I am a 72 year old disabled vet and this has got the be the most dishonest, deceptive, crooked dealer I have ever dealt with. I traveled 180 miles to buy a car from them. Paid cash. Dealt with Steve. . Seemed nice enough. Got the car and he supposedly filed all the paperwork. Still haven't received the title and license that I was charged for. Had a couple of small problems and tried to contact him and couldn't get a return call or text. This has been going on got 4 weeks. Looks like I am going to file a deceptive trade practices complaint with the State and intentional fraud charges. They had great reviews, but I really suspect these were friends helping them out . Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this dealer. There are other cars out there and now wish I had gone to one. Working out of 1234 Packer Lane Stafford, TX. Beware of this guy. I needed my 2021 Shelby Gt500 shipped by enclosed trailer from North Carolina to Houston Texas. Steven came through providing an insured shipment with updates and pictures of the car before and during the trip. The price was reasonable and he gave updates along the way. I would use his shipping service again if I ever need it.

Negotiated via text/email. They sent buyers order to my bank via email. Worked directly with my bank loan officer in the background while I traveled to recieve the car. After arrival 15min. tops Test Drive > Paperwork > Done! Professional, Honest, Personal, BEST prices, High Standard for Vehicle Model Selection, Like buying a car from your Trust Friend.

Steven is hands-down the easiest guy to deal with he flew all the way out to California just to show me a car and it ended up working out perfectly I recommend him hands-down over any other dealership is on time response and communication were the biggest things for me even personally reached out to me to let me know that he had a car near me and don t ever hesitate to buy from Steven and direct auto Connects

Steven provided top notch customer service. He guided me through the financial process and gave me advice that saved me a good bit of money. It s easy to tell they take the quality of their vehicles very seriously and that they take pride in their sales. It s the only dealership I trust when it comes to purchasing modified cars. If I ever have the chance, I will be doing more business with them in the future.

I had an amazing experience dealing with Steven when purchasing my 2013 V. Amazing dealership that cares about their customer, Steven even opened up on Sunday for me to take delivery of the vehicle, the vehicle made a 10 hour trip back to Memphis, TN without any issues.Edit: Got the vehicle checked out found rear shocks leaking, parts that I paid for did not get installed, wiring harness burnt, etc. will not do business with direct auto connect and 100% regret buying the vehicle.

Steven and James were awesome to deal with in my recent CTSV purchase. I ended up having some unforeseen last minute issues with my credit union and they were very patient and understanding. Would definitely buy from these guys again!

I ve bought many cars over the years but hands down this was the easiest and smoothest transaction I ve ever had. Steven kept me super well informed and still answered questions after my purchase. Customer service is the best around! Hit them up for your performance car needs.

I had a great car buying experience with these guys, they called me after i submitted my application to finance a car. Told me over the phone everything I needed to bring and was very helpful. When I arrived I was very well informed and they walked me through the whole process. I was out in less then an hour! This was the most helpful dealership out of the ones I visited. Shipping a vehicle that you have not seen in person is in itself nerve racking, now add to the fact that I was/am overseas during this and that made it one heck of a stressful process. Luckily, I got things right in choosing "Direct Auto Connect" to transport my vehicle, as they made the entire process extremely easy and stress free thereafter. It was as simple as giving them a pickup location, drop off location, then confirmation on price and then payment was made, no extra charges or funny business. From there, they handled everything, and my vehicle made it to its final destination in a very timely manner and if I had to do it all over again I absolutely would. I want to directly thank Steven Caceres as he was extremely prompt and responsive given my circumstances overseas, and without a doubt his efforts were paramount in the positive experienceI had with this company. Thank you again to Steve and to Direct Auto Connect.

My car was totalled in an accident and I started looking for another car. I saw a car I was interested in at Direct Auto Connect so I contacted them. After talking to Steven on the phone I went to go look at the 2007 Lexus RX350 and immediately fell in love with it. My husband and went back two days later after he got off work work and he immediately was impressed with it as well. I was truly amazed at the look of the the engine.It was immaculate which also impressed me. The staff were very nice to work with and I drove home that day with my new car. I LOVE IT! I bought a 2008 Chev Suburban from Stephen at Direct Auto Connect at I am so pleased with every step of the process. The only surprise was it was in better shape than I expected. Great deal. My sister and I had to ship our deceased dad s vehicle from Reno to Houston, TX, and Richard was absolutely amazing. We are not residents of Reno, so the process was a little nerve racking, but Richard and ZaZa (the driver) were amazing. The car was picked up on the 22nd and dropped off the 26th. We are truly grateful!! The communication and customer service was amazing!!

I had a great experience with them, I didn t buy but the guys took care of me. They let me know everything about the car good or bad, which is rare from dealers. If you need a car I wouldn t look anywhere else. Steven and James are very prompt and kept me updated on my car interest. Honost guys!

Great shop! Even if they don't have what you need, they are happily able to assist in finding whatever suits you and your family. Was looking for a very particular model car, and they were able to find exactly what I needed down to the interior color. The best part about it is that I could tell they knew exactly what to look for in a used car. Car looked new, and when i took it to the shop to get it checked out before purchasing, they were in awe at how clean the car/motor was. Definitely recommend checking them out.

Stumbled across direct auto connect through Facebook. Saw a g8 that I loved, but I was skeptical of a small used car dealership since I was burned pretty bad by one in the past *cough cough, Goodyear motors*but I decided to give it a chance. I got the G8 and waited a little bit to write this review to see how things went.let me tell you, I don't regret it one bit. Steven made sure the car was reliable and running like a top before i picked it up. Had some issues pop up after I bought the car. But they took care of it quickly and professionally. Great guys who care about quality, their customers, and what their customers leave out in. Ill be highly recommending this place to anybody that needs a car.

Purchased my z06 from them, Steve was more than helpful with any questions I had and never missed a call. There were some minor issues with the vehicle but that's expected with a higher mileage car, overall I had a great experience and can't wait to let her stretch her legs on the highway!

Very happy with our purchase, Steven allowed us to test the car for as long as we wanted. He delivered on every promise during the purchase. Very straightforward guys with no hidden agenda, definitely not your typical salesmen.
