Never been in an accident before so I wasn t sure what to expect. Found this place online. I was extremely pleased! Maggie is very Knowledgeable and was great in explaining the whole process. My vehicle went in for repairs after I was rear ended. Dropped my vehicle off the week of Thanksgiving and had it back the week after! I really liked how they sent out text messages throughout the whole process to keep the customer up to date with the work.

I came here after going to two other mechanic shops. I was extremely pleased. My initial greeting with Paola was pleasant and nice. She took her time with me and tried to explain to me to the best of her knowledge what her shop could do and what she didn t know she transferred the phone to Tommy the mechanic. I mentioned to her that I was new to the state of Texas. Classic Collision was heaven sent. I truly believed that God lead me to their business. I know that Texas is a diverse state and that we have people here from many backgrounds but we have to learn how to work together and be patience with one another and this is what they showed me. PLUS!!! They did EXTRAS like put my new license plates and sticker at no extra cost to me. As a single, save, woman of God that mean a lot to me because my family is no where near me and now Classic Collision will become my newly found family and they didn t even know that I was going to say all of this in my review. Thanks you guys for your FANTASTIC service

I sent a car for repair, they did not good painting, the fender started to fall apart within one week and messed up radar system. Sent back twice, they messed up more stuffs, camera, safety system and claimed that you have to find certified dealership to help you!From this experience, I can tell they are unprofessional and not taking my business seriously.

Today I damaged my left rearview mirror while trying to leave a parking garage. I stopped at Classic Collision (Stafford) to see if they could help put it back together because it had fallen apart. I went inside to ask the receptionist, Paula, if someone could help me. She immediately called one of the servicemen to take a look. He repaired it right away (at no charge) and I was so pleased that I had to write this review to say Thanks and let everyone know about the great service and excellent work performed here at Classic Collision.

We were off to a great start...I called about getting a quote for a door handle and arm rest replacement. The guy said it can be done, and suggested I stop by for an estimate. They had a very clear protocol - you fill out a short form and wait on the estimator. Apparently, I interrupted his late lunch. It was like going to the doctor - long wait and a few seconds visit. He said he would email an estimate w/n a couple of hours. After waiting all day, I called at the end of the day to check on the quote. Never got the estimate or a return call. Poor customer service!! Also, the greeter, Paula, had an unpleasant attitude and most unfriendly. Be careful when dealing with this location - a simple quote or return phone call was too difficult a task. Very unprofessional business!!

The folks at this place are terrible. Walked in the office to get my truck looked at, turned around and walked right back out. If they are wondering why the previous Apollo paint was always packed, but now there are very few cars in the parking lot this is why. Take a hint.

I went to get the front bumper replaced and also the guard behind it replaced for my Toyota Sienna. This could take a few days but I explained how difficult it would be without the car for a week. They ordered the parts and it came quite fast. They were able to get the work done in 2 and half days. They also fixed some minor dents that I had next to the bumper. I am very happy with their service and definitely recommend them.Service: Body & Trim

I went in to get an estimate for a repair/replacement of my underbody shield (lol, I think it was called that). I got a quick estimate on the cost and how long the job would take. The part arrived the next day and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Happy with ZERO complaints.

Excellent business. We were greeted very kindly by Antoine. He explained all the options for bumper repair. Did a wonderful job. Will recommend to all friends. Go to this place. Great work!
