Had some car concerns going on at the time and I stopped at this location. Erick was the guy that assisted me. He had great customer service and was very knowledgeable about the tools and the feedback needed to get my car back up and going. Thanks Erick, you definitely deserve 5 stars!

Never answer phone and when they do your on hold for 10 to 20 mins just for someone to hang up. This place needs better staff

Staff is really helpful and fast. I have been going to this location for years for batteries ..windshield wipers..bulbs..etc.awesome customer service. The rep replaced my wipers and brake bulb today. I wish I got his name. He was super nice in spite it was 104 today working on my car. TY!

I went here yesterday for an early morning car diagnostic and I m happy I did! I didn t catch the younger Guy s name, he had curly black hair and kind of buff, however after calling the store first, he was able to tell me they could do the car test. Then when I arrived, I worked with Johnathan. He was super nice, knowledgeable, and quick!! He was able to reassure me that my issue was not alarming and provided me with details about the diagnostic code. Great Customer Service!

If I can give negative point I definitely would not give 1 star. Manager Floyd B. I got your name, the parts I ordered alreafy delayed for 24 hours, and now you kept me waiting on the phone like 15 mins for you to search the order information?(I hung up the phone at the end) Fine, but why you kept me waiting another 20 mins in store just because I don't need the parts and want my money back? Were those customers really before me! Or you just a freaking racist?

On 8/19/2023 on a Saturday, Randy assisted me with finding some refrigerant for my car. helped me find the type of refrigerant that I needed and assisted me with applying it to the system. Great customer service indeed.

Older gentleman was awesome. Younger Hispanic male was very offish and rude. Refused to be helpful, even told us to go ask his manager . Stayed planted behind the counter, didn t greet or even offer to help until we walked up to him. Will not be spending any more money at this location.

Walked in and was immediately greeted and welcomed by Antonio, he asked if I needed help finding anything and was ready to help at a moments notice. I asked him about the size headlights I needed and he helped me without a blink of an eye although he was busy doing multiple things at once. That man deserves a raise! Antonio if your reading this then THANK YOU! I ll be back for those LED s.

This location customer service was awesome. I was helped by Mr. Phillip De Santos and he checked my battery and helped put it in as well. He was nice from the time I walked in the door until the end. I am a very happy customer. Thank you!

I called about 3 hours ago for fuses for my 2013 Dodge dart. I just got back from there. There was a van of about six to eight Hispanic people and two to three employees out by the van with no employee inside the store to help. I waited inside for 10 minutes and then went ahead and left.

I came in for a battery and I was helped by Randy. He was AWESOME! He quoted my battery and installed it for me. He also was very engaged with me and my young son who never seen a battery replaced in a vehicle before. Thank you Randy for your fantastic service!

I went in 2 get a replacement cabin air filter 4 my truck. The employee was friendly & entered my truck info into the computer. We found my possible replacement options. I had seen & heard about possible restricted air flow issues on some after market cafs, so I asked him about the return policy. He told me, once it gets dirty. I wouldn't be able 2 return it. I understood. So, I said ok. I then asked him, how about " I buy it, install it in your parking lot, turn on my a/c while still in the parking lot for about 20 seconds ( that # just popped into my head, @ the time ) 2 see if it restricted my air flow ? " He tells me again, that once I use it & get it dirty then no refunds. I told him the filter shouldn't get dirty from 20 seconds of non driving a/c usage. I asked to talk to his mgr. The mgr told me that she hadn't heard of any air flow restriction problems from her customers who bought the same filter. I asked the mgr if I could try it in the parking lot ? She easily agreed & let me try it out in the parking lot. She told me If I wasn't satisfied, bring it back & I could get another brand / type of filter. So, I installed it, turned on my a/c & I couldn't feel any restricted airflow. Thank God there was a " knowledgeable " & customer service oriented mgr working today

Been going here for a couple of years now and every time I always have an employee stop by and ask me if i need help within the first 5 minutes of walking in. They are thorough when they provide customer service and make sure all of my needs are met (i.e. down to going outside and switching my wind shield wipers for me). If they don't have what I need, they are quick to provide me with alternative options to choose from. Shout out to the employee with the tribal tattoos on his right arm. He is respectful and has great communication skills. Definitely make this your local auto shop store!

Annie was so helpful. She helped me find everything that I needed. She also took her time to explain important details about my car. Then she put on my windshield wipers, changed my bulb and top off the wiper fluid. Amazing customer service!!!!

You never hear gushing about an auto parts store, so here goes. It is a large store with a huge inventory. If you know what you need it is easy to navigate, if you don't, the BEST part is the employees. They are awesome. ANGEL is always very helpful and knowledgeable. He has never been condescending just because I am a women. All the staff here have treated me with respect and answer my questions until I understand what I am doing. Kudos.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences Ive had with an auto parts store. The workers were lazy, and had a major attitude. I walked in asking for pricing on a new car battery. The employee made it very clear that she was annoyed by me interrupting what she was doing to look up a battery for me. Then the guy looking at my battery, yes there was minor corrosion on the terminals, but nothing major. He refused to work on it. Pure laziness. Went next door to O'Reilly's. Very friendly staff. Took them less than 10 minutes to replace the battery from start to finish. And a great smile. Will never step a foot in Auto Zone again, at least in this location.

I had a very bad experience at the Stafford AutoZone, and I would strongly suggest to avoid this location.I am usually very happy with AutoZone, and I have been going to various locations for many years. In my experience, AutoZone usually has helpful and knowledgeable associates. However, this location in Stafford was the first time I had a terrible experience.I went in for a battery replacement, as my car would no longer start and had to be jumped twice. The lady who tried to help me brought out the battery tester, but she couldn't figure out how to use it. Turns out she was connecting one of the leads to a plastic part on my car. Once I showed her how to properly connect the tester, she said the battery needs to be charged first before she can test it. This made no sense to me, given it is a dead battery, but I continued to try to work with her.She would not help me disconnect or remove the dead battery, and simply told me to take it out myself and bring it in for more testing. Once I removed the 45+ pound battery and lugged it across the parking lot into the store, she had me put it down at one of the registers. She then told me it would take 2+ hours to charge it, which seemed ridiculous. I just wanted a new battery. I asked if there was any warranty left on the existing battery, and she had me take the 45+ pound battery to yet another terminal to check. Unfortunately, she could not figure out how to check a warranty on the register either.At this point, the manager came over and tried to help her use the register. The original associate once again said the battery needs to be charged before it can be tested or replaced. Luckily, the manager stepped in and let her know it is OK to buy a new battery without testing the old one. The manager then inspected the dead battery and could visually see that it had failed and would no longer hold a charge.The original sales associate had me once again haul the 45+ battery over to the used/returned battery cart, and then haul a new battery off the shelf back to a register. She told me that AutoZone employees are not allowed to help carry or install batteries, which I was not aware of. They have always helped me in the past with battery replacement.I spent the next 15 min out in the parking lot, in 95 degree Texas heat, trying to install my new battery. My battery is in the trunk of my car, so it is more involved compared to a normal engine location. Luckily, I was able to get this taken care of, but I can only imagine what it would be like for an older customer who could not lift or carry a 45+ battery, or someone who did not know how to remove and install a car battery on their own.Hopefully, an experience such as this is only limited to the Stafford location, and I can continue to shop at other AutoZone locations. But I would strongly suggest to avoid the Stafford location.

Horrible experience here at the Stafford location. I can from work to buy a spray can. Went back to work to find out the cap was defected. I went right back to AutoZone to exchange it, went back to work, only to find out the color was not correct. I went right back to AutoZone for the 3rd time! (Losing work time/money and gas) I explained to them the situation and I asked if there was any way they could compensate me for all the inconvenience. The main manger Cinthia D. told me that it must be a manufacturer defect and that there was no way to compensate me in any way, and that I can get a refund if I like LOL!! WOW!! Autozone I highly doubt you guys would support the action your employee took. I hope you guys are more careful on who you hire or promote as a manager. I really hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Especially when they are on a critical schedule. I work at a body shop that constantly needs material, but I definitely won't be back to AutoZone, at least not for a while...

They had me in their system with my vehicle info, so it made it easy to find the parts I needed. I've had parts fail, batteries and altinators before the warranty was up and received pro rated replacement. They have always had the parts I've needed and the staff was courteous and helpful.

Today I had a bad experience at this place our tires needed pressure so we came here to buy a tire inflator. First of all when we were paying the girl who is the cashier had a very bad attitude, she has no idea of what customer care is like she was like very unhappy and angry doing his job and I felt her bad energy. The thing that we bought didn't work so we went back to return it. She was still with her bad attitude and I asked her if we could exchange the item if there was a type of courtesy the store can give us like a discount or anything else. She said that there's wasn't anything and giving us our money back was more than enough but with her bad attitude still. I don't know why was she mad but something that we all have to remember is that our personal problems and our job are not the same thing. I will never come back to this place.
