My mother and I have been bringing our car to this place for a couple years now. Most recent, December 2023, my mom brought her car in to have a few issues looked at (including a leaving issues, oil change and other issues). Loving her car tremendously, she had it fixed for a total cost of over $5,000.Unfortunately, a little over 2 months later, her car turned off all of a sudden on the highway. Needless to say, very dangerous.Now we come to find out that her car did not have any oil and the motor went dead. This happened after she payed all that money to have the leaking issue fixed and a new oil change done. They also assured all issues were taken care of. The mileage was not up for a change of oil yet either.Therefore, problem was never fixed. If it was, there would still be oil in there. After speaking to manager, all he had to say is we will talk with management . I haven t heard anything back from them.She is now carless, can t go anywhere, and won t stop crying over her baby (car).I will never bring my car here again. I have personally spent thousands of dollars and that will be my last penny.Please stay away as they will not own up to their mistakes.

My car had been driving weird and I d worn down the inner tread on my front 2 tires. I felt like I was in a bouncy car at times lol. I was getting tires at discount tire and ACA was right next door so very easy hop and skip over. The gentleman who helped me(I m terrible with names, I apologize) promptly took care of my alignment and even took the time at pickup to show me where it was out of alignment and that everything was all green and balanced! Very kind man, even offered their waiting area when I decided to just replace the rear tires as well as the ACA waiting room was more spacious and comfortable than DT. And they had coffee! Overall a great experience and less stressful than past experiences with other businesses who try to add on services when they can tell you re not very knowledgeable about cars. And no more bouncy car!

Mr. Martin and his team did a great job , very professional and a wonderful customer service experts .. this was my first time but I d love to deal with them , I advise all my friends to visit this Wonderfull automotive workshop , thank you all Wonderfull Management.

This was my first choice place to go and have been here for a while as the name suggests...But after $1200 spent on a failed alignment fix, control arm replacement, and constant run around; I took it to the Lexus dealership and got it fixed for another $930 fix to do repeat the same exact thing. So $1200 down the drain with these folks, I think I will say goodbye to this store for now. Very friendly folks, but sadly did not help me out and I am $1200 broke because of their lack of expertise. So a second opinion is warranted if you choose to go here.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Fast, friendly and priced about what I was expecting.Car overheated at Discount Tire while waiting over an hour to get air in tires - that's another review-Mechanic came over and moved car, tested, they gave us ride home and car ready next morning. Very impressed by service and communication.

This is the worse customer service experience ever. I would not recommend this place to anyone in the surrounding Houston/Sugarland area. Make the drive and go 15-30 minutes further to get better service.Vehicle was promised same day but it was kept over night. So after speaking to manager about the lack of communication on their part, the solution was to not bring our vehicle back there. Yet I see they write on others review this statement>, We value our customer's trust and hold ourselves to a high standard of performance. We look forward to continuing our relationship and servicing your vehicle in the future. ^^^^ All bologna ^^^ if that s a true statement then when a customer makes the management aware of lack of communication they would not be told, Don t come back .No worries I won t be back to give my hard earned money this unprofessional and unpleasant establishment. Houston and Sugarland have thousands of choices for car repair.Get your customer service level up .that s priority number one.Services: Auto engine tuning, Oil change

This place was messy and 3 months ago i brought it here to fully fix it but now it has more problems that can t be fixed because they killed the motor. i don t know if they re are bad mechanics or just bad management. My motor that never had problems before is dead because they didn t fix it properly before.

This is the most honest and reasonable automotive shop in Sugarland. Used them for years on several cars foreign and domestic. Last week I brought my daughters car for squeaky brakes and they said the brakes fine and should have plenty of life left. They will get our business again based on trust.

America Choice Auto is where everyone should take vehicle to get serviced at. Martin and his staff was amazing. They addressed my issues and made my experience welcoming. Any concern I had they took care of it. They serviced my wives Mercedes Benz Their prices were better than Dealerships and probably cheaper than other establishments Great job Martin and staff members. I will definitely be using them for now on.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

My aunt decided to tell me to go here to these people to get my truck looked at because I had oil leak and I needed new tires and a few other things done. I should have followed my own intuition and got a second opinion instead of just saying hey let me go ahead and go with them. Things that were wrong and I want to say that they held my truck for about a week or so the vehicle inspection went through well getting new tires everything that went through well but the issue that I was having with them was the oil leak they said it was a gasket they said it was all this stuff I need to be done and they need to do and with everything all together the total would have been $1,500. I'm a single mom I told him I said I will try to come up with this money I mean it's really kind of a lot for a old 98 vehicle. They said it's old and that it needed a lot done, that fine it's my only vehicle and I need it for work. Kept coming up with new problems and total kept going up.Talking went with like two or three different people in there it was never the same person so I had to go over the same thing with each time. Always act like they are so busy when there's is like 1 or 2 people in the waiting area. I never had the same person working on the vehicle and I know at one point they broke the door handle that I had fixed and they never did fix that. I know one guys name was Marcus Martin something. So when I want to give him the okay to fix it I waited got the car fixed or so I thought I took it home and it started leaking again and that I brought it back up there and they're like oh it's just run off it's run off it's fine you're going to be fine okay I said fine so I waited for about another week or two and it still was leaking oil when I brought up there they're like oh well there shouldn't be any issues I think by that point my father had got involved and my mom had got involved and we end up bringing the cops up there because I could not get a straight answer with them about what was going on with my vehicle finally I got a manager or they said they were a manager and he was like okay well we'll check it out then it turns out he was talking about oh it's some kind of cap we need to order and that's like 25 extra dollars and when I get it in I'll let you know which they never did they never called they never did anything and I said okay you know maybe it is a runoff I'll wait a little while longer and granted to this day it's been over a year and I am leaking like crazy I can't deal when I decided to take it to another shop because I cannot continue with this problem they tell me that all the things that were supposed to have been taken care of on this vehicle is all not done that it needs to be done so I just wasted hundreds of dollars on this company to be lied to I guess because I'm a woman and I think that they can prey on women I don't know but I could have paid a therapist for getting robbed at least I would have had a better service. If you don't know anything about your vehicle please don't take it here they will lie and mislead you and you won't know the difference. Get a second opinion. There are too many shops in Houston and they are not the only ones running a business..if that.10/10/23 updateIt's still leaking just FYI.

I was recommended to this place from discount tires after having two tires changed to perform an alignment for me. Once I arrived they seemed very polite and helpful. I needed to leave my car with them in order for them to do the alignment which was fine. Roughly 2 hrs later they called me and told me that my tire rod, control arms, and knuckle were all bent and the job was going to cost 1500. My boyfriend does all the work on my besides alignments. He told me there s no way that s the case. I went to pick my car up and nothing further was discussed or explained. It seemed as though it didn t matter since I didn t have 1500 to just hand over for the work. We bought a tire rod which cost a pretty penny. When my boyfriend finally took everything off to replace it and from his eyes he couldn t see anything bent. So we took it to two other shops and they also said nothing was bent. Finally at the last shop they offered to just perform the alignment and assured me nothing was bent. It s just very disappointing because I had to wait 2 more weeks to be able to drive my car safely. I was very excited and was hoping to make this a forever shop to build a relationship with.

Very honest people and family oriented. Took my truck for alignment and had it done under the time they estimated. Waiting room was spacious and clean. Drove all the way from cypress and would do it again

I took my red car here in 2016 to have the bumper repaired. They did an amazing job fixing it and I was very happy with their results. Sadly the car they fixed on that bumper was totaled In 2018 due to a texting and driving accident ( which wasn t my fault) the car was T-Boned on the drivers side and was not fixable.I still give this place 5 stars for what they did for my other car.

I came here for the first Bcz my car started mysteriously smoking out of the blue. Let me just tell I don t trust shops at all and this place was legit TRUSTWORTHY! The customer service was exceptional and the service was great and fast. I had them change the oil and they tested the car to see if the smoke appeared again before they gave it back to me and they found the fan issue I was having, I got my car back the next day. I did feel the price was a little high but I guess in the end it was worth it. I will definitely be bring my car back here if I need to well definitely at least for oil changes.

We were having issues with my sons truck. We Initially took it to the dealer and told them what we wanted done. They did something completely different and told us the problem was fixed. Forward two weeks and issue returns. We went to America s Choice. Martin was amazing!! He went above and beyond. He researched and found a recall on the truck. We will have to go back to dealer to address recall but next time we have an issue America s Choice will be out first stop!!

Discount Tire next door sent me to this car shop to get some studs they broke replaced. The people at this car shop has absolutely no customer service skills. They need to work on having some respect towards their customers. I have no idea why Discount Tire has a business deal with them. The guy upfront told me he couldn t change the studs and nuts the day I went in the most disrespectful way he could. I have no idea how this place has been in business so long. It must be that they had different owners previously. I think I rather pay for the service somewhere else.

I regularly take my vehicles to America's Choice for routine maintenance service and have always been very please with the personnel ,service and prices. Walt and Martin are straight forward , honest and respectful. I took them a challenge that even I was doubtful that they could repair.I own this Chrysler Crossfire that's not a rare or exotic vehicle yet the majority of the shops that I've taken it to for service would not or could not repair it. Even the Dodge Dealership only had two locations with suitable technicians to work on it. I explained the situation to Walt/Martin who promised if I was patient with them that they could resolve my complex issues with this vehicle. And they kept their word, They did. I was kept in the loop all along the way and Martin went above and beyond to find parts at the best price for me. This car is very special to me and I'm extremely grateful for the care that they've given it for me. Job well done!!Thank you guys so much!!!!

My son has been having his 2000 Honda civic serviced here, and has always had a great experience. When I needed a emergency service- replacemy starter- I went to America's Choice. Everyone I spoke with was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The best part, my car was fixed quickly and well- and at a fair price. This is now our family auto repair shop.

Great guys! I took my car there to get a second opinion on my low oil pressure light! The other shop wanted to charge $1200 for some oil pump nonsense. America's choice auto was very honest. When I explained the problem, the manager said it's likely just a switch. He said he was totally booked and wouldn't be able to get to my car until the following day, but I must have looked desperate... He agreed to take my car back just to take a peek and confirm. when they brought my car back out, he confirmed it was just an issue with the switch. The light has not come on since...I feel confident they made the adjustment and sent me on my way!!! Saved me $1200!!!

Read the fantastic reviews so I decided to make my decision in giving them my business. I think the diagnostic of the issue and job done was pretty good, however to change the two front wheel bearings and did the wheel alignment cost me almost $700 is extremely pricey in my opinion. Felt like they charge me more than my lawyers by per hour basis after deducting the parts cost. If you make a normal living, it can cost you half your paycheck. It would be wise to shop around for pricing though.

Fast, efficient, friendly service and super honest with fair prices. Martin told me I had an electric power steering system (so no fluid to change) and the coolant was nowhere near end of life. Outstanding honesty - I would definitely recommend

I have done oil change and state inspections here and have not found any issues. But recently my AC stopped working and so i took my car here. In my first visit they said the freon leaked out and they needed to refill it with dye to check for leak. In couple of weeks the AC stopped working again so took my car back to check for leak location. This time they said the compressor has stopped working and needs a change. Thankfully i did not get the repair done immediately and went for a second opinion. The other place just refilled the freon and the AC is still working after 1.5 months. Compressor was fine. Based on this experience I wont be going to America's Choice Automotive again.Services: Air conditioning, Car waxing

So I have been coming here to get my services done.. the service here is like no other literally. I went there to get my brakes replaced. The owner mentioned that I had more than 50% left in my brakes. This was surprising for me the level of honesty. Great place highly recommend. They are also very organized and know what their doing

I went in on 11/09/2016 and was welcomed by Martin. I've had extreme tire wear on the outside of my front two tires and we both assumed I needed an alignment. I had called several areas in the Missouri City area and decided on America's Choice due to a lower price, warranty on the alignment, and the good reviews I read on here. I had debated on going with the lifetime alignment with another nearby company but most things I read was that it was unnecessary so I decided to save the money on that and go with the company that had better reviews. Martin put my truck on the alignment machine to get everything taken care of and the machine read my alignment as perfect without needing any adjustment. He was honest with me and did not charge me for the alignment since there was no work to be done. He ensured me they aren't in the business of doing unnecessary work or taking people's money for things that don't need be done. This was my first visit to this place and I will be bringing mine and my wifes vehicles back for any work that needs to be done as I appreciated their honesty.
