I was really impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the staff. Our parts for a 20 year old Chevy Avalanche was in stock and the pricing was fair (not CHEAP) but fair. If recommend them in a heartbeat!

We are a return customer; we have spent a lot of money buying batteries. Bought batteries a few days ago at a price that was guaranteed to us. Manager decided to not honor it anymore. She was not willing to budge from her price, which was more expensive than what we had been buying for! Sorry, they are going to lose our business. The lady that answered the phone was not nice at the end of the conversation when I told her that we will not be doing business with them anymore, just hung up.

Got military & ag discount; Rep was very helpful & found some 30W oil for my track loader that was in stock but not on the shelf. Always pleased with O Reilly

Would've been a good place. However the 3 employees working were more concerned with their own conversation than helping customers who came into the store also they could've had the shelves stocked too....

They always take care of me! When I get stuff on the loaner program it always works. And I clean it up like new, case and all. The only place I go for my automotive needs.

Every single time I go to O'reilly's I am treated with respect and the people working there truly care about the work they do and the people they help. They always go above and beyond to help. I don't mean they do their job and install a battery. I mean they will happily bend over backwards to help in any way they can. Truly awesome people. Prices and products are fair as well. Sure you may give it cheaper online but with most of the parts I buy have a lifetime warranty so you have an assurance of quality. Highly recommend then for any auto part need or even solid advice.

Matthew is so SUPER GREAT &HELPFUL. I suffered a Stroke a couple of months ago. My brain ain't what it use to be. He was so nice and patient with me. He was fast at tracking down what information we needed. Wonderful Customer service. Very knowledgeable to my question. The man knows his job and was happy to do. Thanks Matthew you saved me so much money time most of all frustration and tears. This Customer Appreciates You!!

Great service, and extremely knowledgeable staff members who can help you figure out what you need for your vehicle. Almost all the parts you get here have a lifetime warranty, which is weight off my mind if I have the same problem again.Definitely reccomend coming here

Asked for good windshield wipers did not want the cheapest, charged me 82.00 for windshield wipers for a Malibu. Rediculous!
