shop manager she has a terrible personality she is rude and blames everyone else for fault's expect herself. She should not be managing shop and she don't care. Take you vehicle's for repair to other collision centers.

I had the worst time with them. They were referred to me by my insurance. I went in immediately the guy said he felt like it was totalled. I said okay, when can I bring the car in? He told me he wouldn't have any space until October 17th. My car was hit in a few weeks prior to that. He then stated he could take it in on the 17th but wouldn't be able to work on it or get parts until January at best meaning it wouldn't be fixed til February the earliest. I left the shop and decided to look for another, it was insane the waiting time nor was the vehicle close to totaling out.

Took my Cadillac here today because the indicator came on that said the parking assist was temporarily unavailable. Was here at 9am as soon as they opened. Told him the issue and he looked at me straight faced and everything and asked so are you going to leave it here for a couple weeks so we can take a look at it? I looked back at him and said are you serious?! And he said yeah if you leave it here we can take a look at it in a couple weeks. I asked him does he really think that's even remotely reasonable? He said sure it is I have 300 cars waiting for service. Smh at which point I obviously drove off. IF YOUR SMART, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE, THEY DONT NEED YOUR BUSINESS THEY HAVE ENOUGH.

Amazing service and so fast and responsive!! Brad is an awesome manager and took care of my car. Definitely using them again if I ever have another issue with my car. Highly recommend!!

muy mal, no los recomiendo muy inresponsables, el 3 de febrero compre una suburban 2018 le compre seguro extra que incuia transmision, suspension, calefaccion, a/c, electrico, etc, duro 2 semanas y se trono la transmision, no me dan soluciones la suburban yonke esta en el taller y no contesta ni el vendedor jose vidal, el que la financio ya no trabaja, la aseguradora no responde total un desastre, si alguien sabe de algun lugar para hacer una queja o informacion para anular el contrato se los agradeceria.ojoooo, son rateros, hacen fraude te dan los carros por buenos, les pones garantia y ni asi funsiona, no compres en ese lugar.

Primero que todo fue una experiencia super mala llame y les expliqu� mi problema y me dijeron que viniera que ellos resolv�an todos los problemas que solo con aidy solamente y resulta ser que todo fue una mentira despu�s de pedirle de favor a un amigo que me llevara despu�s de manejar una hora nos dimos de cuenta que todo Hera una mentira y te tratan mal�simo yo les recomiendo que no le crean nada de lo que dicen todo fue una mentira
