I reserved a U-haul at 8am. When I came to pickup the U-haul from this location, the worker told me that it would not be ready until 9am because he did not check it yet! I told him I have helpers scheduled to come to load the U-haul and I need it on time but he refused to check the U-haul and he kept doing something else. I came back at 9 and kept waiting. He did not give me the U-haul until 9:30am! This is so unprofessional!!Also, when he gave me the U-haul I noticed it had several dents along the entire side wall of the U-haul. Although those dents were obvious and very noticeable, the worker at Dewaynes did not mark those dents! If I did not tell him, they would have charged me for it!I would never recommend this location! It is so unprofessional and the worker at Dewaynes seems like he does not want to work and do his job!!!

Couple of things with these people. If you're renting a U-Haul from them they will add on charges that they won't tell you about: 1) charge 20.00 if you return after hours which if you rent on Saturday is almost a guaranteee since they're not open on Sunday and 2) even if you return the same day they will charge you everyday until they are open again. We returned on the same day, Saturday, but they charged us through Tuesday because they were closed on Sunday and Monday (Memorial Day).Good luck to you if you decide to rent a U-haul from them. Plan on spending a couple hundred more than you planned.

Just don t do it. Will not pass a deleted truck even though Erath is not an emissions testing county.

DO NOT use this place to rent a Uhaul. I reserved 2 trucks online a week ahead. He called to tell me he had no trucks and to call Uhaul. Uhaul said he had trucks. I called him back and he insisted he had none and that my reservation had been canceled. I called Uhaul back and they said I still had reservations, that Dewayne had one truck and he was getting the second at another location. Called Dewayne and he said he had no idea what I was talking about. Uhaul then said I for sure would have a truck, that he had one coming in the day before I needed it. They reserved my second truck at the other location. Show up to get the truck and he says it s broke down. Called Uhaul. She called Dewayne and asked if he had a truck, and if it was running. He said yes. When she gave him our name, he told her it had JUST come in. My son in law went to get it and Dewayne tried to tell him his card was declined. Which it wasn t. We got the truck, but the guy was really mad and rude. He did not want to rent the truck to us, and we guess it was because we were returning it to a different location. My niece reserved a truck from him several months ago, and he refused to let her take it because she was a few minutes late. This guy should absolutely NOT be in the Uhaul business. My experience with him makes me want to swear off Uhaul altogether. Zero stars. Do not recommend.

Do not go here, especially if you are a college student. The old man will take one look at you and put on additional fees and unnecessary add-ons to anything, even the uhauls which is supposed to be set fees.

Awful experience. The proprietor added a false cleaning fee onto my rental. Additionally, he never even got off the phone to properly accept my U-Haul.

Extremely rude and disrespectful, two elderly ladies that seem like they are too good to explain rates and pricing first of all. They were extremely condescending the whole time, ended up not using them and I m glad I didn t I hope their business tanks. They do not know how to treat people let alone be professional. Would pay to give negative stars if I could

Rented a U-Haul trailer for at 11am for 24 hours. Returned it at 10pm the same day. Owner charged me for 2 days and a ridiculous after hours service charge. I called and told them it was returned and they said they didn't input it as received until Monday morning even though he was there Sunday. What a crook. Lady was rude. I will never use them again.

An older lady attended me and while i tried to figure out the pricing on the uhaul services, she stopped in a rudely and interrogated me in a condescending manner. If you decide to visit this place, good luck

Awful! Just plain awful! Customer service was terrible, disorganized, and off putting. I will never give them my business again. I advise everyone to stay away. Uhaul, please take a hard look at this place, it was not consistent with your standard for customer service.

In and out fast. Not very personable. But if you're familiar with u haul then it's a good place to go without a line. Getting out can be tricky during high traffic times

Really disrespectful, older gentleman start asking my wife legal questions like for real, are you border patrol agent or something, really rude, if you dont like your job don t do it, if you don t have time to make a good quality service for your costumers stop working there

I tried to call them and ask a question about my car and see if they could fix it. The mechanic was rude from the beginning and then hanged up on me. I do not know about you but I would never do business with these people.
