I found a jewel. I love this place! I came to this shop only because it was near where I lived and I just knew I would regret it. I will only come here to get my car fixed from now on. For once I have great honest people working on my car. They are caring, hardworking and they complete the service in a timely manor. I highly recommend getting work on your car done there.

My mom and I came here to get her car checked because some lights would not turn off and the dealership did not know what was wrong with it, so as we passed by we decided to give this place a try. Best decision Ever!! They were able to tell us what was wrong and were able to find the part quickly and efficiently. We are extremely grateful to them and would definitely be coming back when needed. The staff are really nice and explain everything in detail to better understand the issues of the car. Thank you so much!

I went to pick up my car today and was shocked with the price. $150 per hour, was told $100. 4.5 hours to change an electric window motor, was told 3.5. 2 hours to change a headlight motor. 2 hours welding. Total $1,400. When I asked about the price, a lady stood up and said if you don't like it, go somewhere else, then stormed out. That I will do.

I have two aging vehicles that my wife and I drive. We haven't done a good job with keeping up with regular maintenance, apart from oil changes and fixing obviously broken things. We took both of our cars in to CooperMaiks and they were forthcoming with what work was needed, what it would cost, how I can do better with my vehicles in the future if I want to stay on top of it, and offered solutions that were in my favor, rather than what will make them the most money. They also demonstrated that if something comes up that is their fault, they will eat the cost rather than pass it on to me.If you are looking for a mechanic shop that will be honest, have integrity and also do good, accurate work, this is a great option!CooperMaiks has earned my business and I will always go to them first.

Great work on a 61 CJ-5 Jeep! Fixed a number of issues that a previous shop had suspiciously over looked. CooperMaiks spent the time to understand what needed to be done and communicated throughout the process on cost and expectations. Wish I had taken it there first as I know they had the correct attention to detail and wanted to do the work the correct way. Work included a full engine rebuild as we as a number of miscellaneous items... many of which they took care of proactively.Very pleased with the service and glad I ve found a shop I can trust!

I asked a parts supply store for a local mechanic to replace both axels for my older Subaru. After they recommended CooperMaik, I went immediately there and glad I did. Doc and Rocky were very helpful and friendly and took care of the repair expeditiously...and at a very fair price. We have been here several times to have our car repaired and every time we come, not only is the quality and friendliness consistent, but they are very timely. There are several auto repair shops in the area, but Cooper Maiks is the auto repair shop for us! The white guy that owns this place was rude to me for no good reason. Maybe he was having a bad day.. but you shouldn t treat your customers like that.. it s bad for business so I won t be coming back here for any sort of maintenance, nor will I recommend anybody to come here

Don t go here unless you want to get scammed by both the owners and the mechanics, owner will make you pay the credit card machine fee they re supposed to be responsible for, orders aftermarket parts without telling you, part breaks and he will charge you again for their shotty work. When owners not around mechanic will bulls*** you that he will do a portion of the repair on the side for cheaper but not to tell their boss, so for people who don t know about cars he will easily take 100-200 cash from you and the repair will still break. Just overall horrible place.

I just moved here from another state. I happened to drive by this place one night and it looked decent. So I figured I would give them a shot to do my vehicle inspection so I can get my car registered in Texas. I called to make an appointment and the guy that answered barely spoke English. Not a big deal since we could understand each other okay. I asked to get an appointment for a vehicle inspection and he just said "no." I asked why not and he said "too busy." I didn't even bother asking for any follow-up. Clearly not the place to take your car for an inspection, or anything for that matter.

I had a quote from other auto shop which is ridiculously high so i contacted Miraquel and asked how much they charge for rock and pinion. And sure enough it was almost double the price lesser than the other shop. Coopermaiks are always reliable trustworthy. Every car maintenance i need i go to Coopermaiks for yrs. Affordable and you know they won t reap you off. Kudos to the staff and the owner. You guys are great people. God bless you ALLServices: Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

What a refreshing place.Shop is clean and organized.Front desk staff patient and helpful.Mechanics knowledgeable and friendly.I have had a few things fixed by them and they worked with my picky a$$ to do it exactly like I wanted.They also helped out a friend on a tight budget by shopping around for parts that weren t readily available. Ended up finding them used for less than half the price. Really helped them out.I recommend this place highly.

My brake vacuum went out on my Cadillac and I also needed a few other things done to my vehicle. They were able to get my car back on the road within almost 24 hours (which is amazing considering the supply chain shortages) and communicated to me every step of the way. They answered all questions I had and were beyond kind to me. I don t remember everyone that I spoke with but Austin was great! I d recommend this shop to anyone. I m not from this area but I will definitely go out of my way to bring my car back to be serviced here. I can t speak highly enough of this shop. 10/10Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

From the Mechanic all the way Up to the owners this place is wonderful. You know people always have a different opinion about a place but what I can tell you is because they love what they do, they will make sure they give you the Best outcome.My truck drives much better than when I bought it. They tested my truck , drove it, gave their recommendation and did exactly what was promised. They didn t try and break my pockets and I didn t have to pay an arm and a leg but I certainly got the best for what I paid. I had my break pads replaced and rotors turned yesterday. The customer service is incredible! Mira welcomes everyone as if they are her own family! She offers food and drinks and always has a smile! The employees are kind and hard workers and are happy to be where they are. Such a wonderful family owned/friendly car shop! Great place for anything from tires, oil changes to engine repair and paint jobs!

I went in to have the team at Coopermaiks finish a disc brake conversion on my 1972 Oldsmobile restoration project, that had been sitting for way too long. Miraquel and the guys were anxious to help and completed the job very expeditiously. I also decided to go ahead and have some general maintenance done as well (oil, coolant, transmission, etc.). I am very pleased with the work that was done, and the experience has motivated to move forward and faster with the complete restoration. The main thing that stuck out to me about the team, was their thoroughness and overall attention to detail! Communication was also top notch, and they made sure that I was okay with the approach they were taking. Sergio and Enrique are very knowledgeable of the era of vehicle that I have and were even able to lend advise and suggestions on the next phases. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. One that is just beginning, because I will definitely be doing business with them again in the near future! Do not take your car to this shop. They did not do the work I asked them to do, charged me full price anyway and refused to try to make it right. I have a set of aftermarket headers on a Corvette and they melted the solenoid on my starter. I asked CooperMaiks to replace the starter and add a heat shield to help protect it from the headers and they said they would do that. The next day they told me the car was done but no heat shield. When I went there to talk to them about it the lady at the front (Miracle) told me the heat wrap that they ordered didn t fit so they just sent it back and didn t even tell me so I could try to find some other solution. Furthermore she said it was my fault for modifying my car and if I hadn t done that everything would have been fine because that is not how GM designed the car to be. The mechanic insisted there was no room to put a heat shield between the starter and the header so I asked them to put it on a lift to let me see. The mechanic didn t want to do anything but Miracle talked him into lifting it so I could see. As soon as the mechanic lifted it up he just walked away and would not even look at it with me so I could try to talk to him about options. Miracle got under the car with me and I showed her there is plenty of room to add something to protect the starter from the heat. Maybe something around that part of the header to keep it from getting too hot next to the starter. She just said she cannot force her mechanic to do something that he doesn t want to do. If they had told me up front that they would not add a heat shield or even try to work with me on that I would have taken the car somewhere else but they didn t give me that chance. In the pics here on Google they show a Corvette on their lift with a set of long tube headers and full exhaust and some other hotrods. I thought this would be a good place to bring my car for all my future needs but I learned a hard lesson today. If you have any kind of modified car you should take it somewhere else. This is not the place to go.

Chris' customer service has been great, unfortunately the mechanics who work here aren't. The mechanics had a terrible attitude. I had gone there to fix my rear breaks / calipers and get a sticker for another. The first thing that bothered me was Chris had told the mechanic that my car was there to get fixed and my other car was there for a sticker. The mechanic gave Chris an attitude as if it wasn't his job to do what he was there for.After the work was done I was not happy with the service. My brakes came back worst. I came back to express my concerns and Chris went to speak with the mechanic and long story short the mechanic just made excuses on why the brakes are the way they are. I would recommend going somewhere else or the place to replace their mechanic because customer service was great, the work was not.

Paid over $100 for an engine oil change for 12 years old non-luxury minivan. not sure if it's a new normal but it a double price compare to the last oil change I had in other shop in the same area.

I came here once for a quick problem and the service an price was reasonable so I decided to come again. The service was OUTSTANDING! Miracle was sweet, helpful, accommodating, and went above and beyond on everything. I didn't get the mechanics name but he was just as helpful and answered any questions I had.The work got done for a cheaper price than expected and quicker than the original estimated time.I've went to the same mechanic for over 10 years now because he was honest and fair which is almost impossible to find in this field of business. Now I know another place that I can go and have that same piece of mind. Thank you once again!!

They were able to fix my car right away, no harassing to get more done or anything like that, they diagnosed the problem and repaired my air conditioner! People from this Auto shop are knowledgeable with their business. I don t go to any other auto shop except these Cooper Maik Shop. These people ( from the President CEO down to the helper ) are trustworthy.
