Excellent and pleasurable buying experience all around. I called and negotiated a deal on a preowned car they listed online, then drove in to look it over. When I found an electrical issue, they gave me a loaner car while they fixed it, which took an extra day. These are really nice folks that work hard to please the customer and minimize the challenges to buying a new car. I highly recommend giving them a try.

I called and asked the price for a full synthetic oil change w/filter and a tire rotation. I was told the price would be $100 to $110. I set up an appointment and had the work done. Whenever I went to pay the total was $196.35. I told the service writer my story and he wasn t coming off the $196.35 so I asked to speak to his boss. The service manager told them to charge me $100 which I paid and left. The dealership needs to have their folks answering the phone and giving quotes and their service writers get together on the same page.

When I got there was told it would be about an hour and half. To me wasn't bad. It was crowded. I talked to Jack J. Whom was waiting on me, about the "special" items with my SUV. He took care of my vehicle in great timing. He was polite to me and he's coworkers. Thank you Shelly Newell

I left my truck for a scheduled appointment on a Monday at 10 am. I was told it would be ready Tuesday afternoon. No one looked at it until I called the dealership manager Thursday who failed to return my call. Finally got it back the following Tuesday. I was given a lot of disingenuous excuses about the delay. The work was proper but their customer interface was not. I purchased my 1st pickup here at Wayne Blue in 1990. I buy a new Platinum F250 every other year and have since Ford started making them. I doubt I d buy one from these guys.

Was highly disappointed! I could have personally installed the taillight but because of a leg injury l decided to have it done. I had assumed that the charges would be reasonable since l could have done it in less than 5 minutes! To add to my displeasure, l was charged roughly 13 percent ($14.30) of the already exorbitant fee of $109.99 for shop supplies! When l say l won t be back, believe me! Employees were super!

Just know: If they tell you it ll be 45 minutes for an oil change, you will be waiting for over 2 hours. If they tell you your vehicle will be fixed & ready in one week, it ll be 2 months. Never fails.

Received a quote for a tune up, check engine light, faulty tire sensors, and recalls. When vehicle was picked up, not only was bill 20% more than quote, tire sensors were not replaced, and was told there were no recalls even though I have 5 for this vehicle. So will have to take to another service

While on a test drive I asked that they fix a shaky rearview mirror and a locked running board. We hadn t even started to negotiate a price or terms when they told me they weren t willing to fix the items and they probably weren t going to be able to get it done. Ok then, we re finished here.

Severe lack of communication! I brought my car in for a half day recall on a Friday morning. No one called me to give me a status update even after I called multiple times and left messages. They ended up keeping my car until Monday afternoon. How hard is it to call someone back and let them know that it s taking longer then expected!!

This is the third time here as friends were having their vehicles serviced and the customer service performed by the staff is phenomenal. Service counter area is clean with clean bathroom availability. The staff seem committed to their customers.

Assessed all issues if there were any. They do pretty much everything and they let you know if there s anything wrong with your vehicle, how much it s going to be and how long the job will take. 5 stars and will return again! Great doing business with them. They are experienced with the correct know-how to take care of you and your vehicle. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.Services: Battery, Oil change

Very poor customer service. It took over 2 weeks to resolve my issue. I never had a call from them to keep me updated. When I called, it took 2 or 3 times to talk to anyone and they never returned any of the messages I left. Not satisfied.

Once again I had a bad experience. I was told my truck batteries were weak but I personally replaced them in February of this year. I was also told my air filter and cabin filter were dirty but I declined to have them replaced. When I got home I load tested both batteries and not surprisingly, they were good. What really angered me was when I checked the battery levels, they were all low, and several cells were so low I could see the tops of the cells. When you ask for the 5,000 mile service one of the standard procedures is to check all fluid levels ..guess they forgot the batteries. Then I pulled the air filter and it wasn t dirty. I could easily see daylight through it and the air filter sensor was still showing green. This is the second time they said my air filter was dirty and it wasn t. I m done doing business with these people and I ll either find an independent service or I ll do it myself.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was charged 114 dollars for them to do a 5 minute manual close of my sunroof to make it until my appointment on Wednesday for it to be fixed. That s insane. I ll be taking it elsewhere.

There was a sensor on my battery that was causing my battery not to charge properly. At first I was told that Ford no longer made that part and there is no after market part either. They said I had the option of charging my battery every three days or buy a new car. They did call around to other dealers trying to find this part. Could find one. My son got them ti give him the part number and we started calling every Ford dealer we could find. Finally found a sensor in a town three hours drive away. They shipped it to us and Triple Crown put it on for me. Car now back in service, but now a week later the service engine light is on, so I am headed back to the repair shop again. New tires, new battery, two sensors, a recall fix and now they are talking new spark plugs all in one year.Frustrated to say the least.Service: Electrical repair

Claire was awesome. Took my 2008 Lincoln Navigator in cause of noise in engine. They could not find an oil leak. Took it to another guy and all they had to do was put oil in the car. There was only 2 liters in it. I am sorry but NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. MY neighbors brand new car has been at this place for 6 months. Because it is under Warrenty. Something is always breaking while in the shop. He has paid $ 10,000 out of his pocket. It's the only dealer in town. I would go to Grandbury with any Ford or Lincoln. Warrenty ir not. Desk Staff were perfect. The technicians are idiots.

I was able to get my car in quickly, however, when I called to check on the status no one ever called me back. The only reason I knew my car work was completed was because I called back just before closing.

Not happy they should have repaired problem when still in warranty. Now I have to pay for it. Looking for a new dealership. Have always had problems with Triple Crown
