I am glad most of you feel that you are more than just a number, I don't. I feel my agent should contact me before renewal with the best insurance rates available. At least contact me in some way prior to renewal, but that hasn't been the norm. In my over 10 years with Fraser, only one agent ever did the research prior to my calling and requesting it. Penny was the best! She did reach out prior to renewal. Thanks, Penny, miss you. I feel like a number to them. I feel like I am expected to just pay the premiums and they do nothing. I even called to report a claim, just call they insurance company they said. No follow-up, no visible concern or anything. Thank you very much. I think I will look elsewhere in the future.

This is my second year going to Katelyn Sparger at Fraser Agency and she is genuinely the sweetest, kindest, most helpful person I've had the pleasure to meet. She's helped my family and I so much, I'm so grateful for her. She is super patient, and understanding! I highly recommend her. I heard about this agency through my mother in law, who is also very pleased; she goes through Patty and has said nothing but great things about her as well. Thank you Fraser Agency!

I wasnt there, so I don't know what its like there but I am thinking the fears around algorithms and tracking us through the web are debunked.
