I had an exceptional experience at this mechanic shop! The staff was knowledgeable, efficient, and provided top-notch service. They went above and beyond to address my car issues promptly. Fair pricing and friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend them for any automotive needs. Five stars without a doubt!

I ve been coming here for years, and I love their service. Mr. John is a very knowledgeable mechanic and his son is super helpful. They give great diagnostics, and doesn t seek to overcharge.During my last visit I got an oil change and an engine flush, along with some very helpful knowledge on how to better maintain my car. Shalom Auto and Body is a first class establishment. Each time that I have taken both of my cars here, I have walked away feeling satisfied that the diagnostic and repairs were justified and done correctly.In one instance, I took one of my cars to another Auto Shop and they told me that I needed (1) a brake job front/back (2) a new muffler and (3) a complete oil service. The estimate was about $2500. Since I had just bought the car, and it was certified by the dealership, I questioned that these repairs were actually needed, so I decided to take my car to Shalom and asked them to take a look at those 3 items. Well, after a few hours, John called me and said that he didn't find anything wrong with the brakes, the muffler and the oil looked clean. My trust in Shalom was heightened.Since then, I have continued to take both of my cars to Shalom and highly recommend them to my family and friends. You won't be disappointed with the service and friendliness of the staff. We are living in a time where everyone is looking to get over and they don't care about whether a Customer is pleased and will come back. The guys did a great job so my baby got very very sick (car) my engine light came on because my baby have gotten under the weather she had gotten a cold and it made her run a little fever (over heating) my oil and water was mixing, now any one else would ve told me oh that s your motor and charged me for a motor . But in their case they didn t they was honest and told me that my car needed to be flushed and boy did they have to do some flushing and on arrival of picking her up (car) I was told to drive it for a few days and to make sure everything was good and I did but she just had a little bit my cold in her (car) the engine light came on for the 2nd time but this time it was the thermostat I took it back they fixed it and did one more final flush now my baby back up and running like she suppose to :) Thanks again highly recommended

To say Shalom Auto & Body was amazing is an understatement. Hezekiah at the front desk has outstanding customer service and so have the technical team .We took our car that had been involved in an accident to the body shop at Shalom. They did their magic and it s now back on the road. I now call it Phoenix because of this. It drives so well. The body work is and paint quality is top notch.Thank you team Shalom . Will definitely be referring business your way.

honestly an amazing shop, great communication, things done in a timely manner. I went in for 1 problem and they diagnosed everything excellently which helped me save a couple bucks. for such a great shop I wish they did a little customization but overall it ll be my go to shop for any future issues

This is the only place to take your car if you want affordable fair pricing, quality dependable service, and family friendly atmosphere. I had my 2008 Nissan Altima give me trouble and SA&B not only took care of my car but was able to diagnose the issue. They worked with me on the price and even gave me sound advice on how to maintain the car so I wouldn t have further issues. 100% satisfied with these guys! The staff is amazing and the service is second to none. My truck was making a weird noise and in 20 minutes, they had it figured out and the part ordered. Quality work at an extremely fair price. Very trustworthy establishment. They will not steer you wrong nor try to take advantage of you. They did an extremely good job repairing two of our vehicles and in a timely matter I might add. Melissa's customer service is awesome! We will not hesitate to use them again if need be. Yes, definitely the on-the-level care car shop which places the customer's concerns and needs first; i.e recently: the dealer was going to charge $900 to fix the issue and you called john and he gave you advice to buy a $10 spray and use it and and it fixed the issue. John tries to help people with his experience to save money for customers first and foremost in Good Faith. Godspeed .

I waited a couple weeks to make sure I can leave a honest review. This is one of the best professional auto repair shops I ever been to in my life. They were very honest with the problem with my car. Charged a very reasonable price compared to other shops and most important they have respect and will fix your car quickly and also keep a good communication while they are working on it. Melissa is also a very sweet friendly person and great with kids so don't be afraid to bring them in also. The mechanic is very knowledgeable with cars also. I will definitely be back for future repairs if needed.

I got a flat tire near the auto shop. I called hoping to get some help Melissa took my call and even called me back to set up putting my spare on for me. This isn t a service they typically offer! Melissa came through with a favor and I really appreciate it! The guy that came to change my tire was also kind and super quick.

One of the friendliest shops I ve ever been too, they let me hangout until my car was done.Very reasonable prices and very quick They offered me food and water. I would definitely recommend coming to this auto shop. The reception was very interactive and the mechanics were very nice and let me know exactly what was wrong and they were very detailed.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I came here to get my fuel pressor sensor replaced. They did not plug it all the way in so otw home half of my gas tank leaked out of my car and it shut down in the middle of the road. I brought it back to them to fix. Once I left again the car was vibrating really hard so I had to bring it back once again! After they fixed that the check engine light was still on. After bringing the car back 2 more times they could not figure out how to turn it off. I tried to explain to them that it could possibly be because the wire harness was not properly rewired. This was a common issue I found out by googling it. No one there would listen to me and would just argue and talk over me saying it was installed correctly. They did not want to take fault for anything. I finally had to print out instructions from the dealership of how to wire it correctly and thankfully I found a employee there that would actually hear me out. He agreed it was not installed correctly and had them redo it and that fixed the problem! When I came back to pick up my car the lady at the front, Melissa who was arguing with me the whole time did not even apologize and said something to me as i was walking out the door that i thought was rude. I didnt even want to argue with them anymore and just left. 2 weeks of going back and forth to this shop and arguing with them. What a headache. Its ridiculous how a customer had to tell them what the issue was but they eventually listened and fixed it so I will give them that.Service: Electrical repair

The staff went above and beyond in getting my battery replaced. Constant communication, was the key and the staff was all super-friendly. They even had some breakfast tacos which I mowed down while waiting on the report. Could not have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend them to anyone. That Melissa runs a hell of a shop and is one hell of a spark plug who gets things done!!

Called front office and talked with Melissa for an estimate on brake job services. Prices are much more reasonable and affordable.
