I love this place. Always fast service and kind company. I get my oil changed and car inspected here. I was in this morning at 8:30 and out by 845! Plus you get the best and cutest front desk greeter who checks on the progress!

Staff did an amazing job servicing my vehicle. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, but even vacuumed my car. Hi Lauren, recommend coming around lunchtime if you re able. $90+/- for full synthetic.

Came in for my motorcycle inspection and it was no doubt the fastest I ve ever had (Albeit it was in the morning). Not to mention the nicest and most respectful. Definitely coming back.

Buyer beware of Kwik Kar Lube/Tune at 12379 S Kirkwood Rd in Stafford Texas. I was charged $94 for an oil change and and they added a full service charge on the bill and stated they vacuumed my car and checked the tires and fluids. I know my car was not vacuumed because I have factory purchased floor mats and when I looked under them the floor boards had trash under them. I had stopped to buy gas and accidentally left my wallet with all of my credit cards and personal ID and SSN cards in it and now it is missing and the only other place I have been was to this facility for the oil change. I called the facility asking for a reimbursement on the full service and I also mentioned my wallet being taken. I was told I couldn't prove anyone there took my wallet because I would need a camera and of course I was told they don't have cameras for their personal protection. Buyer beware.

DO NOT come here! Especially if you re underdressed and look like you don t have money. I came here on the 6th of October and was treated with very poor service. The older lady that attended us was very cold, unwelcoming, and rude. She asked What service are you getting? No welcome greeting, nothing. Just cold and uninterested in wanting to be at work. She rudely asked my husband to Get out, leave your keys there, I ll move it in those exact words. I understand that time is money, but this kind of treatment was unnecessary. She didn t allow questions to be asked. She saw we had a baby that was asleep and was kind enough to let us stay in our vehicle after she parked it, but she didn t allow me the time to put my window down at least and left us without the keys. Fine, ok let that go. Then when it came time to pay all she did was stick her hand out and said card . She gave us no total, nothing. Didn t even ask for the form of payment nicely, nothing. MIND you we got here before this other lady who happens to be white and looks like she has money. They attended her w great customer service, cleaned her windows, vacuumed her car, checked her tires. The whole nine yards. They even attended her before us. They didn t do any of that for us, even though on the receipt it says they did. We knew one of our tires needed air, but we figured since it s part of the service we ll get the oil change and they ll add air. WRONG! Well days later, well yesterday to be exact, we started having trouble with our vehicle. Unfortunately it was already evening, so we couldn t go to our mechanic. Today, we go and come to find out we were correct about them not doing anything for our vehicle as they did the other lady. Trusting that this facility did as they were supposed to, put us at risk due to their negligence. The power steering fluid was COMPLETELY DRY! As for the coolant, the SAME! I called and asked them about their services and advised the man about their negligence. He was very rude, no apology, no nothing. He said you might just have a leak. I had to remind the gentleman that we just came from our mechanic and there was nothing else wrong, no leak no nothing , just needed to add certain fluids. He then continued to say, just bring the car in and we ll check it. Anyways, I will not be coming to this establishment anymore, why would I go back and trust these people again with my vehicle if they didn t show they were reliable the first time. So if you do choose to come here, make sure you don t go underdressed. Saturdays is my only day off and also laundry day so I wasn t wearing the best attire. I know I looked like I didn t have money, but as for this establishment, word of advice, don t judge a book by it s cover. I was going to tip y all,do better!

I referred a friend to get an oil change here . After he got it he noticed that his wallet was missing when he got home. He called and they told him that he didn t have any evidence that it was stolen. Very unacceptable.

Dropped in here for an oil change, fluid check and look over before a couple of longer drives my older Kia. They took good care of me and pointed out things I needed for safety. The car ran better when I left and I felt safer driving it. Excellent service all around. This place is a no go. The old lady is rude and that guy Jerry too. I guess cuz my car is an older model they thought I didn t have money so they were putting me last. Like if they were debating if they should work on my car or not. Very bad customer service never again

Drove by today and forgot I didn t leave a review months ago when I got my oil change so here we go! First and most foremost great customer service, they were nice and courteous and checked up on me while I waited. My first time here an a great experience!i was in an out in like 8 minutes not even kidding and very nice an clean an more professional experience then a lot of these oil places!will def be making this my reg oil change place.

Was looking for a place near work to get my car inspected. Saw the great reviews here and drove on over. Waited about 10 minutes in a super clean, cool waiting area that had great couches and a nice TV. Handed over my insurance card and keys, waited about 15 more minutes (if that) and was DONE. Nice, super clean, super polite atmosphere. Definitely going to be a repeat customer from now on!

I had an appointment in the area that was pushed back and thought it would be a great time to get my car inspected. They had great reviews, so I thought it would be perfect and easy. I arrive around 3:10 and am rudely greeted and then informed they would not inspect my car and that he was, done for the day . To my dismay, as I walk back to my car I see this sign posted Insp Hrs M-Fr. 8am-3:30pm . I wonder if I was turned away for other reasons outside of MY control extremely disappointed and annoyed.

On my way to school my oil light came on. I was not aware I needed to get an oil change as I had just bought the car in October. They were very helpful and kind. I was nervous and they let me know my car is fine and they took care of the service quickly and checked my car to insure everything else was running well.

Took my car there to get an oil change. Only changed the oil about 30% of the gauge. When they let me know my car was done, my car wouldn't start. Had to reset my car battery and it worked. They told me my battery was low at the time. 8 months later my car battery is still working and no issues. Not taking it back here.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Great place! Just a few blocks from the Southwest Freeway in Stafford. Family owned and operated. They will be celebrating 20 years in business in April 2020. They do Pennzoil oil changes and inspection stickers. They can take care of all your basic car maintenance needs and requirements.

I arrived at the location . There was a gentleman who walked up to the car. He asked me what did I need. I told him oil change. He told me the price it was. Just the right price that I can affordThey pulled the car in it did not take that long. I needed an oil change. Great service , Great location, Great people.

I have used this place for the last year and have left a 5 star review in the past. However, recently I went and their card reader did not work for my card and I had to call my wife to use hers, but my card worked over at TruIndia minutes later. It was very inconvenient. The service here is good and I will use them again in the future, but please update your card reader.Service: Oil change

I have been going to this location since they first opened about18 years ago. The owners are a family, are very nice and knowledgeable and never try to sell you something you don't need. I moved to Cypress Tx five years ago, but I still travel the hour (each way) it takes to continue dealing with these owners and staff. You can trust them!

Very nice people. Husband and wife team will treat you right. Fast oil change and they even check all fluids, vacuum your car and clean your windows. Support small family business.

The guys were super nice. But the lady at the first desk NOT so nice. So the guy that took the car initially approached the vehicle to ask what services needed to be done. So my significant other told him a oil change and a break light change. Cool we waiting 15-20 mins was a little busy but wasn t bad, was actually expected. The keys were handed to the lady in the front she RUDELY asked me what was the year of the car. So I just let really ignored it until she said PEOPLE and stormed out. I was super surprised like wowwwwwww did she really just say that. Needless to say they need to hire a new employee IMMEDIATELY that was super unprofessional as hell. Making those guys look terrible.

I have been here several times, the owners have always been professional and courteous. I brought my vehicle in near closing time for an oil change. Even though it was closing time, they took the time to vacuum my truck. Highly recommended.

I came here for break service as a option and so glad I did. Being female, alot of shops tend to use that to their advantage. They were honest with me about what I needed (brakes) and didnt try to rob my wallet. I save $300 VS going to good year. Great customer service as well! I will for sure be back!

Good service and young man that initially helped me was professional, but lady (may have been owner or manager) was rude when I tried to use a $5 off oil change kwik kar coupon that was Emailed to me. All she said was "It says participating locations". I won't be participating taking my Tahoe here anymore. $5 lousy dollars off a $80 oil change? Just the principal!!
