While visiting my love, I drove her car and her brake pedal was literally touching the floor. I feared for our lives, laughing but serious! We googled shops in the area and came across Meineke! The manager was very professional and accommodating! My lady dropped her car off, but because of her schedule was not able to pick the car back up until after hours! The manager agreed to meet her at the shop to pick up her car after hours! Talk about customer service! Would definitely recommend!!!

Paid $1,149.90 for 4 new tires and alignment. The valve steams were not replaced they used the same weights or didn't balance the tires. Left the wheels dirty. Aired up tires at 50 psi when it tells you on the door the correct pressure is 35 psi. Disappointed the job was not done correctly. The staff at Meineke are amazing. They are quick, thorough, and absolutely will not try to upscale anything you don't absolutely need.During the final oil change at the dealership for our van, the tech told us the brakes needed to be replaced. I was at Meineke with another vehicle, and asked them to take a look. They said absolutely not, they had at least 20,000 miles left on them.For after-warranty care, I only trust the Meineke at W Bellfort and S Kirkwood.

I m currently selling my vehicle so I brought It in for a pre purchase inspection. They were clearly all friends and already knew eachother. They said I d have to pay around $1500 in repairs because my axel was messed up (it is around $300 at a mechanic) As I refused the offer and got back in my car, my check engine light was on (which has never been on, ever) because they kept trying to get a read at my system. I almost went back inside but they completely closed shop after I got in my car. The guy didn t even wanna give me my key back until they closed because I m guessing they realized what had happened and wanted to close before I could complain. Embarrassing, dishonest scam artists. Leaving zero stars should be an option.

Thanks to the World's most excellent ASE certified mechanic Javier. Javier has been taking care of my vehicles since I've becoming over the last 10+ years. Javier has gone through different ownership but remained head mechanic. I trust his opinion on major when he recommends it. I took my car there for brakes. My car has never had any repairs done to it. It was purchased brand new. The car is five years old and finally needed some work. Meineke has been a trusted name for years and the location was in my neighborhood. I'm not sure I would recommend this location. I felt I was way overcharged. I am very upset that my car is making noises. No one seem to explain anything. After paying close to $600 I expected more. The man initially seemed nice and welcoming at the desk but at the same time seemed confused as to what I wanted. That didn't concern me enough to leave because he was not the actual mechanic. He did call in the mechanic to get an estimate and explain what I needed. The estimate was not what I actually paid but much higher. Brakes and rotator was slightly bent but could be fine for a few months. I was expecting something like $300 or $400 but not $600. The invoice gave no breakdown of the actual charges. The sounds my car is making now is not right. I will contact the main office and see what can be done. I'm disappointed very disappointed. Maybe for an oil change you can consider this place but for serious repairs just don't. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THEY WILL OVERCHARGE AND NOT EVEN FOLLOW UP.

These guys are outstanding! Someone attempted to steal our catalytic converter at a convenience store and damaged it before giving up. We took our car late in the day to Meineke and they gave us an affordable solution and a pick up time mid-morning, the next day. When we arrived two hours early, they had my car ready and waiting. The owner said that they worked on it after hours because they realized it was our family car and felt badly about the attempted theft. We were so grateful for their care and expertise! This Meineke is our go to spot for any and all future repairs. I can't say enough wonderful things about these guys. I know we are in good hands with them!

I booked a appointment with this company for AC check, and it says free AC check. These guys tried real quick to charge me a fee gas that I didn't use. They said if nothing is wrong then we would charge for gas replenish. Then he over and told me I need a knew compressor and condenser with is not on the paper of services. 8/4/2023

I really enjoyed my visit, and I plan to come back. The service was done in less than 30 minutes. They have a large sitting area where I was able to work while waiting. The personnel was nice and respectful.

oil change and break pad replacement. cost about $500. seems reasonable. but need to wipe off oily fingers prints before deliver the car.

Quoted me 150 on the phone to fix my ac. Charged 350, made it worse and when I went back to let them know they didn't fix anything. Wanted to charge me 1500. They broke my ac hose and didn't want to refund me my money.NOT RECOMMEND

Checked if I needed front brakes replacement. Stated I didn t. (Grateful for the honesty-no up charging, unnecessarily). Price value for an oil change. I have paid $75.00 for an oil change before by a big chain company. I was greeted upon arrival, explained the service that would be provided, offered water or coffee. Thanked for using them. Very professional and courteous. Would recommend this location anytime.Service: Oil change

My car was so noisy before I got it fixed now its very nice and quiet. Part of my exhaust was broken and Chris was able to fix it. I also didn't realize how bad I needed an alignment so that was nicely done. Thanks again to Chris and all around great service!

I am typically anxious when dealing with mechanics, but I was soon put at ease after engaging with the owner. Baligh was helpful and honest about what my car needed and patient and knowledgeable with my questions. I like them their just way to over priced. I just got my radiator fixed for $900. I was quoted by 4 other repair places for 300 - 400 less than what I was charged at Mieneke. It's the convenience of them being right across the street from my house and me needing my car fixed ASAP which is why I got price gouged. I had a great experience getting my brakes fixed at this location. I walked in with no appointment and was taken care of in a timely manner during the weekend. Customer service was amazing by both Zeke and the manager. Definitely recommend this location. Will be back.

Great place! Appointment at 8 and they were ready to go as soon as I walked in. Great customer service. Very clear on pricing and getting you an estimate on possible charges. Definitely will come back

So I decided to give Meineke Car Center a second chance I am glad I did. The new Ops Manager is great!! I came in right at closing and he was very kind and went ahead and serviced my car. They were great and gave me tips on servicing my vehicle. They have changed the place and seem to be improving a whole lot!!I must say I have never had any problems with any of the employees until Saturday!! The manager Thomas is a BIG JERK! He has no customer service skills, treats the customers with no respect and his employees with no respect! Both of the owners are great guys I have no issues with them and they have always serviced my vehicle. But if they do not get rid of that manager they are going to loose customers!! Thomas the manager was so disgustingly rude!
