I bought a 2018 Nissan Frontier with 400 miles back in 2019. And lost it last year due to a car accident. But never again have I found a dealership like Texas Auto Direct/Vroom I had a great experience and great memories. Wish you luck guys.

They use vroom and vroom are scammers so hence they must be scammers too. Conveniently my bank account was hacked after setting up payment for vroom. Waited forever to get the car after putting my money down and signed all paperwork yet was continuously jerked around saying I have to wait it s not ready I wouldn t recommend to my worst enemy

I got the strong feeling the people here were lying to me when I tried to sell my car. I ended up selling to Carmax because they were more ethical. I would be suspicious of buying a car from here due to their dishonesty.

I got my other vehicle here about 5 years ago and the customer service was flat-out wonderful I was even offered a free meal at the snack bar. Like literally everything was smooth sailing so of course when it was time for a new car I went back to this location. It's absolutely horrible now and all you'll see is a bunch of people walking around like they're busy when in reality they aren't doing much of anything. I was at this place from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. and it was one occasion where I even had to wait over an hour simply to swipe my card. I told them that I knew I would have negative equity going into my new car so I wanted to pay the negative balance on my card. They told me to sit and I was waiting for almost 2 hours just to pay. Also I went through about three different people who knew absolutely nothing about what they were doing. The financing and all of that stuff wasn't hard either because I was going through my credit union so they didn't have to deal with anything regarding that . My credit union sent them a blank check so there was no reason I should have been there that long. Even when I spoke to the manager he just pawned me off to another person who didn't know what they were doing. Once I got to the Finish Line I spoke with a guy named Cameron who was very knowledgeable about everything and made the process go much quicker. Perhaps he should be the manager of this location because he's really effective and efficient at his job. If it wasn't for me falling in love with the vehicle that I wanted and the price I would have walked away from this place a long time ago. Try other locations before coming here things have changed a lot.

THEY HAVE CLOSED. I am devastated because they were fair and trust worthy. I only bought my cars from TX Direct because of their service Dept. I was trying to get my service scheduled and had to pretend to buy a car just to get someone on the phone to confirm they have in fact closed down. Of course no one at the dealership cares to help or answer questions, they transferred me around to the corporate customer service who also had no idea.. so here ya go.Services: Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Just bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler for my wife last Monday. So excited! We ve been waiting so long and finally had the finances to do so. Got a good deal and brought it home. We smelled coolant the first day and brought it back Wednesday to service. They found out it had a cracked radiator and had to put me in a rental for a couple days. Got it back Friday and now Sunday morning I come out to my driveway and it s full of oil on my parking spot. Guess I ll be coming in tomorrow to check back into service. Service seemed to be great and nice but somewhere there is a disconnect when they do their 15 point inspection

My husband and I received extremely poor communication from the service technician. We dropped our car off on 7/27 for warranty work - specifically to replace front wheel hub bearings. We were given conflicting information all throughout the 8 days that our car was there. In chronological order:1. parts are on their way2. car will be ready for pickup3. there is no record of any repair work being done4. Customer Relations states there is nothing she can do to help and that there is no loaner car system in place5. the parts haven't been ordered6. parts are on their way7. the wrong parts were delivered8. Service Manager involved on day 8 and helped expedite the repairWe are appreciative of the Service Manager's intervention. However, had we known that this is the kind of service we would receive overall, we probably would have gone elsewhere to buy our car. As it is, we had planned to purchase our teenage son's car from Texas Direct Auto, but will now be looking elsewhere.Please do not advertise "free loaner car available for all major repairs" when you are not going to follow through. The level of inconvenience may have been alleviated somewhat had we been provided that benefit.

If I could give them a no star I would I would not recommend anyone to buy from them go buy new cars from actually delarshipExactly 90 days and the lemon car they sell you star having problems ..and you barely even drive ityou called them and tell them you have problem even before the 7 days and they tell me why you didn t bring car back the person that sold me the car kept trying to tell me the car been sitting here you need to drive it ..and everything will be good it will be fine I didn t this a truck for Saleman to lose you time to bring the car back there is no word to mouth told me I have 100.000 miles Warrenty with the delarshipThey first week the car before even below the 1/4 gas sign with no warning cuts off in the middle of the highway at night the trouble I had to go thru to push the car off with cars flying bywe thought maybe we need to keep gas in it bc the sign doesn t indicate but we thought it s our fault maybe we didn t have enough gasSpoke to Saleman again and he said the same thing drive the car don t let it sit in the garage bc it s our weekend carthen exactly 90 days the back suspension goes out now I have to take it to a delarship to pay repair on a new used car that is suppose to be certified grantee checked by themBasically I have 35 thousand dollars suv with 62000 miles only that i can t even drive that I just bought and barely droveThanks you for the worst 2nd car experience and will let everyone I know about my journey with this and need to work on since now it s vroom the customer service and wrongful information to customersI m really disappointed at this place they are selling lemon cars bewareBaduwa

I purchased a used 2018 Subaru Impreza here last month. Got a great deal and good service! Traded in my old 2012 Chevy Volt for a fair price. The financing process was quick and painless. The Subaru was delivered right to my neighborhood (came shipped from Florida). So far, the car runs great with zero signs of underlying issues. This really is the best place in the Houston area to purchase a used, reliable, well-kept vehicle.

I took my car in for the free first oil change and my car had some issues that needed quick response. I am a teacher and do not have time off to bring my car in during normal service hours and Service Advisor, Juan Jimenez arranged for me to bring my car in near closing time and leave it overnight. He arranged a loaner car via my Master Tech Extended Warranty Plan which made it possible for me to have the car repaired in a timely manner.My car was repaired quickly and Mr. Jimenez had promised it would be washed and vacuumed and when I received the car, it was in better than new condition. So very clean and ran so smooth and efficiently. Thank you for the top notch service Mr. Jimenez and Texas Direct Auto!

I purchased a 2008 Sierra Denali from Texas Direct in November 2013. The truck has been in great working condition and I couldn't have asked for a better deal! I have been to their service center three time for an oil change/tire rotation/balance and have been very impressed with the process. I will continue to service my vehicle with them because they are competitively priced and fast turnaround! Joe Provenzano was my Service Advisor and took great care of me when servicing my vehicle. The service I received at Texas Direct Auto Care Center was excellent! I have taken my truck there twice and received excellent service both times. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. You can get fresh coffee from the single serve coffee maker or cold water from the mini fridge while you wait! I will be back. Try them! You won't be disappointed!

Awesome service. The work performed was top notch and a great value. The service advisor, David Garner, kept me informed every step of the way. I loved the communication and there were no surprises. Just dropped off my second car today for an oil change and multi-point inspection. I totally trust these guys.

We had excellent service at Texas Direct Auto...our calls were answered promptly, Joe did a great job keeping us informed about our car's needs and cost and everyone from the mechanic to the drop off driver was super friendly and thankful for our business. We even got a thank you card AND automated call from the manager Mike thanking us for our business with the option of giving any feedback. I thought that was really great...Customer Service is very important to me and during a time when that is getting less and less I am glad to see that Texas Direct Auto is doing more and more. Thank you so much guys!

Eric Rook was my Service Interface. He did an excellent job. Vehicle was delivered on time and in excellent condition. Eric gave me multiple options on repairs and was accurate on the cost of the repairs. Vehicle was delivered on time and in excellent condition. Eric also gave multiple options on repairs that may be needed in the future with associated cost. Overall people were very friendly and I plan to bring my vehicles back for future service.

Joe and Chris took care of my son's 2005 Honda Element. They thoroughly evaluated the damage to it and called to explain exactly what needed to be fixed. They even gave me a free loaner while it was in the shop. I appreciated their professionalism so much that I referred my brother to them a few weeks later for his 2016 Chevy Silverado. Thanks guys, we'll definitely be back for business in the future.P.S. I heard their sales department is now offering a disappearing deductible with their extended warranties if serviced at this shop. Now that's good business also.

I will never even bother to visit the website of this car dealer again! I filled out the online credit app to purchase an Audi A6. I spoke to the sales rep Jason and he said they just need to verify income and iemployment which I sent the following morning. When I called the following morning to make arrangement to pick up, since I am local, I was told the vehicle has been sold. I was told "this happens all the time because they are a large volume dealership"! I told Jason the sales rep that I was willing to put a deposit to reserve the vehicle but was told that I could not since I was a local Houston customer who would be picking up, which does not make any sense. I have purchased over 20 vehicles over the past 20 years; some new, some used, some very expensive to average. This dealer has a good selection and is competitively priced but I will NEVER purchase from this dealership for the way they treat their customers!

Dealing with Texas Direct Auto Care was a pleasant experience. We are a Volkswagen Dealership and we specialize in Volkswagens; however, we had a BMW vehicle the other day that we did not have the equipment to repair it, so we sent the car to Texas Direct Auto Care and they fixed it. They repaired it for a fair price and fixed it correctly the first time. What a Great Experience. Chris and Mike are very professional as well as personable.

I brought my car in to get my brakes done, I was expecting to be there for a few hours but I was in and out in no time the service desk did an awesome job at making sure I was in and out. Excellent customer service and it also didn't cost me an arm and a leg prices were great!! I would definitely recommend that you take any of your car needs here they will take great care of you.

I bought my Porsche from Texas direct auto and got a free oil change. Scheduling was easy and i reached shop on time.The car requires synthetic oil.The power steering was not working at 100% so asked them to check it, they said that it was low on fluid but it needs special oil which they didn't have but have send out someone to get it. I was there for 2-3 hours due to this.Every one was very nice and gave compliments to my car. I will definitely go back even if its not close to my home

I have purchased 3 vehicles from this place service is the worst I thought it will get better, purchased my last truck F150 took it to service because the soon roof was having problems opening, they fixed it took it home after 9 months passed I open The window to get some fresh air and the sun roof cloth was loose I took it back and manager told me that they don't cover labor only parts and said that the cloth shrinked in 9 months. I called Ford in Katy and told them what this manager told me and started laughing at what he told me ford said nothing should be shrinking took it to Ford Auto Nation and fixed it for free even with out warranty. This will be my new dealer very honest people and care about there customers will never recommend TEXAS DIRECT AUTO.

I came here to buy a Camaro back in March. It s wasn t really the best in my car buying experiences. The guy that was helping didn t seem all that interested in helping me much. So that was a little bit of a downer. But the process was smooth overall. The only real grip I have is that I m having the hardest time getting my plates and stickers. I got the car back in March and still haven t gotten my plates and stickers. It s just a annoyance to have to deal with months after driving off. I m really not sure if I d come back for my future car buying experiences.

I had a pretty specific car in mind when I was looking to upgrade. Due to their amazing inventory, I was soon able to buy the perfect car at a great price. But what really sold me on Texas Direct was Texas Direct Auto Care. They have the knowledge and diagnostic tools to repair or maintain just about any make or model car. Bob at Texas Direct Auto Service Center was fantastic! I came in for a complimentary oil change and was greeted promptly at my car. Bob not only changed my oil but helped me remove a stain from my bumper that would not come off. Bob also offered to install my new plates on the car. Great customer service, I would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be back for any service in the future!
