My first time here. Bill was great. My check engine light came on a few days before Christmas. Bill was very busy and booked but he still helped me with my car even though I didn't have an appointment. He gave me a quick diagnosis and referred me to another trusted mechanic!

Bill is a very honest car repair man. He has kept our 3 vehicles running well and let s me know about issues to look out for. He has very fair pricing. Mr English was highly recommended and after my experience I understand why. He repaired a main seal oil leak, replaced a brake pad and replaced the shocks in my Cadillac Escalade. The Cadillac dealership quoted me more than double! Mr English was very honest, very responsive, very reasonable and knowledgeable. Bill has worked on my aging vehicle multiple times and always great service! One time I brought my vehicle back in for a belt making noise and expected to pay, but he said nope I replaced that for you 1.5 years ago and it shouldn t be bad yet - replaced at no cost. Another time my check engine light came on and turns out it was because a hose came loose...he clamped it back on and didn t charge me. All repairs have been done within one day! I really appreciate not having to stress about car repairs when needed!

Bill has always handled our vehicles as if they were his own. Took a 3 year old F150 for him to take a look at. He ran several diagnostic test (including an overnight pressure test) and recommended I take it to Ford for warranty work. With his guidance I was able to work with the service adviser and have the vehicle repaired at no cost (Bill wouldn't even take payment for the test). One of the MANY reasons I will keep taking vehicles back to him.

We have taken our vehicles to Bill for many years and he has never let us down. Taken great care of our vehicles and for a reasonable price. I had a brake problem the Saturday before Christmas and the shop was only open for one day and he was already booked solid, but us being a former customer he worked me in an solved the problem. You don't find loyalty and customer service like that very often anymore. Can't say enough about the great service we have received over that past years. Thanks Bill!

Bill English was very helpful in providing information about my 2018 Tahoe's A/C issue when I thought it needed more Freon. He was honest upfront that he didn't have the ability to add the new kind of Freon so he referred me to another shop to have that done which we did. The Freon didn't last long and it turned out there was a leak. I immediately called Bill and got an appointment to have him and his staff fix it. There were some other smaller issues in general that we had done as well and Bill and his staff fixed them all. He comes highly recommended and I completely agree! Super nice guy and great service! We will definitely be using him for all our auto repairs from now on!

Big thanks to Bill English for being there once again for a local neighbor in need. Our son was about to leave for college, and Bill and his team were able to find time to fix my son s car in less than 3 hours. He charged 1/3 of what a dealer would charge. We HIGHLY recommend Bill and team. Thanks again Bill and good luck to your daughters this year!

We have been going to Bill for all our car needs for quite a few years. I had a very long commute to work and prior to going to Bill I took my car for service to the Dealer. I knew when something wasn t right. I don t know much about cars and most of the time the dealer would simply blow me off. When I came to Bill he listened and not only each time resolved the problem he always treated me with respect. Each car every time has been taken care of the first time in. We ve never had to go back because something was missed or not fixed properly. His prices are fair and his work is honest. I won t go anywhere else!

Bill and his crew have done a great job in repairing our Ford F-150 Pickup (two) as well as a Honda Pilot. When he replaces parts, he will show the old to you if you choose and, if defective, replace at our charge. My batteries for my vehicles will be replaced by Bill s company. If work is needed beyond their skill set, like complex electrical issues, he will provide references of people that can do needed work effectively. I will continue using his services. He and his staff are friendly, appear knowledgeable, and has my business!

Bill went above and beyond on a Friday at 4:55pm when my battery was dead and I had received a jump at work. My car was on but knew I would need to go somewhere for a new battery. I was desperate and called on a last minute referral. He easily could have said sorry as he was closing shop, but instead, he waited the 30minutes for me to get to his shop, and gladly got me squared away with a new battery. This was 6 yrs ago, and he has my business for all my car needs since. Honest and timely. I would never trust another with my Lexus again.

Would not use Bill English again. He had my car for 3 weeks and never fixed it. He kept saying that the check engine light was not coming back on. He never looked at the car period. This shop is very disorganized, and I would not recommend to anyone. They seem to be to busy to take your money. When I showed up to pick up my car the owner Bill English was not there, spoke to his mechanic, and sure enough confirmed that they never even bother looking at the car. Bad business, again would not recommend, unless you have time to waist.

Finally, an honest car repair shop! Bill is honest and fair and explains things in a way that everyone understands. He doesn't upsell unnecessary work and when he referred us to someone for paint and body work, I trusted them because I trust Bill.

My A/C was running warm to hot in this oven called the Texas Heat. Took my car in to Cars and Trucks this morning as soon as the opened. Bill and his crew had this thing diagnosed and freezing cold in record time. Also discovered my brakes were basically metal to metal. Paid for the brake job and new rotors. Price was completely fair and reasonable and the service was exceptional. I would not take my vehicle any place else. His Business and service is TOP NOTCH! Thanks Bill.

I went to Bill English's shop after looking for recommendations from a neighborhood group and lots of people recommended here for the same reasons I was so pleased. They were honest, responsive, communicative. They provided updates, dealt with the insurance companies so I didn't have to and fixed my far as fast as humanly possible. It is rare to find such honest folks in this space. So grateful!

Only spoke on the phone. Each time I was told not to bring the car in until next week due to his work load. Sounded knowledgeable and concerned, but I couldn't wait any longer and was forced to take the vehicle elsewhere. I will try them again when the need arises.
