This was my first time trying this place out and it was a negative experience. I am a single mother of a baby and I work. I took time off work to get an oil change. I got there an hour and 15 minutes before I had to get my niece from the bus stop thinking that was more than enough time. I waited an hour and also in between asked when I was next. I was told I was next when I mentioned I had to leave I m 30 minutes. I checked in twice while I was there. They knew my time range from when I first got there. I even saw two techs get two cars that showed up after me. Turns out it was 17 minutes before I had to leave and I went in and told them and I was told that won t be enough time for an oil change so my keys were handed back to me. I got an apology but this was the most frustrating waste of my time.

Got my motorcycle inspection done. No issue. Had used in the past for car related stuff, no issue with their team. Awesome guys

Cliff's is now our go-to place for tires and mechanical! Evan is awesome- honest, courteous, and he even had his guys drive me home and pick me up when I had to leave my car overnight. The cost of my new tire, alignment and brakes was way below what we expected, and my car has never driven so good since I've had it. I definitely recommend!!!

They patched a tire that had a nail in it. Pretty simple. But some how, the magnets were not positioned correctly. The whole car shook.going down the road. Had to have a place in Weatherford fix it for me. I haven't been back.

On 11/4, I took my 2007 Ford F-150 in due to a check engine light and was informed a mass airflow sensor was to blame. After its replacement and picking up the truck, the light reappeared just a mile down the road. I immediately took it back and the shop retained my truck and on 11/6, advised a replacement of the EGR valve was necessary. After agreeing to this, there were no further updates until my call on 11/7, where I learned the incorrect part had been ordered or delivered. That afternoon, the diagnosis shifted to a bad wire rather than the EGR valve. It was then I expressed my frustration about the approach of part replacement over a precise diagnosis. By 5:20 pm, they reported the issue was fixed with a vacuum hose cleaning, not requiring the EGR valve and apparently no longer a bad wire.However, when I retrieved my truck after hours, the check engine light was still on, and the truck was running even rougher than before. It appears they simply lost interest in thoroughly diagnosing or repairing the truck, opting to push it back to me instead. So, after spending over $700, I am left with a truck in worse condition than when I brought it in. My past experiences with Cliffs have been good, but the last two visits have significantly eroded my trust.Update: I had two broken ignition coil connector plugs Cylinder 7 & 8. I have no way of knowing if these we already broken or broken when Cliffs was doing diagnostics and repairs. my A/C compressor was also unplugged for some reason.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Auto maintenance

This place has courteous people and although there is a wait usually they provide good customer service. I dropped off a tire to get fixed and came back and they put it on for me in a flash. The staff was all very helpful.

Got a wheel alignment. A lot of places when you come in with a classic for an alignment will look at you like you just hit them in the head with a dead rabbit. Not here! Got me in and out so fast I barely had time to enjoy their Saturday morning breakfast buffet!

These people are so nice! They helped my sister, my brother-in-law at different times. So my sister told me I could get my car inspected since we just moved to Texas. I called and they were very friendly. They said come on in as long as I came before 4pm. They did it quickly and were just very kind.

Used them for a Uhaul rental. Because of how they over charged and treated me with that, I will never use them for any service. Rude, yelled at me, over charged and got extremely defensive.Clicked no safe tow while reserving it online. Then was asked if I wanted it in person, said no. Was still charged. Called them and they got very rude and defensive. Then asked about when to return it and they said 24 hours. Returned it plenty of hours before my 24 hours and was still charged for 2 periods. Called them to let them know and they again immediately raised their voice and started going off on me! The customer! So what was supposed to be a $30 rental turned into a $90!

Took my Dodge Ram 3500 for oil change, rotate tires and install an airbag system for the shocks, along with a few other things that needed maintenance. I couldn t believe the service! Had it all done quickly, and professionally! I had Tory to thank for referring me to them. I was so happy with the service and the price!! Chris is a wonderful owner and runs a great shop. Mike, Glen and everyone there are all top notch! I ve used them before with my other vehicles but this was a big job and I was so happy that I will continue to bring my vehicles to only them. They ordered everything that I needed and got all the parts in quickly and the job done fast! So important when I need my truck for my business and can t waste time waiting around. They had it in and out and we re back on the road!! Excellent experience renting a UHaul from Cliff's!! Ryan was especially awesome!! And...wait for it...they actually HELD the van we requested when we booked our reservation online!!! That NEVER happens. In 20 years of renting trucks we have never once had our reservation for a van honored. We always show up and the people shrug and tell us all they have is a 12' or 16' truck. Every single time. So frustrating.Hands down, Cliff's is the BEST place in Parker County to rent a U-Haul if you're interested in actually driving away in the vehicle you reserve. Ryan had us in and out of there in minutes and on our way. Would give 100 stars if I could. Y'all rock!!

All they guys that work at cliffs are good people, and I don t have a single bad thing to say about their attitudes or the work they do. I ve always been taken care of at cliffs, and they always do a great job on my car with whatever it needs. Places like cliffs are rare and it s definitely a gem, the guys there are straight shooters, always willing to work with you, very kind people, good at their jobs, always willing to help in any way they can, really fair prices, honest, and most importantly they really care about their customers .Thank you guys for all y all have done for me, and I hope y all stay in business for a very long time!

Edited Post: After my review, the Owner reached out to me. He was gracious and professional on the phone. He did in fact, give me a refund. I understand his position a little better, but still bummed it took a review to get a response.had a Oxygen sensor replaced, 4 months ago. My car begins exhibiting engine trouble again and I had it repaired at another location. They informed me that the issue was a faulty/wrong part o2 sensor ..I had it repaired right then, and asked for the part and receipt and went to Cliffs to discuss their warranty policy. I fully expected a refund, of part and labor, which totalled about 300.00.The first time I went, they tried refunding me... Twice, but explained that they couldn't put it on my visa, and it had to go back to the original card. I told them my joint account I'd shared with my husband was closed after his death. I asked about a check, and suddenly I was being told I need to wait for the owner to come issue the refund due to him knowing how to do a refund on my new card?I'm a bit confused and a little annoyed, but they promised me that someone would call me back when the owner got there. I left, satisfied, thinking the issue was resolved, and I was getting my money back.That didn't happen. No call....I called them the next day, and apparently he was "off" I mean, just classic " I'll pay you if you can catch me" kind of attitude. ...I called again today, Wednesday and asked, bluntly if I was still going to receive the refund. It was basically Nope, should have brought it back to me type attitude like, so they don't honor warranties??? Am I supposed to be a mechanic and know what problem my car is having? Do I owe loyalty to a single mechanic shop? What if I'd broke down out of town ......eh, just my own philosophyService: Engine repair

For a Saturday morning it was routinely busy. I just needed a state inspection but info was put on paperwork and then went into a sleeve until I was notified it was done. Waited about 20 minutes and had no idea how many were ahead of me. It was ok, I guess.

Go somewhere else, these guys are straight crooks. Their own invoice has an authorization for 125.44, they then proceeded to bill my wife $261 for an alignment and tire change. She immediately questioned it when they finished the work, and was told sorry, that's the price. They never disclosed they have a massive surcharge for carried in tires. She told them she wasn't going to pay that and to put her tires back on and they refused. Their own managers quoted me a price of $25 the next day per tire, they charged her $38.They complained about the cost of recycling the old tires, so she offered to take them with her if they took the recycling fee off and they told her it was to late. When I contacted them one manager tells me the ticket was "written up wrong", the second was confused and had no idea what was going on when the work authorization note clearly states the work that was performed.On top of that they forgot to reinstall a tire sensor and then all but called my wife a liar when she informed them it wasn't missing when she dropped it off.Multiple attempts to contact the owner at the direction of the managers resulted in no response.Service: Auto tire replacement

Been going to Cliffs for a while now, this is the best place to go for tires and car repairs. Honest and fair, which is hard to find these days. I trust them with my wife's truck. Haven't had a negative experience, all the people that wok there are caring and professional. Take my word you will not regret having them take care of your needs.

I had front brake work and inspection work done and paid in full. Went to get new plates and found out they never did the inspection. I called and was told to come back. I was up there three to four hours waiting on my vehicle and needed to go to work. I was told just to come back later. I took off work to get my truck fixed and inspected on that day. . I ended up getting it inspected and oil changed with no wait at another place.. I had requested for a refund Ryan refused to give me my money back said, I had to have that card. It was replaced. I wasn t even offered a credit. He said, you should have come back here. It was inconvenient and would have cost me more time and money which he could careless. Not upset about them forgetting just how Ryan spoke to me and GoodYear pocketed my money. Gross profit for them no work compared and a total loss for me.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I wanted to have a great experience with it being a local shop but honestly I don t think I ve had a worse experience at a mechanic shop. That s really hard because most aren t amazing. They diagnosed my Passat that it needed 1500$ worth or repairs along with a alignment. First off the alignment was not done right, the car pulled straight left after they did it. I took it to get a 2nd opinion and it was a bracket. Cost me 200$ car runs great! Don t let them over charge you!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I went for a spark plugs and oil change. $ 845 dollars later I had a check engine light. I went to my old trusty mechanic and he pull the spark plugs and show me that they have not been replaced. This was a total scam by cliff auto.Bobby F

Work was done way faster than I thought it would. Car runs great. They make setting up a payment plan easy and affordable if you pay within the first 100 days and I was approved for way more financing than I thought I would be in house. They were very vocal with what was wrong and the status of my repairs. Would and have recommended to just about anyone needing some work done in the azle and surrounding area.

This business has treated me and my family super for the past year! The most recent experience was the second opinion I got from them that saved me a lot of unnecessary money spent on a work that didn t need done to my car. Cliff s is honest, reliable, and, in my opinion, trustworthy. The manager was very professional and Tory at the front desk is always great!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Good experience, arrived in the morning shortly after opening and did a tire alignment. They got my vehicle in quickly and did the job efficiently. No complaints here. The gentleman at the counter very friendly.
