I went here to address some vibration and shaking issues with my truck. Ernest helped me out and was very knowledgeable and professional. It looks real clean inside. They were able to diagnose the problem, replace the motor mounts, and had my truck ready the next day. I could not have done the work myself. The labor cost was as expected. I probably could have saved money by buying the mounts myself. Overall the service was great and my truck rides a lot better. Thanks guys.

I had taken my 2014 Lexus in for inspection the other afternoon. Had to wait for a few minutes before customer service took care of me. I had barely been there for around 25 minutes and a gentleman called my name saying my car was ready. I must say I was very impressed with the service and work performed in a timely manner. I was referred by my son who had been there before and now I m a loyal customer myself. I definitely recommend Colony One Auto Center as the place to visit with your car maintenance & repairs.Trust me you will be pleased!!!

I purchased new tires from Simple Tire and chose Colony One Auto Center due to their stellar reviews, proximity from my home and reasonable prices. All four tires were mounted and balanced. My car was ready the same morning I dropped it off. I also appreciated the follow up text one week after service and hope to do business with Saqib and Kris again. Thank you!

Met Saqib on a job site and we got to talking. He told me about his business and I realized I have been passing his place for years and always wondered about them. It was time to get the brakes looked at on one of our vehicles, so I decided to give them a try. It was a great experience, everything went smooth and it was completed the same day I brought it in. This was by far the best experience I have ever recieved at an auto shop. I have been to this location 3 times now with various car issues and every time I have recieved excellent customer service, quick and free diagnosis of the issues, and the most cost-efficient repairs. For a single woman who does not know much about cars and has a minimal income, this place has been a life-saver.This past time I was helped by Chris Hutcheson who I highly recommend. He diagnosed the issue almost before he even saw the vehicle (violent shaking at high speeds) and he was completely correct. 1 hour later, the issue was gone.I highly recommend this place. I will be going here for any and all car repairs from now on.

I came in the first time for the state inspection and decided to come back to get my car fixed. The staffs were friendly and professional. The services were done nicely with reasonable price. Good experience overall and I will definitely come back! Highly recommend this place if your car needs to be taken care of.

I could write a page of praise for Colony One Auto Center. I've taken my cars to them for nearly 20 years. They're professional, honest and friendly. They're not the cheapest (and I don't want them to be!), but they're fair and will work with you on what needs to be repaired as well as what can wait. Their staff has been excellent to work with and I trust them. Lastly, I drive from Houston to Stafford because they're worth it. Good, honest car maintenance and repair is hard to find! Attention all women of Houston. I have has the best experience in my life with the dedicated team here. This is the place to take your vehicles forever, Mr. Chris up at the front was concerned for my safety in my vehicle as well as took me into the mechanic shop with his wonderful team and physically showed me and explained in detail to me what exactly was going on with my vehicle. Everyone was polite, respectful, and genuinely interested in my needs as the vehicle owner and getting my truck the best care. To take your vehicle anywhere else is simply a waste of your time and good money. I will be taking my vehicles here forever now knowing I am in the best hands in the city.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Steering & suspension repair

Beware taking your vehicle here.. they like to charge diagnostic fees without diagnosing your vehicle. I KNOW there s a problem with my AC I drive it everyday so I take it to be fixed and diagnosed.. not told the Freon is fine. I m sorry what about the compressor or the control unit or whatever it is causing it to not run ice cold or even cold at all sometimes. So I m charged $81 dollars to have to take it somewhere else to actually get the problem fixed. Of course I m not going to take it back to the place that charged me for not doing any work! I use reviews faithfully and SO this time they failed big time.. I hope this accurate one helps! P.S. if you can t fix AC in Texas.. I really wonder what you can fix or diagnose .

Quick summary: Colony One failed to fully change the brake fluid on my car.I took my car in for a Brake Fluid Exchange and specifically asked the service advisor to have all the fluid exchanged and not just the master brake reservoir. I stated this because many mechanics will just change the fluid in the reservoir and my kids are driven in this car. Brakes are probably the most important components on any car and are critical.I take the car home and noted:1. Neither of the rear brake bleeder valves caps looked touched2. No brake fluid drops anywhere3. The Bleeder valves were hard to turn (indicating they were not opened and bled).4. The fluid was dirty when I bled it myself.They pushed back and said they did a complete Brake Fluid Exchange until I emailed them the picture of the dirty Brake Fluid.They did refund my money so I gave them 2 stars.Service: Auto maintenance

I had a really pleasant experience here. They fixed the issue I brought my car in for and checked on a few other things, as well. I received updates throughout the process and a breakdown of the services provided. I never felt as though they were trying to push anything on me, which was very nice. The staff was super professional and polite. Definitely recommend.

I have been here one time and will always bring my vehicles here from now on.They confirmed Sterling McCall Toyota was trying to scam my wife. They put it up on a lift showed her/ us that there was nothing wrong with it and charged us nothing. I have used Colony one for a few years, referred by one of my best friends because he told me he thinks they are honest and do good jobs! Over the past few years, I feel the same thing! They do what s necessary to maintain the car in good condition, but not try to sell me unnecessary work that many other autoshops would do to lady customers (thinking we know nothing about cars!). I really know nothing about cars, but I can always feel confident that they know what to do and take good care of my car like their own! The other day I brought my car keys and batteries in and asked for help to replace the battery. The handsome young man :) helped me put the batteries in and tested the batteries to make sure they are in good order! Very thorough and thoughtful service! Thank you all there! Amazing service and of the highest quality. Colony One Auto Center fixed the alignment in my GMC after the dealership failed to do it right. The turn around time was fantastic. I will only take my cars to Chris from now on.

I would like to preface this with saying that I did not go through with the full service needed. This review is about the customer service I received through the diagnostic process. Chris was very thorough and explained everything that was wrong. He took me to the back and physically showed me all of the issues with my car which i did not expect. I usually just get a quick run through of everything that I ll need to pay for and asked how I will be paying for the service needed without ever even telling me in detail what is wrong. I ended up getting the service done through a friend, but if there is anything that my friend isn t able to do in the future I will without a doubt head to Colony One based on how I was treated here through my first visit.

Took my car in for power steering pump diagnosis. They discovered it was bad and the reservoir was stopped up. My warranty had expired 10 days ago. I thought I was screwed!! But Chris Hutchinson, my service advisor said No problem, we ll honor your warranty . Now that s customer service!!!They could have easily said 2 years means 2 years. I have been going here for many years and will continue servicing my car here. This is why they ve been around so long. Honesty, integrity, and great customer service!!

I called Colony One Auto Center he couldn t help me with my problem but was very very well spoken with customer service was on point with me even if his company couldn t helped me he explained why in a pleasant tone and thank me for calling to check. Rated 5 stars I can relate and appreciate his valuable time and information. Customer service and repairs go together if want your business to blossom.

They were excellent! My truck was making a screeching sound and couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Took her over to Colony One and notified me that a rock was lodged somewhere in the front brake system and just charged me for a diagnostic. They've definitely earned my trust and will certainly come back in the hopefully distant future. Thank you.Update:Came back for another issue with my Ranger, this time for a clutch replacement. They were very quick and efficient. What makes Colony One stand out to me is their sense of Integrity. You can tell these guys prioritize customer service and go above and beyond to make your experience here as smooth as possible.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

I had a not so good experience with this place I took my car in on a Monday didn't pick up until Wednesday after for a check engine light and Tire pressure warning light on but to no prevail the problem was not fixed and was charged 640.00 .All I can say is never again This was an expensive experience to endure with nothing being done to fix my problem. And they want me to bring it back in for what to be charged extra money. No thank you.Now after speaking with Rick about my situation as of 11/28/2022 I can honestly say that I appreciate Colony One Auto Center from making my situation right by refunding my money back.Thank youRick

Been a regular customer. I drive a '98 Mustang and diagnosis and repairs have been very good with one exception. Staff is friendly and make vehicle drop off easy. The free shuttle to and from home are a very good perk. Driver is on time and friendly. Waiting are is clean. Other places might charge less but I don' want repeated trips to get repair right. I like this place.
