I ve got a 2023 Kenworth W900 and the truck was supposed to be adjusted before I got the truck but it wasn t, I brought it back to get fixed because I had some other issues and the mechanic stuck a piece of leather in there and it lasted maybe 5 miles and then I was back to the same problem again. If they re going to fix the problem then I just wish they would fix it right. It s a brand new truck with only a little over 21,000 miles on it and I have no clutch brake I ve got to fight to get it to take a gear from a dead stop and it should not be that way.

Would not recommend this place! My son had his freightliner towed to them when his truck just died while driving down ths road. They called and claimed they had repaired the truck but when we got there to pick it up all they had done is replace a battery cable end and a battery. We paid the bill and took the truck and it shut off again 20 miles from there shop with the exact same issue they claimed they repaired

Excellent service! We called within minutes of closing, in a bind on the side of the road. We were on the way to our anniversary weekend trip & disappointed time be broke down to say the least. Jason in service came out for an after hours service call and was the nicest, most helpful, professional, and efficient. He had the correct parts with him when he showed up, saving us tons of time. We were rolling again in less than an hour!Called this morning after to pay the bill and it was INCREDIBLY reasonable for the excellent service provided.Couldn t have asked for more! Thank you Jason & team!

We had a breakdown on the way to a family reunion on a Saturday. Though they close at Noon, Crystal and her team did a great job getting a mechanic to come out and see us. Junior, the mechanic, was thorough, professional and overall an awesome fellow! He got us up and running. Great work!

Service was performed in December 2016 to our Freightliner-based motor home. This location was selected as an official service location for FCCCRV (Freightliner Custom Chassis). We requested wheel bearing service, brake inspection/adjustment, an alternator, and replacement of all coolant hoses. After picking up the coach from the shop we made it about 10 miles when the "Low Coolant" warning light and alarm sounded. Back at their shop it was discovered that they had mispositioned the new upper radiator hose, causing it to be cut by the fan blade. While the engine cover was open I observed several coolant hoses that had not been replaced. As it turns out, NONE of the coolant hoses except the two radiator hoses had been replaced as directed. We again left the coach to have the old radiator hose temporarily reinstalled so we could take a scheduled trip. We made plans to return to have the upper hose replaced again along with the rest of the other coolant hoses that had not been done the first time.Returning the next day the coach was found to have a large body of coolant on the ground running out. The tech had forgotten to tighten a hose clamp and it simply was running out on the ground. I am genuinely puzzled at how this could have been not seen.More delay ensued whilst a tech was brought out to go back in and tighten the offending clamp. After leaving the shop again, down the road I noticed a terrible rattling sound coming from the front left wheel. Stopping at the side of a busy road, I discovered that they had not tightened the nuts on that wheel - at all! They were all only finger-tight and were backing out. Thankfully, I had the tools on hand to properly tighten the nuts, and double-checked the remaining wheels just to be sure.A couple of weeks later I still had not heard back from the shop about the arrival of the replacement upper radiator hose. I finally called them and set a time to return to the shop for the third time. I had a conversation with the service manager about the additional hoses and we came to an agreement that for an additional sum they would complete that work. As a side note, I asked the service manager if I could have communicated my expectations more clearly and he confirmed that the expected scope was clear but the work simply wasn't done. No explanation for this discrepancy was offered, and since at that stage there was nothing to be gained by pressing the point I allowed the statement to stand on its own.Yet again, a few hours later we departed. Yet again, the next day we came out to find coolant on the ground. Despondent and no longer trusting this shop to fix their self-caused issues, I ended up fixing the leaks on my own by tightening three loose hose clamps (yes, more loose things again). To wrap up - the scope of work was not completed in the original visit, a significant safety issue was introduced by the loose wheel nuts, and after three visits they still couldn't manage the simple replacement of coolant hoses properly. All of these issues were workmanship-related and not defects in materials or any other factors.I never lost my temper with the staff or management of the facility nor engaged in negative verbiage or facial expressions, but privately I certainly wasn't impressed by the work performance. The staff I encountered were reasonably personable, and it would have been great to have their demeanor paired with good workmanship, but alas, such was not the case, and ultimately I can't recommend this repair facility based upon my experience.

This company puts the cheapest parts they can get on your trucks and they will shortly in turn break down. They pay the poor employees minimum wage that work in the heat all day. Go somewhere that actually cares about the customer and their employees. -NOT A SPAM REVIEW-

We were in Texas for the Patriot and stopped in Stephenville to visit friends. Our trip from South Dakota was a little eventful with icy snowy roads part of the way with a Freightliner Sport Chassis pulling 37 of trailer giving us a little problem. We got to Stephenville and took our truck to Texas Trucks Direct. They tore into the rear end finding a broken tooth in the differential. They couldn t find parts but sent it off for us and had our truck back together and purring down the road. Everyone was so nice to deal with, let us bother them to get stuff out of the truck while it was tore apart. We can t thank them enough for taking care of us, and being so good to work with.

They don t know what they re doing! Don t care for peoples time! Add not trusted parts that cost a fortune and aren t worth your money just to have to fix our truck again.
