I drive a much older car than most people 2005 Ford escape. So along with that comes a multitude of problems eventually, one being electrical had taken it to a couple of places nobody could find the problem so I thought I'll have it towed over to Firestone and that's what I meant Eric Bercher, the owner. Short story he found the electrical problem I had it fixed prior to probably one of the hottest Summers here in Houston. A little farther down the road not much my gas pedal broke just hit the floor got that fixed timely and financially competitive. And not too long ago I had to have my battery replaced I had my car towed there and left and the next day he called and told me that I was ready again competitive prices excellent work all of his mechanics or A1 mechanics. I think they did great. They were pleasant as well. One thing that bothered me was the $144.00 labor for replacing headlight Bulbs he said he had to remove the bumper to get to them I have had my bulbs replaced before and no one has charged that much nor had to remove my bumper..but that still bothers me. It was still a good experience Im just going to get my bulbs done somewhere else but they were great

The people working here are super nice and very realistic about wait times. When I had 2 tires replaced they gave me a voucher for a free oil change.They do get quite busy but its because they are so great.

I received the upmost and professional services for my vehicle at this location, I had brakes and rotary job done.Very caring Staff in getting the job well done in a timely manner. Three hours for an oil change and to repair a leak in the tire. Never heard of something like that in my life.Almost no one else was there, and I didn't get any updates during the entire time. Also, I wasn't even asked what kind of oil i wanted them to use before they changed it and pulled my car around. Definitely wasn't happy about that.

They filled my car up with the wrong oil. It's listed in multiple locations on the engine bay and also in the owners manual. The incorrect oil grade is stamped on the oil change sticker and the receipt.Update: the manager offered to refill the vehicle with the correct grade for free. Since I needed the change to be done while they were closed, he offered a refund without hassle.

They did a good job on my a/c I have a Buick enclave. And it was way less expensive than the dealership.
