Justin here at Justin's Collission was straight forward, honest, down to earth and he completely takes pride in his work! I have never experienced this with shops in the past! Justins and his teams hard work and dedication really does show! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! I am overly pleased with how my truck turned out!

I've had several cars that needed body work/collision repair in the past, so I've dealt with several body shops over the years. When it comes to paint matching, body shops generally seem to take the attitude of (my summary) "we'll mix according to the manufacturer's color codes, cutting as many corners as we can, and if the paint matches then it matches, and if it doesn't match then it doesn't match, but you get what you get." Likewise, most body shops are content to use parts from other wrecked cars or non-manufacturer knockoff parts that fail after a few years. None of this works for me because I'm very particular about my cars and care more about them than that.So, when I recently needed collision repair, I began calling body shops to let them know my requirements (perfectly matched paint and only new, OEM parts) and to ask whether they could meet my requirements. As usual, they tried to convince me that I needed to lower my standards and accept a "close" paint match laid onto used or non-OEM parts.When I called Justin's I was surprised to hear, right in the phone greeting, that Justin's uses only new OEM parts on all repairs. I spoke with Justin about color matching, and he explained how difficult it is to do, but he also convinced me that he was capable of doing it and actually cared whether his paint matches. So, I gave Justin's a shot and took my car to him for repairs/paint.Long story short, I'm very meticulous about my cars and other investments, and this is the first time I've ever been 110% satisfied with any body shop's work. Justin and his team did an amazing job. I couldn't be more thrilled with the paint job. Not only that, but Justin and his team are great guys, easy to work with, informative, up-front and honest. Hopefully I won't need any more body work in the near future, but if and when I do, Justin gets all of my business from now on, and I tell everyone I know about him.My only regret about leaving this review is that Google limits me to 5 stars.

Couple of months ago, my husband hit a deer. We weren t sure where to take it, and we had never heard of this place, only Hunters or Campbell s collision. So my husband, who has to research and review, then do a compare/contrast on EVERYTHING seemingly; said he came across Justin s collision, and liked what he saw. He he had a gut-feeling, so I told him whatever, but he d better be right, or he was gonna have gut-pain ! Sure enough, Justin and his crew were everything my husband said, and did an AMAZING job on my 2018 Camry XSE, replaced everything needed with OEM, and surprisingly, got it approved with our insurance ( often OEM parts have issues being approved with insurance claims), and our car looks fantastic! We HIGHLY recommend Justin s Collision, and appreciate the care and professionalism carried out by this company!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Justin was able to fix my truck after having it in another shop that is a Chevy dealer in town. They took over 4 months for repairs and still didn't get it right and left blood in my truck from the accident.He did everything he said he would in a timely manner! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING HIM

Justin's Collision Center did outstanding work! Justin himself, was our advocate with the insurance company and it made the repair process pain free...easier said than done too.If your in need, you can't go wrong with this honest, upstanding, professional, who goes above and beyond at every turn.OH, did I mention everyone else we called said minimum of 3 months...which we didn't have, before our daughter had to return back to Lubbock for college. Justin's completed all work in less than a quarter of that!!!!

Justin did an amazing job with my vehicle and made sure that I felt comfortable and well informed the entire time. This was my first accident (hit a deer) and I was pretty nervous about the whole situation, but Justin is very experienced and knows just what to do! Even when insurance was a pain in the behind, Justin gave great advice. Communication was great, always kept me updated. 10/10 would recommend. Justin is growing because he pays attention to two things. The cars he works on and the PEOPLE. He invests in his shop to be sure he can reppair vehicles properly, when others pocket the cash. The collision industry is wrecked(pun intended) with those who concentrate on the numbers and have forgotten about the people. I promise, you're not a number when you go see him.

Phenomenal job, Very professional, and work with you. Nothing bad to say at all, loved the work they did, and unlike many other places, feels welcoming and are down to earth. On top of all that, this was my first accident, got hit, and Justin explained everything to me and helped me through all the steps that I should take. When I went to other places they would talk down to me for asking questions. Amazing place ,thanks guys!

Justin and his crew fixed some deep scratches/paint damage on the inside of my food trailer, and did QUALITY work for a very fair price. As a female in business, I've had many people try to pull a quick one over on me...I wasn't looking for cheap, but I was looking for fair and I 100% think I got that. Great experience all the way around. I highly recommend his shop for your repair needs.

I went to Justin's collision center. Few months ago I took my truck there. For thm to get it fixed Even tho my insurance made the whole process with my claim so slow. Justin got me a great deal he handled it pretty good went above and beyond with the claim. Kept me updated on every detail he did an outstanding work with my truck. His a professional and honest person I truly recommend Justin's.

Justin was amazing to work with, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest man doing honest work. I am always apprehensive with mechanics after a lot of bad experiences, I am especially nervous when it comes to my daughter's car. She had a wreck in her Corolla, Justin was recommended by a co-worker, and we had already dealt with another shop that was horrible, so we took the car to him. Justin took his time and explained everything to Desiree, he broke down the damaged area and took pictures so the estimate would be more accurate, vs just writing could have more damage and guessing on cost. He kept her in the email loop with the insurance company and explained any safety issues that could occur with specific non-OEM parts that should be OEM. The estimate the insurance provided had the model type incorrect and 3k difference in value, he worked with us to get the insurance to correct this and use OEM parts were needed, this caused the car to be a total loss. Had he not noticed the discrepancy, my daughter could have been out a lot of money, she is a college student and works two jobs, she depends on her vehicle and could not afford to pay the additional cost this would have created. His attention to detail is amazing and we owe him so much for treating my daughter like his own by putting her safety first vs just making the repairs and pocketing the money. Thank you so much!!!! I was so impressed with the quality of Justin's work. My husband wrecked his car and damaged the entire drivers side. Justin repaired it, and i'm telling you it looked as well, or even better than when we bought it brand new!! He is so detail oriented that he even pointed out where a major body shop skimped on a previous repair that we would have never known about until it was too late. He fixed their mistake at no cost to us!! If you want an honest, detail oriented body shop that will treat you right, then JUSTIN'S COLLISION would be your best bet.

Justin and his paintless dent repair are awesome!!! Very reasonable and personable! Made the whole process easy and communication was on point! Went above and beyond what was asked and his paintless dent repair fixed more than was asked at no extra cost! Couldn t be happier with the results!

This place did a great job. They only use OEM parts, all of the staff is friendly and professional, they did quality work, and worked with my insurance company when the insurance company was being uncooperative.
