I went in for an inspection and got front brakes changed, radiator flushed, fuel injection flushed and my battery terminal cleaned for less than half the price the dealership was going to charge me. They were super nice and fast. A little on the unprofessional side some might say but I m not going in to get a spa treatment. What some people expect from car mechanics is unreal. These guys are the real deal. I felt so appreciative that I wanted to come back and bring them cupcakes but they were already closed. They stayed late for me and I didn t even realize it. We are expecting a hurricane tomorrow too! Most places closed early and here they are staying for me and not saying a word. I will definitely be returning to this place for anything I need.Services: Transmission, Brakes

Pulled up to have my tire pressure checked because my light was on . The man there told me No and sent me across the street to Firestone. No explanation, no I m sorry ma am but we don t have the equipment . Just flat out NO. And there were no customers there at all. Customer service

i am very particular about my vehicles and I don't trust a lot of people to working on them , i have had a decent encounters at the dealerships , but sometimes the prices are way to high . I got recommendation from a friend to try out 10 Minute Oil Change and i must say that I am very happy that i did ... The Employees are very generous and knowledgeable about my vehicle ... from and simple oil change to a brake job .. it's a must that you give James and the crew a chance to work on your vehicle .. they even had the Tony Chachere man working on my vehicle ...lol !..Services: Brakes, Oil change

A no-frills auto shop with some shortcomings in customer service skills. But I still come here for quick state inspections.Just pull up to the back of the shop and someone should guide you into one of their service bays. Tell them you need a state inspection, and, if an inspector's available, leave your proof of insurance and car key on top of your dashboard. Wait in the waiting room till the inspector comes back with the inspection report. If all is good, pay $25.50 and sign the work order. Your car should be right outside, since their inspection machine is up against the wall of the waiting room.

Fast and friendly service by knowledgeable personnel. They do mostly oil changes but they have a certified mechanic who does great work on a number of maintenance items or helps with advice on how to keep your car or truck running well... If you need something major done like steering alignments or suspensions or muffler/converter/exhaust, they will refer to you to good trusted shops who get the work done right at a reasonable cost. Ask for Jose or Sean.If you drive cross country - you want to have all the standard items checked to avoid trouble when you are hundreds of miles away from home.

If you want to get a special service experience, then you can come here to check your car, because when you answer them that you just want to come for the inspection, everyone will give you a bad face, and then they will treat you. It looks like you have offended them. And when you make a payment, they won t say anything, they just use a mosquito-like voice to tell you how much you need to pay, you don t know where you are going to get the car after you pay, they just point it casually Outside, let you get the car by yourself. By the way, almost none of their employees wear masks. This is the point I want to mention the most, because I don't think I am safe here.

Super shady business practice. Came in when I saw the big sign for "$19.99 Oil Change." Not only do they charge a $5 shop fee (slightly annoying) but when I sat down, they asked me , " So you just want conventional Penzoi?" Yes. I told them just the conventional oil. To my surprise, when my bill came out, it was a $45 oil change. Turns out their "conventional" oil was twice as expensive and at NO TIME did they tell me the difference in price. Their other mechanic just said "oh he should have told you." Incredibly deceptive and shady business. Will not be coming back. I urge others to avoid.

Yelp should allow 0 stars for places like this. The associate that assisted me was so incredibly rude! Came in for an inspection on my car, turns out I needed wiper blades. He tried to sell me new ones and a new filter, I declined and the guy turned into a total dick!! The air filter he brought to me wasn't even mine, I replaced it a week ago. I told him I would get the blades elsewhere and he didn't like that at all. He asked me for my car insurance, I asked if he needed a hard copy or if he could just look at it in my phone. I asked him 3 times without a response. If you want to be treated like a decent human being, don't go go here!!

Lol first they don t even say Hi the guy starts talking to me asking me what I wanted under my hood. I couldn t hear him he had an attitude. About it then told me my oil change would be $130 for a Chevy truck. Lol never again. Specially with all the negative reviews. This day in age reviews count.

I went there for state inspection and left with very bad experience. The inspector failed me the first time citing "power steering low and leaking." The leakage was fixed the same day and when I went the next day for re-inspection, the inspector must have been in a bad mood. He was rude and yelling. He obviously saw the brand-new hose, but instead asked me to clean up the oil spillover before letting me pass.

I came in with a perfect truck to have the brake pads changed. First they installed the pads on the wrong side. Then they damagedThe brake system by pushing the caliper Pistons in with out letting pressure off. The front brakes would not release. After a day and a half they had no clue of what they were doing. I called a tow truck to take it to the Ford dealer. Because I was taking it to the Ford Dealer the owner with no people skills had them put all the old parts back on. Really!do not go here! I am sitting at the Ford dealer with a truck that they clearly damaged. Don't trust

Avoid this place! My husband took my car there to get it inspected. The guy told my husband that it had failed the inspection because the "computer" needed to be replaced. No paperwork, nothing.Fortunately, I know an online forum that could help me, and they explained that something was wrong. It is extremely rare for one of the computers (there are 2: engine and transmission) to go bad; plus, it makes no sense that the car would have a bad computer and still run like normal. They suggested that I take my car to an auto parts store to get an OBD scan.So I took my car to O'Reilly. They had no problems connecting the scanner, and the scan found no errors! So there was no reason to fail the inspection!The guy at 10 Minute Oil Change either did not know how to connect the scanner (it's like connecting Lego blocks), had a bad scanner, or just lied to get out of doing the work. Whatever the reason, we will never go to a 10 Minute Oil Change again. What a total waste of time and effort.Edited to add: I took my car to a reputable auto shop a couple of days later, and the car passed inspection without any problems. This confirmed that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car when the the guy at 10 Minute Oil Change failed my car's inspection.

Thought we had a big problem with our car, but they found that we only need to change the spark plugs (had the wrong kind installed, plus they were getting bad) and now the car runs better than it has in the 6 years we've had it! Great price for the repair, and the a/c we also had them fix, and very friendly and helpful.

Shady. Destroyed my undercarriage engine skid plate. Technician wasn't trained on following basic instructions nor is the management. CONS at best. Do NOT bring your car to these people. Half star rating.

Sneaky business tactics. Advertise $20.00 oil change, and ended up with a $45 oil change. Only difference? Pennzoil brand oil. I have an old car and wanted just a regular oil change. I told them I wanted just a regular oil change and nothing more. But they still ask me, "So you want Pennzoil oil?" I said yes thinking that's the regular oil change that they are advertising. They knowingly knew I wanted the cheap advertise oil change and made it seem that way too. But apparently Pennzoil is premium to these people and somehow deserves to be charged double. Definitely feel like I got ripped off. If I wanted premium, I would have gotten full synthetic else where for $50-ish.

WHAT A JOKE THIS PLACE IS. Just needed a quick oil change and before even looking at my car they denied me. "Claimed my car too low" and I know for a fact it would've cleared their little station. No other place has an issue. I suggested "we should try it and I'll assume full responsibility" knowing my car would make it. They sternly said no and drove me off. What a joke

The Gregg Binghams 10 Minute Oil Change at 4359 Hwy 6 in Sugar Land is very honest and I am very pleased with their service.I have brought my cars to them for oil changes, state inspections and general check ups for several years and they have never suggested any fixes that weren t needed.Recently, my son s car engine light came on. Another repair shop, other than 10 Minute Oil Change, quoted $95 to diagnose the problem. After they checked, they called and asked for another $99 to do additional testing! My son refused and took the car home.I then asked a technician at 10 Minute Oil Change if they could diagnose the check engine light. They said they could and they would do it for free. After a service technician checked, he said it just the gas cap was loose, and he cleaned the gas cap and tightened it. He suggested we get a new gas cap if the problem recurred. After we refilled the gas tank and drove a short distance, the engine light disappeared! The 10 Minute oil change diagnosed the problem correctly and they did not even charge us!We believe we can trust Gregg Bingham's 10 minutes oil change to do our general car maintenance.Thank you Gregg Bingham's 10 Minutes Oil Change for your honest work!

I don't expect boardroom-level etiquette in a place like this, but even for an oil change place, I found the service unprofessional at best. After trying to talk me into an air filter, another guy came in asked me if I 'really needed' an inspection. (huh?) --asked if I'd gotten a letter about it, which I confirmed I had. When he came back ( now I've been there 15 mins), he said my car wouldn't pass inspection bc of a ding in the metal rim of my tire. His diction was so poor I had to ask a couple times what he even said.I got in my car, drove literally across the street & got my car inspected at Toyomotors. No questions asked. I'd been going to oil r'change for more than 10 years. But I'll never go again.

Stay AWAY from 10 Minute Oil Change - Where not to take your vehicle for a state inspection. CON artists. Tried to fail me for items not even part of the state inspection procedure and guidelines. Stay away from these scammers. Thanks James NOTTTTT

They found some things that some other places I went to missed/didn't check/overlooked. The guy recognized me when I came in. They know what they are doing. And, I have never had a bad experience here. Their prices are fair/ reasonable.

One word to discribe the Little BOYS that think they are men: TROGLODYTES!! Honestly if there was a negative star scale for this place they would have -10. Piss poor boys that work there. Never have had an inspection done they go for a 10 min joyride in a car that none of them have or will EVER have the money to get. I dated a mechanic.. I know what an inspection consists of. . Horribly unprofessional til the end I guess.

Always a quick stop when I want to get in and out for an oil change, inspection, or other mechanical work. Their employees are knowledgeable and have always done a great job, making this shop one of my go to s for work on my car.

I went in for an inspection and all I got was attitude and cigarette smoke. When I went inside one acted like he wanted to fight me. I asked him if anything was wrong and he got even more mad. Eye twitching and tense. There is something seriously wrong with that crew.
