Our first visit to Auto Check and we were wonderfully surprised to see such excellent customer service. Received our car after service in time promised. They helped us prioritize upcoming work to keep our older vehicle in good shape. Very well run, honest, and reasonable prices!

The team at Auto Check took good care of me and my truck. They pointed out some work that might need to be done in the future, but did not recommend immediate attention. I appreciate their honesty ,integrity, and good work on my vehicle. They've taken care of all of my auto repair needs for over 2 years and I'm quite satisfied.

They initially told me I had no problems with my alignment. When I asked them to check closer, due to some tire wear I was having, they came back with all kinds of unrealistic toe and caster measurements not within specifications. I immediately took my car to another repair shop and my specifications were slightly off, but still within measurements.

Any shop that tells me NOT to do something because it might mess up my engine is a dream! In the automotive repair industry, it is not uncommon for shops to upsell clients on services they don't need, or worse services that will damage the vehicle and cause repeated trips back to the shop. They didn't do that here. I'm coming back!!!!

Phenomenal Customer Service by the entire team. Fast, Friendly, Professional and Affordable. Myself Holding an ASE Master Certification for years, I've been on both sides of the transaction and I can easily say my experience here with Ralph and the team was hands-down the BEST and MOST Professional service that I've seen by far from ANY Service Center. The work was done on time, quickly, as promised, for a fair price and with a Professional and Courteous attitude that doesn't come easy in these trades. Ralph took the time to explain in laymen's terms exactly what was causing the issue and the precise correction needed. Stop by in the morning for an oil change, friendly service, which is good. They were not busy, so they took my car right away, but the oil change was very slow, took 30+ minutes. Then they suggested I get an alignment, filter replacement, and a light fixed, those took an additional 50+ minutes, so that s almost 1.5 hours. Only wish they were quicker!

I had my catalytic converter replaced. And the part went bad or broke apart (not their fault but the manufacturer s fault) They were very professional. They contacted the manufacturer of the part, they replaced it free of charge of course because that s Auto Check- First Colony. They are customer friendly and honest and trustworthy. I ve trusted my car with them so many times and wouldn t go anywhere else. Ms. Sandy at the front desk is the best! Great customer service and always has a good attitude and a welcoming spirit. She s such a blessing to this company. If you are considering taking your car here you will not be disappointed trust me!

I came here on a whim after I couldn t get quick service through my usual automotive repair shop. I m so glad I did! Not only were the staff knowledgeable but they were also friendly and quick! I came in and had my problem diagnosed and repaired within a few days. I highly recommend this shop. They seem honest and the pricing seems fair as well.Service: Electrical repair

I had taken my car in for noises coming from my engine. I also knew I needed my routine oil change and brakes checked. They found some problems and gave me a detailed estimate. They were very thorough in their explanations of what needed to be done. I had them go ahead with the work. While running errands with my husband in his car we noticed his car was starting to overheat. After borrowing my daughter s car, we ended up at Auto Check again. So now they had both cars getting repairs. I have to say we received excellent results from the repair on both vehicles and the work was done within a reasonable time frame. We got both cars back within a couple of days and within the estimates we were given We got detailed receipts of what was done and a written guarantee. Both cars are handling well and we are happy with the outcome. Thank you to the great team at Auto Check. I have taken my vehicle to this shop on several occasions for servicing and with excellent results. My AC unit recently quit working and I made an appointment for service. Sandy, I believe, got in my vehicle to begin the service process. I noticed that she sat in the car in the parking lot for several minutes. She finally came into the waiting room and ask me to come out and get into my car. Behold, there was cold air coming from the vents. She kindly pointed out to me that I had failed to press the proper button to activate the AC portion of the cooling system. I was quite relieved not to have expensive AC work done, but as a former airline transport rated pilot, I was somewhat embarrassed at my not noticing this. I guess Sandy saw the expression on my face and simply wished me a good day and sent me on my way. This is my shop as long as I own and drive a car.Service: Auto A/C recharge

I ve taken 2 of my vehicles in to Auto Check since 2019. Sandy is wonderful at keeping me informed of repairs and estimated times of completion. Always have wonderful service when they work on my vehicle. Can t recommend them enough!

Great service. Everyone is very friendly. I was able to make an appointment for my State Inspection and Oil and filter change and they are close to home which is always a plus. I arrived at 11am and was out the door just before 12:30 pm which was perfect. I was able to take my laptop and get some work done while I waited. Definitely recommend them.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Sandy and her team always take great care of me and my 2011 Pilot. I love that I can schedule appointments, and that they are so helpful with rides, and have even offered me a loaner car for longer repairs. Super friendly, honest, and efficient shop. Definitely recommend!

Very reasonable and friendly staff. Brought my Volvo XC90 (2008) in for them to look at. Vehicle was having idling issues. Air filter, fuel injection cleaning, solenoid replacement and other tune up maintenance needed to be done. Sandy is great with communicating and sent us an estimate by email. She itemized everything that needed to be done so we can make an informed decision. The tech wrote in detail what was the problem during the troubleshooting and found a resolution to our problem. After agreeing to the scope of work and pricing she let us know when it will be done. We got the call as promised and picked up the vehicle. We are very pleased with the work and was told that there was a 36 month warranty on the parts. I will be bringing my vehicles to them for their 5 Star service. Thank you Sandy and team for taking care of our vehicle needs.

Auto check on Lexington Blvd is a gem in our neighborhood. I have been taking my car to their shop for many years. Their services are professional, ethical, friendly and caring. I went into the shop because my tail light was out after being replaced within the last 2 weeks. They checked the connector and determined it was the bulb. They changed the bulb and told me to have a good day. I have a warranty which they could have charged $50 for just looking at the car. I was in and out within an hour.
