I drove all the way from Austin to get work done by them and they were %110 worth it! They made my car look brand new, when I got home everyone thought I got a new car... I had some damage for awhile and it was like it was never there. Absolutely amazing, top-notch work with amazing timing. This shop is one of the best ones in Houston for sure and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.Service: Painting

They did a good job on my headlights assembly but scratch the paint on the bumper and the guy wasn't too sincere to try to fix it for me after he was the one who replaced the front bumper and painted for us. I am not too happy about it

Bought a New Range Rover and the dealership sent it here for a black out package. Immediately after I got my car the roof started to chip so it was sent back to get fixed . I picked up up my car and all they did was place a PPF over the chipped corners and they left all of the chip marks on the roof. Once again it was sent back and they half fixed the chips. Fast forward 2 months and the roof is once again chipping off. Shouldn t work on 100k+ cars if quality service can t be provided

My fj cruiser was painted and repaired they placed the headlights in that are aftermarket, these guys are so awesome, I am so appreciative of the personal attention gave my vehicle, this tier of professionalism you just can t get enough of, I ll be bringing all of my future work to these guys.

Brought my car here for some minor body work on recommendation from the dealership where I purchased my car. First off, if you have a new vehicle which you would like to keep pristine, DO NOT bring your car here.The place did more damage to my car when they washed it than when they fixed the dent in my fender (ie. the actual repair job). There were a large number of scratches (deeper than surface) where they aggressively tried to scrub off old bird droppings and bug splatter, which I recognized only after taking my car home. More importantly, the fit of the fender panel that was repaired no longer lined up properly with the others on the car, and trim that was replaced after the repair was partially damaged and no longer fit tightly on the vehicle. Additionally, there was plenty of overspray from rubbing compound/primer that was left on parts of the car, including the bumper, hood, and door panels, from the paint/repair process. When I asked for this to be cleaned up, they "buffed" out a small section of the bumper, through all the paint layers to the level of the underlying plastic, and attacked the other spots with dry microfiber towels which left an even larger number of scratches across the car.I regret taking my car here. It was certainly reasonably priced but having more damage done to the car than what was repaired (in terms of poor panel fit and need for paint correction) really left me dissatisfied. Take a car here if you need a quick repair on a car you don't care much about, but leave your valuable/prized cars to some place else.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Apart from one small noticeablemistake in repair, their work was outstanding. Really they have dependable innovative solutions in decent price. Altogether this is highly recommended auto repair center. Must say Tyler, their manager and Tom were very helpful. Kudos.

I chose this shop because they aren't a puppet with an insurance company partnership. The few details in the work they did that were not to par were re-fixed right away. They have great customer service and never made me wait or feel insignificant. I love my muscle car hot rod and they also took that to heart when working on my car. I will return to this shop and recommend th to anyone looking for body work.

This was an email I was going to send to the owner but it would've done nothing:I was a customer a few years back when your body shop repaired my vehicle and I was a very satisfied customer. This time around, your managers have failed to make me a priority and there were multiple mishaps that could've been prevented if some people had paid close attention to detail. My car took over 30 days to fix because someone failed to fully address the damages done to my car in a timely manner which resulted in 3-4 unnecessary supplements which as you know takes the insurance a few days to review and authorize before any work can be continued. As a consequence of the multiple delays, my 30 day car rental contract, that the insurance covers, was up and my car was still not completed. Ryan had admitted it was partially his fault in the delays and that he would cover the cost of the rental there on out. I returned the car the day my car was supposed to be completed but upon arrival, more damages were found that could have been found the very first time if the car was assessed properly and carefully. The headlight was cracked and needed yet another supplement and the back bumper needed "clips" to align it right with the rest of the body as per Ryan's words. In addition, the paint color was off. As a result I had to rent yet another vehicle from Enterprise via Ryan's authorization. I received my car a week later and got over the prolonged repair and was satisfied with the work. Now this morning, I check my credit card statement and see not one but two charges from the first rental and the second rental that the shop is responsible for. Ashley knows of the whole situation as well. I spoke to her this AM and she informed me that she had just taken care of one of the rentals and that she would call them to figure out why both were being charged or rather what was going on. I did not receive a call back all day so I stopped by the shop this evening and she told me she never got around to calling anyone or figuring anything out because she was figuring out her priorities and too busy doing other things while Ryan was called out all day to some dealership in the north. To hear that you are not a priority when the manager is well aware of the situation and knows how long it took for them to fix your car when things could've been done in a more timely fashion and when the manager knows the shop is responsible for the charges yet isn't proactive about it or isn't prioritizing fairly, that is what you call horrible costumer service. If a manager is overwhelmed with paperwork and directing other employees with other work, that is her/his problem and should be addressed with you as the owner, and not make excuses and make the customer feel like they are unimportant. It takes 2 min to call and figure out who was charged what and why. I've been dealing with this chaos for more than a month going back and forth from the insurance to your managers so you can imagine how frustrating this is. I too have a full time job and have to find time to communicate with the shop and insurance and make frequent stops yet I don't mention how busy I am taking care of other things. I should not be regretting the decision to bring business to your family-owned shop, but I really really do. I was all about helping the family-owned business and not the corporate sterling McCall business who were experts in my car model too but your poor service has really backfired on my decision. Ryan and Ashley are nice people but they really need assistance in getting the ball rolling with everything that's going on in the office. I wouldn't wish this experience upon anyone and hope you take initiative to make certain changes. I put my trust in your employees and I pray they come through with their promises.

This has been a great experience for me and my car. I was involved in a major collision and they brought my car back better than ever. Customer service was great. They notified me of progress almost every day that my car was there.
