Even with an appointment, it took almost 1.5 hours for them to do a single tire change. They simply don't care about your time. Similar instance happened to me already once but I considered it a fluke but this happened again now. Unless you are willing to drop your vehicle off in the morning and then pick up in the evening, stay away from this place.

Horrible service. The two cashier's bickering with each other and a feed up face. The service guy telling people that service will take 3 to 4 hours to get rid of costumers. According to the check list provided that checked tire inflation. They did not. I had to get out and ask to use their air to inflate my own tires. DO Not take your vehicle to this place.

I got a oil change 2 weeks ago they didn't reset the car so i did now its telling me again i need one they spend to much time talking to each other cant get consistent work done

On October 1, my son took my car to Walmart Auto Service Center in Stafford, Texas at 11210 West Airport Blvd, Stafford, TX 77477. I usually use the one in Sugar Land, but this time, my son made mistake in trying the Walmart in Stafford.When asking for a Synthetic Blend oil change, the technician did not know what kind of oil that was. My son asked to put the same one that they did last time, although normally, we don't take the car to this Walmart.The car was returned dirty. Oil stains on driver's side of carpet and door panel.Oil was overfilled.I had to have my mechanic take out almost 2 quarts.I asked the mechanic to check the condition of the filter--does it look new? He said No, it does not. It looks like an old filter.The receipt shows that tire pressure was checked, and we knew that they were underinflated when turning the car in.The sign did not go away.We checked the pressure, and it was roughly 25 on all tires.I have taken pictures. I visited the shop. When I showed them the filth they cleaned the car as best as they could. When I told them that the indicator still shows that tires are underinflated, they told me that my sensors were bad without even checking. When I got home, I checked the tires, and they were underinflated.Service: Oil change

I usually don t write reviews but this had to be done I had come here just to change my headlights the people working inside have such a bad attitude - and I don t understand why if you don t like your job please just quit and find something you like doing Naz was the lady helping me she didn t speak well zero at customer service wrong information .had no idea what she was doing and I was not the only one upset with her 2 clients before me were also quite upset her manager Jorge no better same attitude finally the guys outside doing the actual work knew what they were doing and were helpful but it won t be seen because there reception staff is pretty sad

My experience at the Walmart Auto Center on Airport in Stafford was good. Came in for an oil change at 4PM on a Thursday and left at 5PM. That s one hour. Those of you who have been to other Walmart Auto Centers know that wait times for auto services last much longer, so I am happy that my oil change did not take too much time. Special thank you to technicians Karan and Darious. I am also satisfied with the price. Paid $62 for the oil change, labor, filters, and taxes included. Comparatively, I ve gotten my oil changed at Take 5, which cost me a little over $90. Saved nearly $30. That s a win in my opinion.Service: Oil change

I recently had a terrible experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center in Stafford, TX. I went there because I had a nail in my tire and needed it patched or replaced. To my surprise, the staff informed me that because I had purchased the tire online, I would need to reorder it through their online system.Reluctantly, I placed the order and waited patiently for four days, expecting to hear that my new tire had arrived. Finally, I received an email saying my tire was ready for pick up. Excitedly, I rushed to the store only to be told by the staff that they couldn't find my tire. How could this be?To add insult to injury, they also couldn't locate my warranty in their system. They claimed that their tablet is a new system and an old computer system were malfunctioning, leaving me without any evidence of the warranty I had purchased. Thankfully, I had kept all the paperwork from my previous visits to the service center; otherwise, I would have been out of warranty coverage for the four tires I had purchased just six months ago.This level of incompetence and disorganization is simply unacceptable. As a customer, I expect the staff at Walmart Auto Care Center to be able to locate and provide the services and warranties for which I have paid. They clearly failed on multiple levels, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience for me.I strongly advise anyone considering using the Walmart Auto Care Center in Stafford, TX to think twice. The staff is unreliable, the systems are malfunctioning, and there is a lack of accountability for their mistakes. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

Pulled up to get all 4 tires replaced. I waited and waited and waited. No one showed up. Yet all the garage doors were open and there was a car with the hood open. I left after 10-15mins of waiting. Went to discount tire and they took my car right away. Look at the reviews and read them. Save yourself and go somewhere else. Idiots who think they have power because they work on cars. What a joke.

Took an Uber to work after dropping off my car to get the tires replaced. Received a text message saying "action required" before they continued and asked me to call. I've been calling for literally half an hour now. No one answers. Called the Operator on another phone, no answer. Contacted their chat support, who called me, and they have been trying to call for about 10 minutes now.Going to have to pay for another Uber to take me up there to find out what is wrong because they won't answer the phone.Never again!Service: Tires

1/26/23 @ 12:30pm.Came to drop off used oil and an older Hispanic guy named George refused to provide proper customer service. I always drop off oil and the limit is 5 gallons PER DAY PER CUSTOMER. He only took 3 gallons and said he can only take 5 gallons TOTAL EVERY DAY. No matter how many times I repeatedly told him that is incorrect he still refused to take the remaining 2 gallons. Now forcing me to waste more time and gas to drop off at another location.GEORGE IS A TERRIBLE RUDE EMPLOYEE. Should be written up. Especially for giving a 6 month pregnant woman such a hard time and struggle. Shame on him.

Came here to get a new battery. The technicians were joking around and being non chalant about duties. The technician that addressed changing my battery said he was not able to get the terminals off. As a result I purchased a jump start pack and have been riding around over two weeks with a bad battery thinking I would have to go to an expensive shop to get my battery installed. I went to the auto center @ 9460 sam Houston and Odell there got me right in about an hour. Saved me hundreds of dollars thinking I needed major repairs and I didn't. Odell simply went the extra mile unlike the technician here that did the minimum.Service: Battery

I went to change my oil in the van this morning, they were only two employees working, I was there less than hour, they were on the ball. The only bad thing, is that I had to paid higher price instead of the $44.+ for bottle synthetic oil , since they haven't have the big containers. This is the 2nd time that I had to paid $77.+ since the automotive opened up.

I will never shop here again. They are not supposed to hold items for anyone the little Asian lady told me she was holding an item for a customer I asked her what the customer's name was because the person that works right next to her told me in front of her if they're not allowed to hold the items. As I am standing there talking to them my brother purchase me a battery online it got accepted they still would not give me the battery until after 5 p.m. I had to wait 3 hours continue to run my car come back only for the lady to tell me that she sold that battery!! How could you sell the battery when it was already sold to my brother they only had one in the store and he purchased it 3 hours before. I was so upset and so disappointed I did not appreciate her at all

Anna and her crew are the best. Overall I am not a big Walmart fan, but because of Anna I always use their automotive services (Stafford store only).Anna is great, always helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, caring and just outstanding customer service. The same goes for her crew including the ones behind the counter and the guys in the service bay.Anna cares for each customer and she really likes her job. I work at a small used car lot in Stafford and I try to do my best with my customers. If my customers need anything beyond my ability (tires, batteries, oil change etc) I just tell them to go see Anna.Yes, Anna is the BEST and I meant it sincerely.

I was preparing to leave town and noticed my windshield wiper blades were worn and not functioning optimally. Since it was starting to rain I decided to give Walmart a try for buying new wiper baldes. The service department was helpful and fairly quick in spite of a busy morning. Good to know they offer a variety of auto services at good prices.

Employee Niles Webe was excellent and fixed the problem. Niles Webe is a great auto technician and with great customer service .Management Desiree Perez poor service. She is not able to communicate with employees. Ignores the customer. Walks away without talking to the customer. Niles should be the manager...Heading to another Walmart to install 2 other tires...

I confronted these guys with a completely non-standard problem around lunchtime on New Year's Eve after having unsuccessfully visited two separate Tire & Lube Centers already.Staff here rose to the challenge, and though it took them a couple of hours to get me fixed up, I was immensely happy with their service and skill. Full marks...

Made me wait an entire hr until to finally go ahead and give me my keys after an oil change. I would understand if there was people in front of us but we were the first ones to get there once it was opened. This was a first time experience and now I don't want to ever come back. I work overnight with my boyfriend and it taking an entire hour when I should be sleeping instead? It's stupid and the worst part was that I received no apology at all. I don't approve of this place. Especially for a first timer.

Super slow. Not particularly friendly in general. Its not the whole team but most of them are not kind..i know we clients can be difficult sometimes, but gosh i had a super bad experience over there. The care center manager advised me to buy warranty on my tires. I did. On the 4 i bought. I had an accident and the tire was totally messed up even with the rim. I did the whole fixing with a mechanic using a back up tire that i always keep at home in cases of emmergency. I went back there now to do the replacement, give the messed up tire and buy a new one under my warranty at a cheaper price without havin them ti work on it since i already did the whole job.when going there i thought it would habe been a 5min things. They take the old one give me the new one. I swipe my card at the warranty price. And im gone. No... they had me line up back and forth in an out of their offives... trying to understand what they should do with the rim when they had nothing to do with it since i already fixed all. I spent more than 2 hrs there waiting. It was very hot. For somethin that didnt required for them to work on my car just a simple trade.. Gosh i was extremely pissed off.Oh and i forgot be4 going to that location , i went to another walmart location to do the replacement. They told me that i dont have any warranty. Luckily i had the paper work with me in the car. I showed them the warranty documents and they said that walmart actuallu doesnt sell those type of tire i bought. When i actually had the receipt and warranty from walmart. Thats what made me go back to the actual location where i bought it.Moral of the story, dont get with any agreement with walmart. You gonna get screwed up cuz that is simply bad faith. And u can't do business with a bad faith partner....

Amazing experience, had to come get a quick oil change near closing and Marcos was able to not only help me out in a timely fashion but he was kind and understanding as well. Impeccable customer service all together, it's amazing the difference one person can make!!!

Took my truck in for oil change and a battery issue. The service dept. did a great job but i had to wait for an hour for a manager to enter a code for my battery paperwork.

Had less than an hour wait time from start to finish (30 minutes) for a battery. When i went in on last Friday it was a 2 hour wait. Good Customer Care!!

Call first to be certian they have what you need in stock at that store. Inventorys are low on inexpensive tires and batteries, etc.. they do get tires in weekly. Decent prices for oil changes, belt replacements etc.

The people here are totally inadequate when it comes to customer service. I went in to get some freon for my car. Come to find out, they lock it behind a glass case. After waiting 5 minutes for assistance, they tell me they can't find the keys and start calling supervisors, etc. After waiting another 10 minutes, they tell me they have misplaced the keys and continue to argue with one another about who's fault it was and who was the last person to have the keys. They were totally ignoring me and not one bit remorseful or customer-oriented at this time. I would recommend staying away from this dysfunctional uneducated place.
