Been to this place about 3 times for minor work mainly oil changes and a wheel bearing replacement. Yes priced fairly and work was fine. But have to say it s not worth having to deal with the bald curmudgeon with glasses sitting at the desk. Every time I ve gone in doesn t even greet or say hello and puts off a bad vibe like he is doing you a favor. They open at 7:30am, I get there at 8:50 am and tells me I m a day late and a dollar short for a simple oil change?? Hey Buddy my dollars keep you in business a hole. Hey business must be good for him to treat customers like this so good on him, but won t be another penny from my pocket. Take your chances or look somewhere else who can do the same work and better hours.

The owner is so honest. The price is fair. I thought my Honda CR-V got a boot joint problem. The owner checked and told me it had uneven tires. All it needs right now was a tire rotation, which was already included in the 165000 mile maintenance package that I wanted. His honesty is amazing. Craig was extremely professional and funny! He was very knowledgeable in my Acura and was able to flush the transmission fluid for half the price of the local Acura dealership. Very honest guys about your vehicle , no shadiness going on. Fair prices. Recently did a quick in and out for an oil change in the afternoon in about 20 minutes. Even left the windows down in the summer heat for my infant when they were done. One time a while back they looked at my vehicle and tightened some bolts for me for a quick simple fix after getting lied to at Honda dealership service centers. If you need no nonsense work done on your Honda or Acura. This is it. I will always take my Hondas here.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Trustworthiness, honesty and reasonable pricing go together when assessing automechanics and repair shops. It is on those basis that I've been going to C&M for over 30 years now. Craig (C in C&M) has always been honest to me and other customers that I've observed; listening to how he talks and deals with them. And because they specialize in Honda vehicles, their expertise, advice and service show in what they do. I fully trust their workmanship.

I have waited over two months to write this review. My wife brought my son Honda in this shop because of the great reviews. My AC didn t work and the owner told her that the 2 fans and compressor were broken and they quoted my wife over 3 grands to fix it. My wife called me and told me about the problems, then I told her let me take it for a second opinion. The owner told my wife that he will recharged the Freon for a few hundred dollars and that it won t last because all the parts are beginning to break down. The next day I took it to a different shop and the mechanic at the new shop check our Honda out and he said there is way too much Freon in the compressor and luckily I brought it in right away. I asked him what will happened if I didn t and he said if I didn t then I will have to replaced the compressor. I told the mechanic that this other shop told my wife both fans are broken and the mechanic at the other shop said it will over heat the engine if we don t replaced all the parts he quoted . The 2nd mechanic told me all I needed was to released the extra Freon out and the car will be fine. I waited over 2 months to see if the second shop was right and so far my Honda AC is ice cold and everything is running fine. I recommend everyone should avoid this place. My car just needed a little refill of Freon and they over loaded with Freon to destroy my AC compressor. All their 5 stars reviews are probably fake. My two "go to" Master Mechanics (Carl & Mike) from Sterling McCall Acura went to work here several years ago. The owner is a gem. Prices are reasonable. C&M is my go to shop for anything Honda or Acura. I ve been coming to this shop for over 10 years with my Acura NSX and they always fix it up right. They never try to oversell me on additional services like the dealerships do. Also, they provide me with constant updates whenever I need to drop the car off for something. They are the best service providers for Honda. I took the car to him that was giving me problems and he came out of his office, looked at the battery - tightened some screws and now the car works just fine. He didn t charge us for anything either. He is very kind and friendly, with lots of experience to simply look at a car and know what s wrong. I would highly recommend!

This is the most honest shop I have ever been to. Craig is probably the one you will be speaking with and will most likely ask a series of questions to try and save you some cash. Not many shops in this day and age will do that.Highly highly recommend. Many people have bought Honda s just so that they can bring them to this shop.Edit 1/11/20 - Once again another great experience at C&M. Valve cover job and had me done by noon the same day. Also had them look over the entire rest of the motor and gave honest answers.Service: Engine repair

Craig and team know their Honda a really well. Took our CRV in for an issue with the A/C. They explained exactly what parts failed and gave advice on what not to do when experiencing issues with cooling. Great experience . Theses guys are awesome!

Service here is always excellent! They get you in and out in a timely fashion. And you ONLY get what you NEED. No trying to get you to do unnecessary repairs. Rare indeed to get that kind of honesty these days. That is why I ONLY buy Honda's to get these guys to do my warranty and service work!!

I've been taking my Accord here for years. They are honest, no-nonsense guys who I trust.That's hard to find nowadays, and it's actually driving my decision for my next car purchase - it'll probably be another Honda since I want to keep them as my mechanics.

I have been taking my cars here for several years. They are always honest. My daughter just got back from college. I took her car in for the state inspection. The inspector told me it needed an alignment. I called Craig. He told me to bring it in so he could check it out. It did need an alignment, which is one of the few things C & M doesn't do. He sent me to Honda to get it done. Honda told me I had oil leaks and steering linkage problems. I took it back to Craig. He checked out my car and told me my car is fine. I have had this same honesty and integrity from them on multiple occasions. When they do work on my cars, it is what needs to be done, and at a much more reasonable price than the dealership and other shops I have been to.

I feel that C & M truly have honest, knowledgeable and great mechanics there. They have always provided quality and prompt service to me. I've never questioned if their recommendations were actually necessary (which is why I had left the dealership 8 years ago and fortunately found C & M). Even after moving, I still drive the distance to take my car there. Recently, my mom's Acura needed to be serviced and I took it to the dealership for her where she made the appointment. When I arrived, I was immediately reminded of all the reasons I disliked dealership car service. I wasn't able to stay the 2+ hours the dealership said was required to do the services they recommended that day, so I had to reschedule. I ended up taking my mom's car to C & M, and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Only necessary work was done. I appreciate them so much.

These guys are great, they can give you a quote on the phone and you can be sure that the price you pay is exactly what they quoted you. I had them replace the clutch on my 09 TSX with 240K miles on it. Gillman Acura quoted me $4700 parts and labor to do a clutch which is completely insane and C&M was able to do it for $1200 after I brought my own OEM parts. Will definitely be back in the future for any big jobs I'm not able to work on myself.

I took my car to 3 different mechanics.1 change spark plugs then we'll see2 it could be spark plugs or I believe Idle Air Control System need to replace3 100 electrician problem Then finally I stop at C&M with in hour without replacing anything em out it was some computer reset/update issue. I would say they are car specialist doctor. Thank you so much

The C&M Honda specialist know Honda and Acura product better than I know the back of my hand. They are professional, courteous, full of integrity, have excellent craftsmanship and will be lower than the dealers cost every time. If you own a Honda product, you should do as I have done, since 1989, let no one touch and/or service my Hondas but the specialist at C&M Honda.

I have been going here for 12 years at least. First with my 2000 civic, and now my 2008 civic. I can say, without an iota of exaggeration, that these gentlemen are the most honest, genuinely nice mechanics I have ever met. I have gone there more times than not, and walked out not paying a dime, because something was a quick fix or didn't need repair like I thought. I was happy to go in for a repair today and actually fork over some dough. That's right, I'm very happy to pay my car mechanic. They are just the best of the best. I could go on and on about the ten years of great service I've had with them. They won't screw you, they are quick, and they'll even drive you to the Mexican restaurant down the road to have some beers while you wait for your ride. Best. Auto mechanic. Ever. I'll keep buying Hondas, just to keep my mechanic. If that doesn't convince you, nothing will.

About 3 years ago, I was referred to C&M Honda by a coworker, and I have not had any regrets ever since. The C&M Honda team is amazing; they have always been very courteous and informative. I'm very impressed on how knowledgeable they are on Honda and Acura cars. I live about 40 min away from their shop, and i still bring my car there to get worked on because I trust them with it. The employees are efficient in their work and down to earth with their customers. I now refer them to anyone i know with a Honda/Acura vehicle. Their integrity is refreshing among the many mechanics who are not. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK C&M !!

Have been going here for more than a decade now - only service Honda & Acura. I couldn't have been happier with their service and honesty. They'll tell you if something needs fixed right away vs wait till next time. No pressure to sell their services. I'm gonna keep going to them as long as I have my car. Highly recommended.

I wouldn't take my Honda Accord anywhere else but here. Mr Craig is very helpful and knows what he is talking about when it comes to Honda's. So don't walk in and try to tell him or the staff what you might think is wrong with your vehicle even if you took it took your shade tree mechanic...

I've been taking my Honda civic here since 2006. They offer great service for a reasonable price compared to other auto repair shops. Their work is excellent, will address the problem you are going in for. I definitely recommend this place for your Honda car maintenance & repair work.

These are the best Honda mechanics around. My family has been using them for years. They are honest guys who do quality work. If you have a Honda or Acura I HIGHLY recommend using C&M
