My sister came down from Beaumont and somehow the screws came out the handle on her hatch. We drove to AZ and a nice guy, Harrell helped us. He found some new screws that matched the only screw left and he installed them too. Thanks for having a great employee, Harrell.

A nice gentleman helped me pick out the right battery. He switched the old to new battery at no cost and quick. I have a peace of mind that Durafast got three year warranty on this battery.

I am always helped quickly and they answer all questions I may have. Always friendly, qualified and helpful. Have had them put battery and windshield wipers on my pick up, and they do quickly and with a smile.

I was welcomed with a hello, Drake was more than willing to help!! I went to O'Reillys first and wasn't welcomed or helped, they just kept talking to each other and helped the man first, so from now on yall will get my business here in Stephenville. Keep up the great work Autozone

John and Brandon were so helpful and so kind. We came in 10 minutes before they closed and they were so patient and quick to help fix my headlight. I would recommend them to anyone! Best customer service I ve seen.

I really don't spend all that much time in auto parts stores, but I have to say, every single time I've been to the Stephenville AutoZone, I've always had a very good experience. Staff has always been so quick to help me, they've all been very professional, knowledgeable, genuine & most importantly, at least, in my opinion, treated me respectfully & had super personalities! Keep up the good work AutoZone! It's much appreciated!!

Needed help with my check engine light and they just handed me the key and told me to go do it myself. I understand COVID is a big issue right now. But the service and attitude I received was horrible. I m coming in for help and for them to just give it to me saying go do it yourself. Worst experience ever.

Autozone always has the supplies we need for simple DIY car care. This time it was windshield cleaning fluid. Other times we've needed something not in stock and it was ordered and ready for pickup the next day!The staff is friendly and helpful. A recent trip there had a young employee given an opportunity to learn on the job about cars and DIY repair needs.Entrance and parking are handicapped accessible.We are returning satisfied customers!

AutoZone is an excellent place to visit for your car parts and maintenance needs. The staff is courteous and professional, and almost always knowledgeable and providing advice on what you need. On the off-chance the person you asked doesn't have an answer, they will find another associate who does have the answer. If you have a vehicle maintenance, repairs needs I would definitely recommend going to AutoZone

Friendly, knowledgeable staff helped me diagnose a quirky alt. Battery problem. Good price, good service, I highly recommend AutoZone on Washington in Stephenville. Best prices and services in town, in my opinion.

I went into Autozone in Stephenville at 8:15 , Feb 03, 2020 to get some wiper blades. Ryan waited on me, helped me to find exactly what I needed, and he removed and installed my wiper blades while getting rained on, and the whole time he was polite, good natured, and he had a smile on his face the whole time. That man needs a raise........Thank You Ryan
