I had such a great experience purchasing a vehicle from here. Our salesman Jose Soto treated us so well and never put the pressure on us to buy. He got us the most for our trade in and put us in the perfect vehicle in our price range for my growing family. I would definitely recommend Jose S. to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from here. Santiago in finance was also very great to work with. He got us in and out of there quickly and made everything very clear. Fantastic overall experience!

Cannot recommend this dealership enough! I was driving in from out of town with a strict schedule to make my purchase and they made it happen in a timely manner.I worked with Michael & Carlos over the phone to make sure everything was set up prior to my arrival.Once I arrived Fabrizio helped me set up my new Tahoe and the MyChevrolet app. He made sure everything was taken care of to close the deal.The finance guy (sorry I don t remember your name ) was awesome too, a genuinely good person!A+ service all the way and prices that can t be beat! Excellent service. My service advisor John Smith is very knowledgeable about my corvette and can often diagnose the issue right when I arrive (they still do a thorough diagnosis after). He s been very communicative and fast on the service. I literally drive all the way from Austin to Houston just so that my corvette can be serviced by John and Classic Elite Chevrolet Sugarland as I get better service than any Chevy dealership in Austin. Highly recommend.

I recently moved to Ft Bend and Classic is closer to me. I tried it to get a oil change and I am so pleasantly surprised at the professional and friendly service. They did not try to upset me on anything. They even washed my car. The service advisor told me the price upfront. I have gone to get a oil change and they try to get you to spend more money. I would recommend this dealership service department to my friends. I finally found a decent dealership. Thank you

My Salesman Fady is a wonderful person he treats you like a friend from start to finish and never rush you in the decision process I highly recommend him as the go to guy...not to leave out Christhian in Finance he is an awesome person as well and he will make the deal happen for you..love these guys

I purchased a black 2017 Suburban for $51,000, but after a year, I noticed the paint had faded, and there were chips and rust on the roof and frames. When I took it for service, I was told fixing the paint and roof issues would cost nearly $6000. I regret trusting Classic dealership and their salesperson; I thought they were reliable, but now I see I was mistaken. Instead of buying from them, I would've opted for a new vehicle if I had received truthful information. Despite considering two additional Suburbans, I've changed my mind about purchasing from Classic. I strongly advise other used car buyers to ignore sales pitches and always get a mechanic's inspection before making a purchase.

Saw online an Infiniti Q50 for sale with a list price of $17,488. I made an offer to the salesman (Victor) of $17,500 all in. He said he would have to look at the numbers and get back to me in 30 minutes. After 2 hours, we called him for the numbers. He stated they are on their way. 24 hours later, I called him to get the numbers that he never sent. An hour later, I got the numbers.Upon reviewing the purchase paperwork, a $600 extended warranty, that I did not ask for, was added to the total price. Additionally, the price of the car was listed at $17,991. FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS more than the listed price of $17,488. I could not believe it. What unethical and poor business practices to subject their customers to.The total price of the car listed ($17,488) plus doc fee ($150), plus title/license ($357.50), plus sales tax ($1,093) should have been $19,088.50. I raised my offer to $18,500 ALL IN. The dealership would not budge off of $19,500 ALL IN. A number that was still incorrect based on the listed sales price of the car plus TTL.The entire time during this process, I was told they would get back to me. NOBODY contacted me, I had to keep reaching out to them. They simply could have told me that they were not going to sell me the car and I would have moved on. After I called out the salesman for poor timelines, he said his sales manager would contact me. Surprise, surprise, he never did. I finally called and talk to the sales manager who informed me the car was sold 4 days prior.There are a lot of dealerships out their folks who will treat customers better than this. My experience felt like I was dealing with a fly by night car sales company on the street corner and not a reputable car brand dealership. Disappointing experience all around. Car buyers take note.

Michael (my salesman) was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and very helpful to try and get me the lowest price he was allowed to. I know he's got to make money, too, and I think he did a great job. He was very thorough. I can't remember the man's name in financing that I worked with, but he was awesome with helping me figure out my payments. I truly appreciate his help from the bottom of my heart. Both men were very respectful and seemed genuinely caring about helping me out.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Worst car buying experience ever!! Purchased my vehicle in December and still have not gotten second set of keys. This dealer doesn t care once they have your money you get the run around and no return calls. It s been months and all i get is empty promises and no follow up. Do yourself a favor and pick any dealership besides this one.Update while I stand behind the review to avoid buying from this dealership, I would like to acknowledge The service/parts manager Rich and his guy Sanchez. They were amazing,communicative and handled my issue in one day after begging for months from the other side of dealership. The sales team should take note on how to run an orderly business and take care of customers.

Highly recommend. I had an amazing experience with Eric Gomez. He immediately made me feel comfortable about coming in and took care of all my questions and hesitation about buying the vehicle. Eric was friendly with a very calm demeanor. Eric knew all the details of the vehicles and explained all the fine details. I was not planning to buy the Tahoe, but I felt great with Eric that I changed my heart and bought with confidence.I would highly recommend Eric Gomez to all my friends and family. Easton as well as this dealership but been nothing but excellent. Being in the business myself, I was weary at first to buy a car sight unseen and trade my car. Easton made me more than comfortable, always extremely prompt with all my questions (and there was a lot of them), and set up all transport, paperwork, etc within a couple days and within a week I had my 911 in NJ!

Ask for Kristen Anderson, the most streamlined and efficient car buying experience I have ever had. I change into various vehicles every 2-3 years and by far she has been the easiest sales person to work with. I'm a millennial I hate sitting there for hours doing old school care sales practices and it was anything but that with her. She's transparent and efficient and feel that I got a very fair deal. 100% will look to purchase from her again. Thank you Kristen

I brought my 2021 Stingray in for an oil change and I felt very welcome entering the service area at 7am. I was greeted promptly and professionally and immediately referred to a service rep who took care of my work order. Scheduling online was easy and convenient. Nick the salesperson was great and was upfront with pricing which I appreciated. There was some mis communication when it came time for the down payment and I did not have a good experience with the sales manager. I felt he was rude and loud towards myself and other employees and did not appreciate that. I was ready to walk away from the purchase as I felt he didn't value my business. If it wasn't for the salesperson Nick and Mo the finance manager I probably would of. Overall I would recommend the dealership but I wouldn't want to deal with the sales manager personally.

Salesman Edward was great and knowledgeable he did an amazing job, and finance Santiago as well. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I was there for 8 hours and didn't not get compensated for my time. I am disappointed because this is the 3rd vehicle I buy from classic and got treated like a fly on the wall. Finance management needs to get better for repeat customers.

Sales experience was fine, considering I preordered my new vehicle. I closed on my purchase on 02/17/24. As part of purchase, I was told to provide 10 day payoff of my trade-in. On 02/29/24, received notice from my credit union my payment for loan on my trade-in vehicle was past due. Received a call from dealership 03/5/24 indicating loan on my trade in was not yet paid off!On 02/20/24, I stopped by dealership (Hwy 6) to drop off cashier s check for my down payment to Finance Rep Leo, but he was not there .even though he told me he would be. Additionally, I needed to cancel the GAP insurance from my trade-in, so Lawrence (Finance) helped me in completing the necessary form. Lawrence indicated he would get the form to dealership accounting department to process and mail me a check for approx $1,400. As of today, I still have not received any refund!
