All I called for was a quote on a power steering pump and the man on the phone(Who did not introduce himself) was very rude, would not help me, and even hung up on me. Every other mechanic I have called today were able to give me quotes. Poor customer service

We were strangers in town with a csr problem. Sent there by a local we met at church. Could not have worked out better. i think the review thst found him "rude" might have mistaken his "tell it like it is " manner. We appreciated it, along with wide knowledge and fair prices. His shop is always busy, and it should be. This place is a refreshing rarity today.
