My son was gratified to discover an honest car repair place here! They were informative and called each step of the way before proceeding. Their prices are very reasonable, and he said they had the car one day and it was ready!

Tim and crew did a 4 hour turnaround on my radiator on my Toyota, then a 6 hour job on all the brakes and both axles at a nice saving over the dealership. Thanks for a job well done.

Tim has been really cool with me and help me out when I've gone to the shop they worked on my Dodge Durango they have worked on my Dodge Challenger they have worked on my mom's car my step dad's car they've done a lot of work they're really good awesome nice people good environment good people I'll definitely be taking my cars there it's a really good shop lot of nice people there they have really helped me a lot.

I have a RAV4 and the AC was blowing hot air. I called early this morning and I didn t know if they could fit me in. Spoke with the nicest lady on the phone and she didn t know if they would be able to fit me in for a evaluation and quote for the repairs. She said bring the car in and she would see, otherwise they would have to keep the car over the weekend as they are closed on Saturday.I brought the car in and they said they would call when they were able to look at it.They called at 2:00 and said that I could come get the car as it was fixed! Seems that there was a small leak and they put some Dye in the Freon system to see where it was leaking. Awesome service there!!!The car is 7 years old and never has had any problems at all. Car is cooling perfectly fine now and if I need to take it back to fix the leak if it needs it I ll certainly take it back to Ray s Service!!!Certainly nice to see people that treat you like they would want to be treated!!!This place is always packed with cars, now I know why!!!

Really love these guys and gal. Great service. They really go above and beyond. I don't trust any of the luber goobers in this area. I've been to about all of them. The owner Tim is one of the nicest business owners in the city! Really honest, wholesome,knowledgeable, professional, people! Its becoming hard to come by these days. If you want good reliable work done right the first time look no further. Tim will get you fixed up!

Rae s came highly recommended by a family friend. I was in town for Christmas and took my car there to have a check engine light issue fixed. They got the issue fixed but there was a little hiccup after the repair. Tim got it taken care of and in timely fashion right before the holidays. It s clear he stands behinds his work and takes care of his customers. They are trustworthy and charge fair prices. I've been a customer for many years. Tim and his crew do a fantastic job of fixing the problem. And, if there's a problem with the repair, he corrected it and made it right, no extra charge for me. He has very fair prices. Its very important to me to be able to trust the repair and the price. He and his team are great!

Very nice people working there in the office & in the shop. Very honest work being done & all of my vehicles are always in tip top shape after leaving Tim s shop. I highly recommend everyone in town to go here. You can t beat their prices & customer service. Any time of the day, they re there to help! 10/10

They were reasonable price, although I was disappointed that they wanted to charge a diagnostic fee of 100.00. I diagnosed the problem myself.

I suspected that the fan belt needed to be replaced. Rae's was recommended to us. They were able to diagnose and repair my vehicle in about 2 hrs and the cost was MUCH less than the dealership quoted me. Very pleased! We will definitely use them again.

come to get my exhaust repaired my clutch bled and a state inspection and they told me I had a vacuum leak that they was going to replace I don t know what they replaced with the vacuum lines but I still have a vacuum line leak in my brand new clutch that I had put in is now making noises. Showed up 5 minutes before they closed on a Friday! They could have done what most places would do, and told us that they were closing that we would have to come back another day. Instead they stayed late, On a Friday. Just to do an inspection for us. Very professional and extremely pleasant staff. Will definitely do business there again. Thank you to the staff. Our sticker on our truck went out that day but thanks to these awesome people, The man couldn't get us for expired tags!!! Thanks guys.

I would not ordinarily do his my husband has used Rae's for years but took my daughter's car in for repairs. There were sensors needed which were replaced. She drove off the lot and all lights came on a block away, the car was returned and it was a programing issue. That was fixed and all was good but they drove away on the highway and discovered the lug nuts were loose. This was a safety issue. Someone could have been hurt or worse!!!Service: Electrical repair

I've been taking my vehicles to Rae's for over 15 yrs. and I would recommend them for any automobile repairs. All the personel are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable of their trade. We are blessed to have a great business like Rae's in our little town of Springtown.

We went in and he had our vehicle fixed. They did a great job! Fast and reliable they were the cheapest we had found but did a wonderful job. Will be back if we need anything else
