I love this place! I was having a hard time finding the connection for my positive battery cable. Austin not only helped me find it but installed it for me! It's service like that that will keep me coming back to O'Reilly!

Talked to Eddie, called the store and was friendly. He found my part called him told him I was on my way, I asked him don't let me forget brake fluid. I had part and brake fluid waiting on me. Now that's great service.Thank youScott H.

O Reilly Auto Part is a great auto mall. But unfortunately, this outlet has a slow service, they need someone else to attend to phone calls. They wasted my time just to get ordinary battery. I ll not recommend this outlet to anyone except you don t mind wasting your time. They just need to work as a team and their services will be greatly improved

My battery died so I needed a replacement. The counterman was extremely helpful. He replaced my battery and made sure that it was working properly before I left. He was courteous and thorough.

This O'Reilly's has an amazing staff. I came in for some help installing a headlight and after stopping at 3 other locations with no luck; finally a handsome young man ( I did not get his name but he knows who he is ) stepped up and fixed my light. You guys don't even know how much this meant to me. He was seriously my last hope to being able to drive my car stress free after getting pulled over several times to see my bf. Thank you too my hero and O'Reilly's for making this happen.

I've purchased nearly all my auto parts from O'REILLY'S. This time, an associate checked a check engine light and cleared the codes. This same an expensive trip to the mechanic. Thanks for the help.

I ordered a part for my car with Luis and even though it did not arrive on time (COVID warehouse/shipping delays), I appreciate all the work Luis did to communicate with me on the status of the item. He went out of his way to provide exemplary customer service and I appreciated every minute of it. Again, cannot stress enough how great his communication was! Give the guy a raise!

It was fine. The staff is great. There was about 6 people in front of me when i arrived, and we'll in about 15 mins it was my turn. The store should be a bit more organized with its products though. Other than that its a nice place.

DONT SHOP HERE! Very poor service. Today 6/14/2020 we came to buy windshield wipers, they made me wait over an hour only to tell me they could only help me install one and the other I had to do it myself when I was told they will do it for me if I wait patiently since they were busy with other customers and the wait was super long. Justin, said he couldn t help me install them because his manager said not to help me and if he did he should only help install one. So I left the items and went to AUTO ZONE to buy.First they promise you they ll help and then they turn their back on you and don t help. Yuck customer service... no wonder is almost always empty here when I drive by

Needed a speed sensor for a Nissan by morning and everywhere else was closed... I looked on their website and the part showed it was in stock but it was 930pm and I didn't want to drive and find out it wasn't... So I called on my way and spoke to Moises, he looked the part up, verified it was actually in stock and pulled it for me.. I got there with 10 minutes till closing... as he was ringing it up I realized I forgot my wallet at home in the rush to get there... But Moises was calm and gave me a great idea.. He said I can manually enter my card number if I knew it (which I didn't) or maybe call a friend and pay over the phone ... That's what I ended up doing... He was a great help and saved me from having to drive back there in the morning.. other places would have been focused on closing time and not concerned with me having to drive back again.. I really appreciate the help he gave me!! Saved me from losing a day at work.

Absolute worst experience here. My husband called in a part around 11am. They said it needed to be ordered and it would be there at 3:45. He called at 5:16pm. They said the part was there. I drove 45 minutes to get to this store! Just for them to tell me they can t find the part. No one knew anything. The guy that helped me was names Jason, he didn t seem to have much knowledge of anything. Eron is the one who placed the order, but he said he was at lunch so he wasn t aware if the order arrived or not. Jason said the computer says it s there, but he can t find it. I told him so what do I do now? He said I don t know and just stared at me. Oreilys needs to do a better job in training their employees! I ve never had this issue at my home store.

The manager was extremely patient and he went out of his way to make sure that the parts I needed were the correct year/make/model before I made the final purchase which helped me avoid having to go back to exchange them, and I really appreciated his help!

Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE AT THIS STORE! I guess it's just social time with one customer while the line extends 10 ppl deep. Disgusting!!!

I gave this place 3 stars only because there were some team members who were going out of their way for their customers. This is a rather busy store. The person that helped me was unenthusiastic. That being said they did their job but nothing more. A few team members would walk by busy with other things or not necessarily counter sales people but did not bother to acknowledge or assure that someone would be with you. I got what I went there for.

They doubled checked everything and made sure that I had everything needed to do my tune up. Even recommended what would work better and make it easier for me. The staff is great and very courteous. My new favorite parts store.

Most unfriendly store ever been to. Shame. Used to be good store very helpful and friendly. Now it s sad. Not friendly or helpful. Couldn t even get a hello. Just a you want a receipt? There s lots other parts stores that now have my biz.

Helen Cook (Billy is the name on her O'Reilly shirt) is a worthless representative at the Stafford location who is extremely rude and disrespectful towards customers. When a coworker asked her to assist with locating a warranty for my rotators and brake she stated I "PLAYED" with getting refunds therefore she couldn't determine what I purchase. Before she allowed me to explain that I was given the wrong rotators three times she stated, "Well, you played with the system for refunds." I have never been treated or felt under value as a customer as I did today. I came in with the intention to purchase rotators and brakes for my vehicle because the previous purchase was of good quality. She should not be working with customers at all.

The young man named Pablo will be the reason I m returning to this location in the future. Very helpful and polite. Went above and beyond to make sure my experience was fast and easy with my battery warranty replacement.

Do NOT trust this store to replace anything under warranty! Terrible service and very unprofessional attitude here. My friend went here to replace his bad battery and they kept trying to come up with excuses not to do it. At one point the manager said he would replace it if my friend took his car battery out himself with no tools, which he did, and he went back on his word. Save your money for a business you can trust and don t go here!!

I was there to get car supplies..They didn't have the (fish) emblem. But ,I got a good price on car supplies. They also, recommended and another Auto supply store close by..who had my emblem. They was right.

Service has been good, they offered to change out the bulb for me. Friendly and helpful, a few of the guys have been moved around to other stores but this location is the hub so they tend to have more help here.
