The manager, Mr Warren so I m told by his driver at the Stanford location made an EXECUTIVE DECISION to turn down a $759.10 sale on tires for the completion of my vehicle repair bc there was a $34 balance owed. My auto service center purchases tires on a daily basis. The driver called Ms Warren on his cell phone while I stood there listening to the conversation between my service advisor and the manager. I was taken aback by this manager to have the driver reload the tires even after my service advisor told him he needed the tires. The driver left with the tires. As a consumer of quality customer service ..in this instance NTW FAILED miserably!

My company orders tires from here and I've never had any problems. We enjoy doing business with them

Horrible customer service, at will call waiting for tires ..no one will acknowledge me standing here 10 people have made eye contact..place is a joke
