The only dealer service department I've been to where it doesn't feel like they're shoving air filters and add-ons down your throat at each visit. Prompt service, friendly staff.I've purchased 2 vehicles from classic in the past 5 years and I come back for each required service regularly.

Took the vehicle in to get the A/C fixed as the condenser had a leak and a new battery. The guy GILBERT was obviously trying to sell me on a ton of other stuff that I did not come in for. After he did a quick reading on the vehicle, he came back and said something about a CAM. I was confused but he said they'd do another check engine and get back to me.1st call - He told me that they changed my oil with no other information about what I brought the car in for. As soon as I told him that I did not request an oil change he seemed very confused and irritated. He just said I'll call you back and then quickly ended the call.2nd call - This took several days for him to tell me that they won't charge me for the oil change but Still waiting on the A/C check and check engine diagnosis. I didn't want to stir the pot, so I said ok and waited for another call back.3rd call - I still had no information on the check engine diagnosis other than I needed new spark plugs and wires and told me the AC had a cracked weld and needed a condenser. Said he'd let me know4th call - sent me an estimate of what I MAYBE am lookikg at?! This estimat was around $2,500. This was going on a week and a half that I could not get a clear definitive answer on what I was looking at and what exactly was the problem. So I called them but they only refer you to communicate via Text. I wanted to speak with him so I left him a message asking for a callback. When he finally called back he had extremely rude. Still seemingly mad about me saying something about the completed oil change that I did not request. I explained to him that there seemed like a miscommunication and I was not getting any clear answers. He then got very angry and said, "you know what, I'll get you that estimate! Let me call you back." Ended the call.5th call - Calls me back quickly to tell me I needed new rear breaks, rotors, shocks, replace cables for battery, replace them with fuse block, replace air grill shutter, and replace/relearn throttle body. And additional $2k out of nowhere.He clearly ran up the bill with a bunch of other stuff that I don't know why they even looked at. At this point I knew he was angry and what was going on but feared for what may happen to my vehicle if I just said no and I'll just come pick up my truck.So I agreed to do the initial things I asked for which was the battery, AC, and opted in for the plugs and brakes as I'm sure they needed it but still never requested.Got my vehicle back and now I am having ridiculous TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS! Never before had any transmission issues before and I don't know what could have happened. My truck is slipping extremely bad now. I now am having to seek out other places to repair the transmission as I refuse to take it back to them and get the same run around.Avoid the service center at all cost! Gilbert was extremely rude and seemed like I was an inconvenience to his workday in every interaction. Especially when I finally called and requested some kind of answers as there had already been a mixup with the oil change. Now I'm without a vehicle until I can get the transmission repaired. I am floored by this whole interaction and almost $3k later my vehicle is in worse condition than when I brought it in. Very unfortunate.

Chris in the Service Department was a pleasure to work with! Saturdays are always busy, so expect a wait. However, the chairs in the lounge are comfortable and there is complimentary coffee.

Horrible experience with three different sales people. I agreed to pay full price for the vehicle including all closing costs and they wanted to force me to pay $3,000 in non-essential paperwork upgrades. I would not refer this company to my worst enemy.

Parts and service dept They refuse to cut keys that you bring in saying that they machine will tare up the key to get you to buy a key from them.... if this is true put my key in the machine after explaining this to me and let me see the machine tare up my key. just to show you how dumb they are because the people wont buy your key you turn them away when you have the customer in front of you and you say we charge $5 to cut keys that we dont sell you. Think about that $5 times the people yall have turned away because they didnt buy your key. I purchased a key from a chevy deanship and took it to my local dealership which was "Classic Chevy" and they refused to cut it.These people are trained to be bull-headed and not use their common sense and blame it on a higher up that aint there or a higher up thats dumb enough to back them up and not think, LETS CUT THAT KEY AND MAKE THAT $5 per key and at the end of the day the company makes money. I wear a body cam so I have the encounter on video. I never made it to the counter there were 5 people in front of me and 2 of those people needed keys cut with I cut into the conversation with the man behind the counter and a could have been customer get turned away because he wouldn't buy their key. When the man behind the counter said that their machine would tare up the key if its not purchased from them..... Think about how dumb he sound. What is the different metals they make these keys out of? I will be back in there on Monday to take up this conversation again and I will be recording

Had vehicle problems on my 22 Silverado that had me on doubt whether my vehicle was running good or not. Brought it in to get it checked with service advisor Chris Hogan. Got me hooked up with checking and getting a rental vehicle the same day. Needless to say I always have a good experience with this gentleman and look forward to bring my vehicle to him. My truck is running well now and can t seem to complain.

Took my Honda here for a rock chip repair and asked if they could do oil change and tire rotation, which they did plus going the extra mile to get me to and from work despite heavy traffic. Very friendly atmosphere. Thanks Carlos, Melissa, and Kisha.

I would never use Classic Chevrolet Body Shop again. My car had small damage on the rear driver side corner of the bumper cover. Insurance was covering everything. The paint looks great except that they included a new scratch on the part they just repainted. The scratch isn't that big and it really doesn't bother me that much but just the fact that its the part that they just finished painting so it should look like new is what bothers me. To attach the taillights they dug in to the spare parts bin and found two of the rustiest screws they could find. I doubt the screws that hold the taillights in cost much to replace, plus the insurance was paying for it so why not just get a new set of screws. They installed the backup camera upside down. Battery was dead when I go pick up the car and try to say that they've had problems with the battery dying since I dropped the car off. My car is a manual and in this specific year you have to put the transmission in reverse to completely turn the car off, which I specifically told them that, or it will stay in accessory mode. Window was cracked open while it was raining with car parked outside. Since the battery was dead it made it pretty hard to get in the car. Once I did get the door open I see the transmission is left in 1st gear which is why the battery died. They get a jump box and we try jump starting the car with no luck. Told the guy using the jump box that it didn't have enough juice in it to start the car which he replies that the jump box will start a diesel truck so it shouldn't have any issues starting my car. Eventually they get a mechanics jump box with is either newer or just charged up but that one had no issues starting the car. Once I got home I noticed that the two rear side markers would not turn on when I turned the lights on and was informed that whoever worked on it couldn't connect them because the plug was different. I took the car in with them working and they couldn't figure out how to plug them back in. I included a couple pictures that show the scratch, the rusty screws and the side marker lights.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting, Body & Trim

If you ve heard that Colin at Classic Chevy Sugarland is the guy to go to to buy a car, you re absolutely right. My husband and I just bought a truck from the dealership and had a wonderful experience. Not only were people working there friendly with each other but also friendly with customers. Sometimes, buying a car from a dealership can be nerve wracking and it was nice to have a salesman you could have a conversation with instead of just about the money you ll spend. Colin helped my husband and I feel welcome and was lighthearted throughout the process. We are extremely happy with the service we got here and our vehicle. Ask for Colin when you come in and you ll leave with something you ll really enjoy just like us. Also they have a pretty good taco truck

My mother came in to drop her truck off for service and requested a Spanish speaker to better explain herself on what she needed and the person that they brought out was named Michael Guerrero who was rude and disrespectful. She asked him if he spoke Spanish and with an attitude said he didn't and that people come into this "country" not speaking English. That is the most racist thing and ugly thing to say coming from someone that works in customer service department. Classic Chevrolet Service Department should not hire individual with such foul attitudes towards their customers.

Part department need more attention no answer for like hour now do we have to drive to your location to ask for part availability this unprofessional . I will stop buying part from here we have a big shop that you we ll miss our business for sure .

Do NOT go here.. they wanted to replace my whole windshield because a sticky pad came off of the remote sensor behind my rear view mirror. Pic below to explain. and to be honest that wouldn't ever have fixed the problem.. I can not express how incompetent the guy was. I tried to buy the original pads because 3m pads where melting in the heat and coming off.. they where not in the catalog so the first guy told me to talk to the service guys.. this is what the service guys told me instead of fixing it.. and really if they replaced the window they would have to put the sensor back up there.. all I needed was what they would use to put it back up there because I've tried everything else.. 3m pads indoor and out door. Rear view mirror glue. Jb weld.. all kids of adhesive products.. nothing worked so far.. guess I'll try another service center with someone who knows what they are doing.. Dear Chevy, when you see this I don't think you should fire the guy but maybe you could have him rake the rocks in the driveway that's a job more his speed. Because servicing your product ain't it my friend.

Crooks. Will make you buy 8000 in ridiculous packages when your already buying a 60000 vehicle from them. They told me they wouldnt sell me a 60k truck unless i bought the packages I denied. For that reason I will always tell everyone my bad experience as long as I am on this earth. They are a disgrace. Feel free to msg me if youd like to know more.

They ARE NOT OPEN UNTIL 8PM regardless of the information provided by google maps. They have had my car 6 days, just to tell me that they can't find anything wrong with it. They couldn't have figured that out 5 days earlier? Made a over an hour days long trip to pickup my car just to have them closed when I show up during the hours posted by google maps. Very irritated at this point.

Very very bad experience with the service department. They bring back your car late and dirty. The technicians enter in your car with dirty shoes you will see alot of dirt inside your car

I have been going to get services at this location for about 3 years and I have never gotten such a bad customer services. I spend 4 hours for an oil change and an alignment. I got tired of waiting and told them that I needed to leave just to realize that my car was ready and my keys have been sitting on the person s desks God knows for how long!

I've always gotten good service in that particular dealership Classic Chevrolet Sugarland. Their parts department (Chris) always willing to help with exactly what i want. Their service department (Abel) is always taking care of my vehicle's need. Always polite even when they're super busy.
