These people are great! Had an emergency taillight situation, mine fell out going down road. Pulled in and asked them for help. They got secured the right way, and would not let me pay them. Was back on road in 20 minutes. Proves there are some good and kind people still out there. Thanks guys!

I brought my car and my truck there to be fixed with hail damage broken windshields. They called me three times on my car saying that it was ready to go to get it. not even Done second time they tell me it s done. Go to pick up the car it is not done third time they tell me it s ready I go to pick it up. They never replaced the broken windshield then they tell me it s already again go to get it replaced the windshield never put the bra back on the windshield when they put the windshield in they messed up all the paint that s on my car Putting the windshield in plus other spots and stuff they did not finish on my car . then I go to talk to them about my truck. They tell me give me a little bit the guy didn t come in. Go back two weeks later talk to them still the only thing that they replace with my hood on the Truck still has body damage from the hail windshield is still broke so this is been going on for over two months. He tells me give me two more weeks. That your truck is first priority, and he has all kinds of problems, getting the guy to come in to do the work I ll have it all ready for me. Go by there two weeks later never touched. I will never use them again. They may at one time within a good place to use, but not anymore This is very, very poor business.

My husband and I couldn t be happier with the work done by Allied. They re really professional and kept us updated about the status of our car. I had the misfortune of rolling forward with my driver s door open and hit a pole. Had to get it replaced. Sounds like an easy job but in this day and time, it turned into a 5 week parts fiasco. That s the bad news. The great news is that The folks at Allied overturned every stone, pulled out all the stops and did EVERYTHING humanly possible to get the door. Once they got it, the replacement and repair was done to perfection the FIRST time. Though they stand behind their work, no adjustments were needed. If you have body repair work to be done, I very highly recommend these heroes! They will do it right the first time!!

I got rear ended and my bumper got cracked. Took a chance and brought my car to Allied and i am sure glad i did. From the moment i walked in the door they were caring and very helpful. The receptionist was warm and welcoming. She definitely was a huge help through the whole process. I could not recommend them enough.

This is a great body shop! I was side swiped by a semi and had over $5,000 in repairs that had to be done. By the time I got my truck back it look like new and you couldn't tell that there was ever any damage! The employees are great and truly care about your experience. They do anything to help you make your experience a positive one while your vehicle is being repaired. Recently I brought my vehicle in for an unrelated repair and after another great experience I felt like I needed to get out a good word for them! I definitely won't be going anywhere else if I don't have to!

My son, a college student, took his truck in to get the ball joints replaced on his 2009 silverado. Paid cash (bad idea). Got a written receipt. Discovered that no work had been done at all. Went back and was told his receipt was no good. $1000 wasted. Just a bunch of thieves. Went to Discount Tire. Got it done correctly for$800 with a lifetime warranty. Drives like a new truck. DON'T GO TO ALLIED!!!!

I have been bringing my vehicles here for years! By far the most honest and professional team in town! Pros: Mr. Robitaille is a very welcoming gentleman, the shop washed the exterior of my truck, the quarter panel, headlight, etc where painted and replaced.Cons: I came for the truck twice, the fender liner hardware isn't secure, there was trash from the repairs left.I had to contact the body shop to know when I could pick my vehicle up, they told me at the latest it would be ready by noon on Wednesday, I left work to be there at noon on Wednesday, they did not have it done. I had to come back the following day, once again interfering with work due to the fender lining now needing to be replaced. I don't understand how they did not see this when taking it apart.I was now in a rush to get back to work, since I was absent for parts of the day two days in a row. The lady at the front couldn't enter my credit card information correctly. She told me she had x disease, x wrong with her hearing, and x wrong with her hand. I just needed to get in my truck and go. She felt the lack of sympathy I showed and told me "sorry you're in a bad mood, have a blessed day". I left the body shop without double checking (like a fool). Not only did they leave trash in my passanger seat and truck bed from the repairs, but what I can see of the hardware on the exterior isn't even fastened down. It makes me question if everything on the inside is tight.

I don't know what happened to this place; I'd had good experiences in the past, but I was told my car needed a new fuel pump and took it to Allied and they replaced the fuel pump without even doing any diagnostics. So I had to pay for that, AND wait another week to get what was really wrong fixed (totally unrelated to the fuel pump), while having to deal with their abrupt and even rude receptionist and mechanic, who clearly didn't give a rat's. I'll be taking my car elsewhere next time, thanks.

Came in here a few days before Christmas to get a loose under-carriage part taken care of. They fixed it in under 30-mins, that too free of charge! The owner and 'Mickey' were very friendly and know how to treat their customers.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This is the best family owned body shop in the stephenville area. Charlie has owned Allied since 1981. If looking for body and mechanical, this is a one stop shop!!
