wife was quoted $700 for a touchscreen radio with backup camera with apple carplay and android auto. when we went for install was told it would be over $1000. We agreed to $850, when she went to pick up the car we were told that it would be another $200 for carplay and android auto. They've done this to me twice now, not going back.

Horrible customer service went in to get some service and was told his people were too busy and didn t even attempt to help me. For what it s worth you lost my business, please do better

Wanted to have my old trucks aftermarket stereo unit installed on my wife's car and they got it done within an hour. Very courteous service and the installers were very friendly. And they're close to home. I recommend them.

This place is by far the worst customer service out thier for car audio I went here because I urged to get opinions on my Audio diagnostics is not good These people took out my radio and kept my two screws from my truck luckily I went to my near by car audio place that do way better in a less time AVOID THIS PLACE Luckily i will never return to this place What a rip-OFF they don t know what a customer needs never again coming to this place.

These guys work based on the old college try. I asked them to troubleshoot why only one car speaker was working. After an hour of tearing my stock system apart, I left with other stuff not working and no answer but I ll have to replace the other speakers. WTH? Hustle 101.

Bad customer service.. They promise things to get your money, once you pay , they take their own sweet time to finish the job.Its been an hour and I am still waiting for my tyres. I was promised 20mins and hence I paid full amout and they havent even started working on my car yet.I am stuck here .. I told them to cancel it because the tyres are not here yet, they are asking me to pay 35% ... and the office staff is yelling at me and threatening me...DO NOT COME HERE

The absolute worst experience. I had 4 speakers, an amp and sub installed. Two of the speakers kept going out then the sub. I took it back 8 times for service and finally gave up. Spent $1400 for 2 speakers. Avoid this place.

if I could give them a negative start I would . They installed a viper alarm on my truck. I paid for the best of the best and they installed a basic viper alarm. you can literally open the doors and nothing happens. I've taken it back several times and still nothing. I've asked for a refund but have received it. Don't waste your money or time with them .

STAY AWAY!!! Should had taken it as a sign when i showed up for install that cops where called. They did not finish my alarm install after 6 hours. Was asked to bring it back made appointment and showed up that they again and was told that no one is in to do the job but leave the vehicle and if we get to it will call you. I live 3 hours away and just here for this.

I had went to there other location on Fondren but had no idea about this location which is much closer to home. The guys there are very helpful.

They helped me find wat I wanted. The price was reasonable. They were friendly and to me the coolest part was them pulling the cars inside to work on them. It gave me a chance to see what was going on. My radio works great and sounds even better. Definitely going back for my speakers and car accessories.

I called Car Stereo because they were close to my office and convenient. My car is 16 years old and my FM went out a while back and only CDs and AM left. Last week my CD player went out. I had been searching for a compatible radio making sure I had the write fit. Chad told me to come in and he would help me by taking out the radio, letting me get all the part numbers I needed and put it back in until I got the new one. Once I got the new radio he would install it for me. I went over at lunch today and once he saw the radio he realized he had some already in his shop. Tested a few and BAM I have a new radio that works. I cannot tell you how great it was to work with Chad. He was super nice, patient with my questions and very helpful. He was awesome. I would definitely recommend his shop.

If there is 0 star I would give them 0 Folks be careful dealing with this people. I have installed TV in my van it s cost around $ 1000 it s only working 2 months. We take it back to them more than 4 times but they are not willing to help.If they want take a look I need to pay additional $ 250 but there is no guarantee that they will change or replace. Customer service is unprofessional manner.I would not recommend.Again Be careful with dealing with them. !!!

The best customer service. They knew exactly what i was looking for and needed. The sound is amazing. The tint that they installed also looks amazing. Definitely recommended to take your vehicles for any alarms/music/tint needs.

This is a great place to get car stereo work done at! They have a good selection to choose from and Alex knows his stuff. I went with his recommendation on speakers for my 4Runner and I could not be happier with them. Their service was great and completed on time. My ride sounds amazing now thanks to these guys! If you are shopping around give this place a visit.

Great people all around. Alex was very helpful in explaining and showing me everything. They did great work on my 2012 Colorado, definitely coming back to get more work done in the future. Highly recommend this place.

Karim was very knowledgeable. Went to Fry's and Best Buy first - basically no customer service at all. Karim answered all my questions and gave me several options. When he didn't have the model I wanted to test on display, he let me test his personal unit in his car. Service! Would come again.

Had an alarm installed. These guys are very fast and clean installers. Ask for ozzy and karim they will help you out. I highly recommend this shop

The people there are super honest and helpful. I took the guy a minute to reset the radio that I have which is custom and stations are unattainable for quite a long time and they charged me nothing for it super nice people.

Went to have some tint installed on two windows the price was reasonable so I went ahead and let them do it after that I parked my truck and didn't drive it until the next day and I noticed some bubbles in the tint took it back and guy tried to blame me saying you let the window down when I know I didn't because I didn't even drive the truck and he says one window was air bubbles so he'd replace it and the other was water so I would have to pay but I had to bring it back later like I didn't mean nothing to him since he already had my moneyTerrible customer service and they don't stand behind their product or service they provide they can keep that lil $50 dollars because I'll never go back

Had a radio and mirror dash cam installed. The installer was quick with it, had me smiling from ear to ear lol. Im dealing with these guys from now on.
