Perhaps one of the best truck service experiences I ve ever had. I had two wheels come off my truck while driving down I20. I ended up getting truck hauled to a closer Ford dealer for repair. After they got the truck I was told that it would be at least a month before they could even look at it much less make the repair.A friend of mine from the area called a ford sales guy that he knew and he got us in touch with Will Hubbard at Triple Crown Ford. Will made arrangements to pick up my truck from the other dealer. They were able to look at it the next day and had me repaired and back on the road within the week.You can t ask for better service. Will even checked in with me after I got my truck home just to be sure everything was still good with it.I m a Ford guy. Every truck I ve ever owned was a Ford and I ve dealt with a bunch of ford dealers. Triple Crown is the best I ve seen by far.I d give them 10 stars if it was possible.

Very disappointed. I bought a 40k truck from them, they didn t bother to go through before I bought it. I sat waiting for my truck to be detailed and oil changed until 10 minutes before they closed at 8:00. I was there ALL day. Was never detailed, filled with fuel, or had a temporary tag put on. I drove home called the next day and scheduled an appointment to have this fixed. Also asked if they could fix the radio as it won t play through the speakers. Drove 2 hrs back, They never fixed the radio just sent me on my way again after having it all day just to wash the outside of it and fill it with fuel. I ve called another 4 times to try to get an appointment to get my radio fixed. Every time I m met with I ll give you a call back . Even the floor manager AND service manager hung up on me with I ll give you a call back . As you can guess never got a call back. This place doesn t take care of business, all they care about is the money going in their own pockets. I won t be coming back and definitely won t recommend buying from this dealership. 40k truck and the radio doesn t even work.

I took my 2006 Roush Mustang to the service center in Stephenville for a speedometer recalibration. During the service the tune in the vehicle was deleted. The service department service writer and Manager Will did not hesitate to make it right. They worked with me on determining the correct tuning/dyno procedure and it was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Excellent customer service and professionalism. I try and take all of my vehicles to the dealer for service for this exact reason as I don't believe most shops would not handle this situation in the same manner. Highly recommended and will continue to take both my Fords to this dealership for service needs!!

I was in Stephenville for work and a tire on my rental car had a slow leak.I was on a tight schedule with meetings that morning, and they were able squeeze me in to their schedule.Tobey in the service department totally stepped up to help me get everything taken care of and back on the road. Not only does he know his stuff, he genuinely cares about taking care of his customers (even if they're just in town for a work trip!).

Absolutely TERRIBLE service.First off, I called to schedule an appointment with the service department in order to simply diagnose a SYNC issue (screen was black and unresponsive) with my truck and get a quote on the repair cost. When I arrived at what I thought was an appointment time (Nov. 8 @ 9AM), I was told right away that any and all services would take 24-48 hours to even be seen, regardless of an APPOINTMENT; the same line I've been told from several other dealerships across Texas. Annoyed, I reluctantly agreed because I was in town for a few days anyway visiting family and luckily wasn't in need of my truck at the time.With that being said, a couple of days go by and I never received a call or text informing me on the status of my truck. I called the service department late in the afternoon on the second day (Nov. 10 @ around 4PM) and was told that my truck was currently being looked at. I figured I'd swing by the dealership before closing that day to either be updated further on the status of my truck and possibly pick up the keys if they completed the diagnosis of the problem. When I stopped by the dealership that evening, Hunter P., my service advisor, was out for the day and another service advisor helped me. He didn't know the status of my truck but said that he was familiar with these issues and that a tech was stopping by the next morning and could possibly update the SYNC system (pending the issue) and just charge me an hour labor. I agreed to this and told him that I needed to go back to my hometown the next morning (11/11) and that I would stop by regardless to pick up my keys so I could get on the road. He wrote a note to Hunter advising him that my truck needed to be seen by the tech first thing in the morning and that the diagnosis at least needed to be handled by the time I arrive later that morning to pick up my keys.I arrived at the service department a little before 11AM the next morning. Hunter not only failed to mention that the service department did ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING IN THE THREE DAYS THAT THEY HAD MY VEHICLE TO SIMPLY DIAGNOSE A COMMON ISSUE, but then proceeded to spend 45 MINUTES trying to locate my LOST KEYS.When Hunter finally pulled up with my truck, he tried handing me my keys without saying a word. I had to be the one to ask if the work had been completed to which he said no, gave me a weak apology, and that next time I would be a "priority" if I came back, as if next time you all would ACTUALLY do your jobs. Keep in mind, I've been as kind and as patient as I could be given the situation, but this team's incompetency was truly on another level.Fast forward a couple of months and I DIAGNOSED AND FIXED the SYNC issue MYSELF in a matter of 35 MINUTES; presumably at the fraction of the cost too, I imagine.Needless to say, me and my family were appalled at the service (or lack of, rather) I've received and neither myself nor my family will ever do business with this dealership again.

Man oh Man. I bought a Ford so I figured I d be in the Service Department a bunch! Well.. I found their hidden gem in Claire! Claire always keeps me updated, gives me great guidance for future visits. One time, this man who works there tried to help me, & let me tell you if my Ford could do burnouts, It would have I sped outta there so fast!! Claire for Service Director!!

I have seen one bad review forJoey Ratliff...only one I've seen in 4 yrs. I purchased a vehicle from him a few years ago and have given him referrals. He is probably the best car sales professional I have ever encountered. He is to be commended for his exceptional customer service skills, and impeccable professionalism. I hope that Triple crown ford knows what an asset they have in this gentlemen. Joey was very easy going and accommodating. He has made me a customer for life. I can t say enough about how he did a wonderful job for me.

We were coming through from out of town and our drive belt shredded, I called triple crown and the sweetest lady answered, got us the number to Ford roadside assistance to get it towed, she just so happened to be our advisor as well! Claire you went above and beyond to take care of our family and definitely saved our trip! Thank you for your kindness and patience with our family and getting us taken care of so quick!

I recently took my car to the service department and the lady said it would take 2-3 days to get it done. Well that was certainly not the case after I ve haven t had my car for 6 days. I brought the problem up in reviews and made a fuss about the problem and I was later contacted by will. Will directly handled my problems professionally and said my car would be done the next day in the afternoon after it wasn t touched. And after all of this the lady said she would be giving me updates about my car and I didn t hear anything out of her for the time they kept my car and on the phone with Will he said that this was unacceptable. He quickly took care of my problem and assured the problem would be dealt with and for my time offered me a free oil change due to the inconvenience. This response by will was a very good way to deal with the situation and handle it professionally and im very grateful he reached out to me concerned with the problem as well. Rave to will.

This was my second experience purchasing a vehicle at Triple Crown Ford. Leleanah was our (wife's new car) salesperson. She was very friendly and committed to providing good service and a great purchasing experience. She and the whole staff were excellent to work with. Joey Ratliff, the Sales Manager and J.D. This place is not like any other car dealership I've been to! Our sales guy James was super friendly super helpful no pressure at all. The prices were unbelievable low. The dealership was super clean and convenient to get to. Well worth the 5 hour drive from Atlanta TX for us. My wife has already said we will be back for her car. I highly recommend this place.

WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER!I wanted to trade my aviator in on a cute red truck but before I could, I damaged a rim. I have the Lincoln wheel package and was told any dealer can fix an issue. But THIS dealer REFUSED to repair my wheel. In frustration I called my original dealer in San Antonio and they called the Lincoln Protect warranty program for me. Every word that Triple Crown told the warranty people is documented. They sent the wheel repair people away and then told my original dealer that there is nothing in it for them .I paid a premium for this kind of prestigious Lincoln protection but if another Lincoln dealer won t honor it, they shouldn t be allowed to carry the brand. Triple Crown should loose its Lincoln dealership because it s pathetic service department won t stand behind the program.

Dealership service department claimed coolant leaking into transmission via radiator. Replaced transmission & radiator at a $7,000 cost. Issue turned out to be TCM. Had old parts checked. They are good.

Had a great experience at Triple Crown Ford. I live 4 hours away from Stephenville and Andy went above and beyond answering questions, sending me pictures and video s of the truck I was interested in before I decided to travel to the dealership. The transaction was smooth and I love my new truck! I would definitely travel 4 hours again and purchase a vehicle from Triple Crown.

The service shop goes above and beyond for their customers. When another service center wrongly diagnosed what was wrong with my truck Triple crown was able to correctly diagnose the issue and fix work that the previous center messed up and missed. My truck was returned to me not only running correctly but completely detailed. The Service manager Will H kept me well informed about my truck and went far beyond to ensure I was happy. Triple Crown is now the only Ford service center that will even touch my trucks.

Extremely DISAPPOINTED and DISSATISFIED after having paid for installation of an clutch actuator on my daughter's car. I towed her car from a dealer in Houston, TX because the diagnosis was a faulty Transmission Control Module (TCM) in which they would have to back order with no time-line of receiving it. Hauled (on a trailer) the vehicle from Houston, TX to Triple Crown Ford service in Stephenville, TX since their parts department has two of the TCMs on-hand. Was told that the vehicle only needs a clutch actuator on Saturday July 8th. After traveling 1.15hrs to pickup my car from the Service department Monday Jul 10th, only to find the transmission sensor/ fault code light still on as when I dropped off my car. Not to mention, I test drove the vehicle and the transmission hesitates and does Not have near the torque under engine load as it does in normal operating condition. I am sorely disappointed to have driven 1.15hrs only to leave the car there for what seems a breach of quality in service-ship, not to mention a blank trip, wasted gas. I am leaving message to identify a mere deficiency in quality not to tarnish any positive image TCF has established. I was hard pressed to submit this review and hope that it does not cause me any demise in the quality of rework/ repair or ruin of my daughter's vehicle.

Triple crown dealership had the most helpful people out of any dealership I have been to. And we have been to 6 dealerships in a month. It was hassle free and the salesman Jose 100% helped us with our trade-in and got us into the exact truck we were looking to buy. I wanna thank everyone that helped us at this dealership and definitely will be buying our next car here
