Nothing negative here. They were crowded when I arrived to get my truck inspected for registration. The guys were hustling to get everyone done with their oil changes, inspections, etc. They were efficient and courteous to everyone I saw them interact with. I might come back to get my next oil change!

Used to be super friendly, fast and good job. Not so much now. Gave me wrong paperwork when vehicle inspected and logged it in wrong with state, had to go back and got the same guy, took time to get it straightened out and he didn t even say sorry for inconvenience, instead fussed about where I parked in front of office (no signage saying not to park there). Won t be going back

Honestly, with the experience I have as being a previous competitor. We used to mop the floor with these guys.. not anymore. The service here is only limited by size of operations. They just need to expand. 2 of their competitors are basically closed down. I go here now as a first place to look. They do STATE INSPECTIONS as well. Never had an issue with their work. Just super busy.

I've had horrible luck in the past getting my oil changed and these guys were awesome! Super friendly and quick to get my info so they could start on my car. Will definitely be coming back her next time I need an oil change.

Terrible customer service! They pulled other ppls car to the front and let them know their service was complete. Unfortunately they ran out of that when it came to me! Because not only did I have to inquire about my car it was left on the otherside of the building.

Went for an oil change and inspection. Would not pass because they said I needed windshield wipers. Even though they worked perfectly and did not streak. The technician became angry and belligerent when questioned as to why. There's others in town to use. Save yourself this headache.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

These guys are friendly, courteous, and professional. They change your oil in a timely fashion and let you know what they did to service your vehicle after they are done.

I have been using their service for the past 4 years. This time I had very bad experience. They're not following first come first serve policy. When I asked about it, staff answer was very rude and all staff started having funny conversation about that!! They don't know how to talk to a customer with some dignity. I am not surprised to see other reviewers saying they are rude. Never going back!! If I had the option to choose zero star, I might have selected it.

Inspection/Oil Change.This was my 3rd time visiting with one of my vehicles in the last 3 months. Each time I encountered friendly and courteous people doing extremely professional work. The rates are very reasonable and, since I don't have an indoor work area, saved me the time and effort of performing the work myself in inclimate weather. I highly recommend and will return the next time one of my vehicles needs service.

I had an absolute horrible experience at this place. They claimed I asked for an oil change when I didn t and tried to charge me for extra things I didn t ask for. All I wanted was a state inspection. And they didn t check where my vehicle was registered so they did the wrong inspection. The blonde girl went through my glove box without asking to get my insurance card. She should not be working there. She was very rude to me and had no idea what she was talking about. I will never come back to this place. And i would give negative stars if I could.

Every time anyone I know goes here, the "guy at the front must be having a bad day". I've figured out all the people that work here are just plain rude. In person, over the phone, they act like you are bothering them so they are going to charge you whatever they want and you are going to wait. That's the attitude. The price is different every time, they just act like you are making them have a bad day no matter how polite you are. Will NOT be returning here, neither will my wife, and so far 3 of my friends. It's amazing how fast you can lose customers strictly on bad customer service. Trans Texas Tire does the same stuff they do for cheaper and they are WAY friendlier.

Fantastic service, great friendly employees, and really fair prices. The wait times usually aren t bad at all depending on when you go, and the staff are always super helpful and friendly and never ever try to upsell you on anything you don t need. I even took in a used car we just bought expecting to go ahead and get an oil change done along with the inspection, and one of the mechanics came out and told me she really saw no use in replacing perfectly good oil but they still went ahead and checked all my fluid levels and topped off what needed to be topped off without a single charge. I used to get my oil changes done at Walmart because I thought it was more convenient but it s honestly much less of a hassle to stop on by Oasis and let them take care of you.

Stopped in to get inspection and the guy told me we don t do inspections in the rain. I told him it was barley sprinkling. He had a smart comment about big bird overhead and said have a nice day. 10 minutes later I m sitting in Ford house getting my inspection. Felt the guy was quite rude and a smarta$$.

I was cussed at upon pulling into the driveway by some skinny tattooed guy. I guess pulling into the driveway there is not where they want you to enter. I was screamed at yo pulling around back and waved off like a nuisance. So rufe..rude... I'll take my business elsewhere. I can't even call to talk to someone as the phone is always busy.Service: Oil change

5 Stars for Oil Change... 3 for the Car Wash. Oil changes/Inspections are always super quick and they take care not to dirty your vehicle. Never had a problem, and they make sure to list every single thing they did to your car when you pay. The car wash needs a little help and honestly costs way too much. $.25 a minute is fair. Any more than that is ridiculous. If it were newer and kept cleaner, I maybe could see paying what they charge. I don't have a problem with the vacuums, though. They work great!

If you come here make sure you understand that their base price is about $40 plus any oil or parts. If you go to the Ford House it's around $10 base price plus your parts. I went here, and they did a good job, but I'm giving it the low score because they really rip you off on cost.

I've heard a lot of people swear by them. gone there forever with no issues kinda people. Never used em for an oil change personally. the actual car wash area out back is usually pretty quiet and chill tho ya know. lol
