Was calling to get a bumper put on my truck and had a question about a grill guard they previously installed being off center and the truck department wasn t very kind and had no interest in fixing it unless they got paid (even though it was their mistake to fix). Only reason I m giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is that I was happy with the experience of getting it installed in the first place.

Received a bed that had some damage to one of the corners that was likely caused during transport or loading/unloading. Wes made it right and ordered a new bed for me. Very happy with everything.

WOW!!!Traded my college kids LQ in on a BP and they wrote us a check for the equity!Oh ! AND gave us a fair deal on a ranch hand.Kyle provided exceptional customer service.He followed through with every thing he said he would!that is rare these days.We would not hesitate to do business with Stephenville Trailers in the future
