In life, I have come to the conclusion that it is very hard to find a honest lawyer or mechanic. Well, I might be wrong on the mechanic front as Falsone's seems to be the real deal here folks! Mike is a super nice and honest guy, truly a rare asset/find within the auto mechanic world. Mike puts relationships above greed and is not looking to get over on folks. I would recommend Falsone's a million times over! If you are looking for professional, honest, reasonably priced auto mechanic shop, Falsone's is definitely the place you should be taking your automobile to for service.

I took my vehicle in because the engine light was on. Michael Falsone called and told me he would not touch my vehicle after running a diagnostic test.He told me to take my vehicle back to the dealer and demand a new engine. He said he had seen issues with the Theta engines in Hyundai vehicles and it was due to a design flaw. He said there should be a recall with so many vehicles with that type of engine having issues. He didn't even charge me for the diagnosis.Happy to say that after 5 weeks of back and forth with Steele Hyundai (bought it from Sterling McCall Hyundai but they said it would be 2 months before they could even look at it), I was approved for a new engine!How many shops would have been honest with me and not taken me for a $4000 ride? The Falsones run an honest shop. They also do excellent work. I have never felt taken advantage of and have never had to take my vehicles back to them for the same issue.

BUYER BEWARE! I was charged $70 for an AC analysis and given a written estimate of $2,100.00 @ Auto Check in Pecan Grove, off HWY 90. I was told that the exact cause of my AC issues hadn't been determined, so they recommended replacing the compressor and other components.I had the work completed at Falsone Auto in Stafford for $865.00, which included a complete diagnostic that determined the actual problem prior to the work being performed. Mike Senior and his crew are always on point and fair with me for all my repairs!

Michael Falsone and his team have worked on my car for AC trouble and spark plug replacement. Their prices are competitive, and I ve found they are trustworthy, accommodating, and nice. I recommend considering Falsone s Automotive as your auto technician! This is a great family-owned, local business.

Honest Mechanic!It s tough finding a mechanic with integrity but Mike and Mike Jr. have it in spades! Thank you to the Falsones for a swift repair that fixed a long standing problem with my trucks rear brakes. It s a great feeling driving my truck again with confidence. The pricing is incredibly fair and it actually cost me less to have them do the work (with labor and warranty included) bc they only replaced the parts that needed replacing. I m a novice mechanic and would have replaced everything just to be on the safe side. My trucks stopping smooth again and my gas mileage is improving. 5 Stars all the way!!

I have been to quite a few different mechanics and I m not sure if it was just a stroke of luck but Mike & his son are on top of things! Like any mechanic of course they re busy and it s slightly hard to get a spot in, but when you do they are very good with communication and easy to talk to. In my experience they were quick, honest, & weren t just trying to empty my wallet by parts changing. I live about an hour away now but they re still my mechanic just because I like their business ethic!

I travel from the 3rd area of Houston to Sugarland, just for this team to work on my Chevy which has almost reached 100,000 miles. They do superb work. Just be clear and direct about your car troubles, so they know what's what ahead of time.

I am a single mom not having a man able to take care of bringing in my truck so I am alway paranoid about mechanics taking advantage of women. To my surprise when I took my truck there they looked out for me. They advised me not to do certain things that I wanted to do because it s not advised but when I got my oil change at Valvoline they told me I needed it. They could have easily done what I told them to do and not say anything. There are some mechanics that have to get every penny from u because they know when the work is done they won t see you again because it was so expensive or because they say they fixed things but it wasn t really broken so those type of shops thrive on dishonesty because they know you won t come back. At Falcones they fix only what is needed and don t over charge and lie about what the problem is. I can tell who is good people after talking to them for a few minutes, and these are good, honest, respectful and trustworthy people. They don t have to squeeze every penny out of you like others do because they don t get referrals or enough business because at Falcones I m sure they get referrals even the Chevy dealerships sends their older vehicles there. The dealership referred me to them because at the dealership they don t work on their own vehicles that are 2010 or older and I have a 2005 suburban. I advise you to use this shop we need to support honest places likes this one. They deserve our business and we deserve to have honest people to tell us what s wrong with our vehicles. All of that is to say, bring your vehicle there you won t regret it.

From my front differential to my a.c compressor, Mike and his sons are thorough and explain the possible issues and options to repair your vehicle. Took my car because the a.c compressor went out ( manufacturing error) and replaced it no questions asked and within the day!! Will continue to use him as needed for future work

Highly Recommend! Top Quality and Honest family owned mechanic shop., they tell you what is wrong, what needs to be fixed and only repair what is necessary. I have used them for several years on several different car models and they have always done an excellent job and their prices are great. You will be happy you chose Falsone's Automotive

They're the best. Michael is smart, funny and his caring for his customers is unmatched. They get cars fixed right without gouging you for stuff you don't need. Excellent mechanics working for him. Best shop I've ever been to.

Was looking for a local family owned auto mechanic shop like I grew up using. I received a big recommendation for Mike Falsone's in Stafford and thankful I got it. Engine light came on right before state inspection time and found and repaired two issues and had it cleared and ready. Big thanks to Mike and his crew!Allen Coleman

Honest guy who will chat directly with you about what actually needs to be done, and won t overcharge you to do it. Very knowledgeable. Always great service and fast turnarounds. Will bring all my cars here as long as I m living near enough to do so. Can t recommend highly enough!

I've been a customer of Falsone's since it opened back in the mid-'80's. Mike is an ASE certified mechanic in all areas. He spent 35 years as an auto technology teacher in HISD, and received national and state awards for the shop program he opened at Westbury High School. Last week, I took in my 2012 F-150 Lariat (103,000 miles). I couldn't remove the ignition key. Mike quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken plastic part in the console shifter. He replaced the shifter and my truck is working just fine. I've always said if Mike can't fix it or at least diagnose the problem, it can't be done. He and his son, Michael, Jr., are very honest and maintain a tradition of mechanical excellence. I highly recommend this business.

If you want to be treated genuinely and like an old friend, this is where you need to go! Mike and Mike Jr. have been very helpful and went above and beyond what I even expected! They did not try to BS me into unnecessary repairs and were very knowledgeable in their craft! I will definitely be coming back to them for all my future car needs and questions!!!

Fair and honest place to get repairs done. Falsone is a dying breed of mechanics who isn t out to get anyone just to make a dollar. I wish there were more places like this. I usually do my own repairs, but this is the guy to go to if you are unable to do the job yourself, or receive help from others. All in all, great place, great employees, and a fantastic family who runs it. Mike Falsone, owner of Falsones Automotive is just about the most honest and trustworthy person we have ever met or done business with, as is his staff, especially when it comes to automotive repair people.In over 30 years of having Mike repair our vehicles we have never once had to take one back because the original problem had not been corrected.Mike will tell you what is wrong and what it will take to repair it. He will add no extras, that is unless he sees something that is not right. If such a condition exists he will call you first and give you a full explanation of the problem and what is needed to fix it. He never overcharges, is most professional and pleasant to deal with and will not let you leave if you are unhappy or unsatisfied. John and Catherine Tagen.

I had a great experience here. I called the day before to ask if they could fit me in to get my breaks done. They said I could stop in the following morning. The last place I went to said I d be needing my breaks done and possibly the calipers replaced.When I got to Falsone s, I worked with the owner & they got me in right away. Once they took a look, he came back and asked me to come take a look at my breaks with him. He took the time to show me how to check my breaks to determine how worn they are and told me that I honestly had some more time on them. He then showed me what calipers were and confirmed that I didn t not need new calipers. I came here because they had good reviews and while I didn t have work done on my car yet, the integrity and overall genuine service spoke volumes. I will be coming to them for my future repairs, oil changes etc.Service: Brakes

I had to take the time to write this positive review. If you want honest work from honest people. This is the shop you need to take your vehicle to. Mr. Falsone and his crew are awesome! They are very thorough and will not stop until the problem is solved. In addition they re very trustworthy and will not sell you unnecessary items that you don t need. I would recommend Falsone Automotive for all of your automotive needs!

I m leaving a review for this amazing automotive repair shop because Mr.Michael went over and beyond to find out what was going on with my son s car, we thought it was the alternator due to what it was doing, Mr. Michael ran all of the diagnostics to find out it was the key we had got made months ago that was faulty. Great Service! The radiator and starter on my truck were broken. Mr. Falsone was very helpful and kept me up to date on all the fixes and work that was being done. I will definitely be returning.
